“So, we can take our time to bond,” Flynn pointed out when Calian was done with his story

“Yes, but we don’t have to if either or both of you decide in the future that spending an eternity with me in the underworld isn’t what you want.”

Gage nodded. “I love you both, and I do like the thought of being with you forever. We should go for it.”

“I’m with Gage.”

Calian beamed widely at both of his boyfriends. “That’s great, but the two of you must think things over, especially you, Flynn. You will inherit your parents’ business soon, and later on down the road, you may be hoping to have a kid or two so you can pass it on. Besides, you both still have families in this mortal realm. Once we leave for the underworld as mates, you will outlive them all, and you can’t make your way back and forth between the two worlds whenever you feel like it.”
