Chapter 247: Catching up and Bai Yi Chen’s crush

While Bai Yi Yang is cooking, Bai Yi Ling came to cook the rice. She was sorting out the orders for her succulents, she usually got at least 10 orders per day now, it is much more popular since most people who bought from her usually repeated their order.

"What did you do today?" Bai Yi Yang ask her sister who is playing with TongTong in the kitchen now.

"Just sorting out the order, then revise." Bai Yi Ling said. Their exam is also quite close, same with the high school, they will also have exam in 1 week.

"I sign up for my class's choir team, we will perform during the School Awards Ceremony." Bai Yi Ling said.

"That's good! Jie and the rest will surely come and support you." Bai Yi Yang said excitedly. She like how Bai Yi Ling is involving in this extracurricular activities. But, even if she don't and prefer to read at home, she will still respect it. She thinks that as long as they stay a good person, things like that is not important, there is no need to be an overachiever.

The School Awards Ceremony is always held every year. It falls on Thursday for primary school and Friday for secondary school. They never held it together since many family have children both in QiYing high school and primary school. Friday is basically already holiday for primary school student.

Bai Yi Yang ask Bai Yi Ling about what their class going to perform and so on. She also tell her to have fun during the performance, having fun is the most important when you perform.

Talking about performance, their Class 1 will also have a performance this year, she heard that they will dance cheerleading type of dance. They were recruiting people but Bai Yi Yang was busy at the chemistry lab at that time so she didn't know, half of the girls in class will join the performance and even Bai Yi Chen will have a role of flag bearer during that time. Bai Yi Chen complained for a long time about this.

"Ge, I can't. I will be busy with the Theatre Club and even our class performance's costume. Those girls is pestering me so much to get pretty clothes for them." Bai Yi Yang said. Since she won't be joining the performance, that's mean she need to do something else.

So, she will be in charge of getting a cheerleading costume for the girls. There are 12 girls and 10 boys who will go on stage, the rest who doesn't perform is actually the minority. The task of getting the costume is left to her, together with Fang Xiu Ying and another quiet girl in class called Gu Li Ni. There are a total of 17 female students and 15 male students in their class with a total of 32 students, so now that 22 are going to perform, the 10 remaining have to work hard.

"I will go and take a bath first." Bai Yi Ling stood up and decided to leave. She don't want to listen to some kind of love scandal of her older brother. Bai Yi Yang like teasing Bai Yi Chen about this but she herself have a boyfriend. This is what Bai Yi Ling thought.

"Is she the one you have been texting? I know last time you exchanged phone numbers." Bai Yi Yang said. She never know that Bai Yi Chen taste is someone like D.D. D.D. has the best character, she is cool and decisive, she is basically the charismatic type. Since D.D start coming here, she have noticed that Bai Yi Chen have this chemistry with her, they can have a conversation and Bai Yi Chen seems to be comfortable with her. Based on Bai Yi Chen's exaggerated reaction, at least he must have a crush on her.

"We are just friends." Bai Yi Chen said, his blush deepened.

"Did I say anything? I was just asking." Bai Yi Yang chuckled. Male senior dating a female junior is common, but a male junior dating a female senior is very rare. It's usually those pretty female senior who mesmerised the male junior.

As for D.D, she is not exactly the popular type. She is wearing spectacles and her personality is quite cold to other people, she is not the bubbly type. If people know about Bai Yi Chen's crush, don't know how they will react. What more, she don't think D.D is the type that will date a junior, she is actually worried about Bai Yi Chen's future love life.

"Don't tell anyone about this, including Ming Ming." Bai Yi Chen said.

"I know. Ge, I bet this is a one sided love right? I bet you confessed and get rejected or you give a clue bug get ignored." Bai Yi Yang said.

"You!" Bai Yi Chen have this ugly expression on his face, which means it is probably true.

"Don't worry ge, it is only natural that Senior D.D won't like you, she is of legal age now, you are only 16, she won't dare to eat young grass. You can try again in 2 years." Bai Yi Yang said, patting her twin's shoulder.

"You think too much." Bai Yi Chen said.

"What are you talking about? This is not some kind of drama. You are the one who taught me that we should know when go move on." Bai Yi Chen laugh lightly. Of course if she reject him and have a boyfriend, he won't be like those second male lead in drama. Moving on is also something that everyone should learn to to.

"Ah right. I like your mentality ge." Bai Yi Yang grinned. Well, that is right. This is not some kind of drama. She should also teach her other siblings about this later, she don't want her siblings to be someone like those creepy hateful and persistent character that insist on pursuing the girl or boy that dislike them.
