We've finished our trip here, and I must say, they love talking. I thought it was bad yesterday, but not nearly as bad as the remaining trip here. We didn't run into any monsters on the way here. However, I know for a fact there will be some decently strong monsters around Nettleton. "That the town up ahead?" Jake asks the obvious, and I nod my head in confirmation. "It does look abandoned... Even from here, it gives off an eerie feeling..." I know what he means. There's a certain vibe that's given off from an abandoned town like Nettleton.

As we approach the town on the path, monsters can be see roaming in and around the area in front of us. We all stop and take a look. "They're all going to be dense with health and have plenty of good skills. Stay on your toes. The teleportation gate you guys want is at the center of town. Once I help you guys get to the teleportation gate, that'll be the end of our time together. I have other things to handle here in the area." Everyone probably wants to know what I'm planning to do, but they know they have their priorities.

They draw their weapons and prepare their magic. I keep my hands in my pockets. I start walking forward. Before they can ask what I'm doing. I create two Black Spears, and they float to my left and right. 200 mana is taken away. The beauty of Darkness Incarnate is the versatility of the skills. I don't have to hold the Black Spears to use them. I can have them float beside me. "What the hell..." Irene's reaction pretty much sums up what I expected. I get closer, and some of the monsters notice me. They start to mindlessly charge, but I focus my will on the Black Spears.

The Black Spears fly from my side and completely kill the two monsters coming. The commotion is drawing more in. I work together with the group to get to the center of the city and kill monsters. After about 25 minutes of carefully fighting monsters, we reach the teleportation gate. I'm almost completely out of mana, but I've gained 30 EXP for Black Spear and 50 EXP for my player level. "I take it this is where we part?" Blake is the one to speak up. I look at the group, and I slowly nod my head. It won't be that hard to fix the teleportation gate.

I turn around and head towards the area I need to be at. I need to grind to level 5 before I can take on the dungeon near here. There is a pretty good place to do so nearby, but I'll have to wait until my mana regenerates. It won't be that long, 20 minutes at the most. That'll give me time to relax after having to deal with those chatterboxes. I make my way towards the forest east of the town, and before entering, I take a seat in an overgrown field, lean back, and look towards the sky. My mana hasn't fully regenerated yet, so I'm not going in.

Grants ring is going to be great for my mana problem. While the power of Darkness Incarnate is amazing, its mana demands are just as great. I can use only through 2 to 3 of my strongest attacks and 5 Black Spears, which is the least demanding mana-wise. I stare up at the clouds and ponder what I should go after next. I can use the teleportation gate to go almost anywhere with civilization in Libertas. I know a good dungeon with a cloak that boosts mana regeneration to 10 per second instead of the normal 1 mana per second.

The dungeon has a level requirement of 8, but the annoying part is it requires 2 people at least. It means I have to find a partner to help me. I don't have to go for that one thinking about it. There are better places that I can go. I'll think about it more after I'm done with the dungeon here, and I get Grants ring.
