31. Ashley's devious plan

After Arielle's glorious day, she led the witches to her cave, they claimed they would be safer there than in their formal hideout. But she smelt something off on the pack grounds. Something that didn't belong there... Rukky was here. She roughly guessed that she came to see her boyfriend but strangely, her blood boiled from the invasion.

Luckily for Rukky, she had left otherwise Arielle was prepared to show her what she would have done to an invader~ even if they are friends.

She is strolling outside her pack territory, lost in thoughts. She wondered what to do with the Brian situation. How do you converse with someone who takes every opportunity to remind you that he wants nothing to do with your life?

"Energìa says something, I am the only one doing all the brainstorming, " Arielle complained.

Arielle heaved, she remembered that incident vividly. Trieze heard her singing one day when she was cleaning his room, she didn't know when he entered. He was impressed and informed her that she would be his entertainment for the night.

True to his word, she entertained him and his fiancee to the point she was in tears. Betty described her voice as heavenly and powerful, the only comment she got.

Over time Trieze began to abuse her, she would leave the pup care after an exhausting day and still come to perform. Arielle revolted, she claimed she lost her voice but Trieze didn't believe. After a lot of beating and a week in the dungeon without food and water, he decided to let it go. He believed no sane person would go through such punishments over a lie.

"I think that would be too cheeky," Arielle said.

Her eyes popped as she finally got an idea worth trying. "I know what to do ." She squealed. She rubbed her hands together as she shares her idea with Energìa.

Brian ran his fingers through his hair, he is depressed. Origin hadn't spoken to him since he kicked their mate out of the pack, this is him showing him how an entity without a partner will be like, so far it has been miserable.

He decided to call Ashley again, with hopes of getting any info on breaking the bond permanently, he wants his partner back.

"Hello, Ashley." He began with a croaky voice.

("Hey... you don't sound too good. Are you okay?") Ashley said with concern.

"Do you have any news? I am desperate Ash, I don't know if I can hold on for a month. My ~ mate found me, I rejected her but my wolf is acting up. I need to end this permanently. "He berated her.

("What!? Did you reject her? How could you? What if she dies?") Ashley cried in shock and utter disappointment.

Brian furrowed. "Focus Ashley, do you have any news?"

If Brian could see the wicked half-grin on Ashley's face, he would probably never call her again. ' You rejected your mate huh? I am going to be the beginning of your punishment! ' ("I am currently in Egypt, I found a temple that has what you seek. I made a lot of difficult sacrifices. You owe me big time. ") She lied.

" Anything you want Ash. " Brian squealed excitedly Ashley finally had a solution after decades of searching, his joy knew no bounds.

("Anything huh... you better be ready to give me because I will come for it when you can't provide it.") Ashley threatened.

Brian felt the hostility from Ashley but was too preoccupied with himself to care. ("Whatever you want.")she said.

Brian opened his mouth to say something but like a fish, he closed it, something was off about Ashley.

("On the seventh day, you must have sex with your mate.") Ashley added.

"What the fuck? Hell no Ash, sex? that will strengthen the bond. I can't!" Brian reasoned.

("Do not interrupt me again, now as I was saying, you must have sex with your mate, remember to eat before the act then before the clock strikes midnight you must meet me under the great Upa I where I will complete the rest of the rituals .")Ashley concluded.

Brian paused waiting for more outrageous information but the line was silent.

(" Any questions?") Ashley asked when she got tired of the silence.

She could have told Brian what the book said but he is not ready for the sacrifice required to break a god's blessing or curse like in Brian's case.

" Why must I mate with my mate? Wouldn't that make our bond stronger?" Brian asked.

(" Yes it will and if you can resist the pull and still make it to me before midnight you will be free from her body and soul.") Ashley fabricates on. ("Once you begin, inform me so I can begin the other part of the ritual on my end.")

Brian smiled, he leans on the recliner chair. Finally a solution After so many decades.

Ashley dropped her phone on the bed with a grin still dancing on her lips. This is her elaborate plan to punish and teach him a crucial lesson about the mate bond no man, werewolf, vampire, witch, or another supernatural being can break the scared connection of the mate bond.

At the end of the fabricated rituals, Brian will be too in love with his mate to leave her and her work will be done.
