“Are we not going in to the airplane along with the car?” Kenta inquired as Jensen gently guided him out from the car while Milo and Harrison followed them closely.
Jensen shook his head. “Nope. The car will go into the unit load device—”
“What’s a unit load device?” Kenta cut Jensen off midsentence.
“Uh, something like a storage space.”
“Oh, okay.”
“Right,” Jensen said before pointing to the moving staircases at the front of the airplane. “We will go up the—”
“Escalator,” Kenta interrupted proudly.
After traveling around Japan for several days with Harrison, Milo, and Jensen, Kenta was no longer completely in the dark about some of the more modern things and terminologies. There were plenty of amazing items in the twenty-second century, and Kenta thought they were incredibly magical in their own ways.
Jensen smiled. “Correct. Now, let’s make our way up. Then Milo and I will give you a brief tour of everything inside while Harrison prepares breakfast for us.”
