Chapter 60

After the force guard retreated Layla and Anakin both got into their fighting stance ready to engage each other.

Anakin was the first to make a move as he charged at Layla attempting the same move he used on his other opponent but Layla was leagues above Anakin in terms of skill. She would use his recklessness against him so when attempted the same thing he did on the force guard Layla blocked the attack that was aiming for her side and counterattacked Anakin and sliced his left handoff in the process.

Anakin was on the ground screaming in pain as his hand was just cut off and he was bleeding out everywhere.

But what happened next surprised Layla as in Rage Anakin got up completely ignoring his injury to his left hand and charged at Layla in rage.

Layla blocked the strike but Anakin kept striking using all his power in hopes of defeating his opponent.

Layla was being forced on the defensive as the rapid strikes from Anakin made it hard to counter-attack so for now she focused on defense.

The rage inside of Anakin had boosted his power by a lot making him stronger than he already was but it also boosted the Dark side of Anakin causing him to use more deadly and aggressive moves to fight his opponents.

As the battle progressed Layla was learning from Anakin's moves and using them against him by dodging his strikes then swiftly striking before he gets another chance to strike again. Yoda was surprised at how Layla could adapt and use Anakin's move against him and actually fight on equal grounds He wondered just how many force users does John has under him besides himself.

After a couple more minutes of dueling, Layla wanted to end the fight already since she was already getting bored of dodging and striking at Anakin so the next time she dodged she aimed for his lightsaber and managed to knock it out of his hands.

She then held her lightsaber close to his neck and told him to surrender.

Anakin began yelling at how he will never surrender and such until John had enough and motioned for a soldier to knock Anakin out. The soldier walked behind him and pulled out a stun weapon and pressed it against Anakin's back.

After Anakin passed out John had the soldier cuff him and transport him along with the rest of the captured Jedi to the fleet to be transported back to Rori where they will be placed in a temporary prison.

John ordered the soldiers to finish securing the temple while he took Master Yoda and Layla with him to confront Palpatine. But before he left John had one of the tech soldiers hack into each CLone troopers helmet. Once done John sent a message to all the clones and that was to activate Order 66.

Unlike Palpatine Order 66 John had already changed it before the clone wars to where the clones upon hearing this order will change their allegiance from the Republic to John and arrest all Jedi and Republic officials.

John then informed his troops of what was about to happen so they won't kill the clones.

As John was flying on the transporter he looked down out the hatch and could see some Jedi who were not in the Temple being arrested and many Senators being dragged out of the Galactic Senate building.

But he could also sense the Dark side coming from a particular area in the building specifically where Palpatines office was located. John looked at Yoda and asked him if he could sense the Dark Power coming from the building. Yoda had nodded and asked who could release such power but when John told him it was Sheev Palpatine who was actually disguised as his real identity was Darth Sidious Yoda was surprised but also conflicted on why the Jedi never found out.

He had the transport ship land on one of the landing pads of the building then he along with Layla, Master Yoda, and a few imperium soldiers advanced inside the building walking past some clone soldiers escorting senators.

Once inside the building, John was informed by a clone commander that most of the senators have been arrested and secured but the Chancellor was currently fighting clone soldiers in his office as he already killed a whole squad who came to arrest him previously.

John had the clone commander show him to where Palpatine's office was located so he can end this once and for all.

John followed the clone to the room accompanied by Layla and Yoda and a few Imperium soldiers.

Once in front of the room, John dashed inside and saw Palpatine killing the last of the clones that were attacking him. After killing the last clone Palpatine looked at John with a smile on his

"Finally you show yourself so I can eliminate you and since you have already caused enough problems for me I will show you no Mercy," Said Palpatine

"That's strange cause I was going to show you no Mercy since you have caused enough problems already and I just simply don't like people who will betray others for their benefit," Said, John as he wasted no time and charged at Palpatine.

John was going to use his full power to fight Palpatine so he can show him just how pointless it is to fight him and that he has no chance to win at all.

As John got closer Palpatine used his lighting power and shot it at John as he was charging forward. John put his hand forward and used the force to absorb the lightning into his hand.

Once the power was absorbed John redirected it to Palpatine but Palpatine used his lightsaber to block it and by the time he notice John was already a step away from him so he brought the lightsaber and blocked the attack to his side from John but was sent flying in the process and John was no simple Human as he was Demi-God also.

Palpatine had recovered from the impact and stood up ready to fight again but his balance was off and John noticed that so he charged at Palpatine and started dueling with his lightsaber.

Palpatine was being pushed back until eventually somehow they ended up in the Galactic Senate meeting area.

Palpatine thought to use this to his advantage so he jumped up to a pod above where they were fighting leaving John below him.

John saw what Palpatine was doing and he wasn't going to make the same mistake as Anakin did when Kenobi had the High Ground so he pulled the pod down using the force causing Palpatine to Jump to another pod below John.

Once Palpatine landed on the pod he turned to see John leaping from above and charging down so he waited until he got close enough and side steeped to dodge then strikes with his lightsaber cutting John's arm off.

John didn't notice his arm was cut off at first due to the adrenaline of the fight and once he did notice he didn't panic and simply healed his arm to its original form fully restoring it.

Palpatine looked at John and wondered just who was he since he could never find out anything about John.

But was interrupted when John charged at him again but this time faster than before and Palpatine didn't have enough time to react causing his entire arm to be cut off and he was thrown to the floor.

John then used the force to pick Palpatin off the ground and throw him into the walls various times and eventually killing him with a final strike across his chest.

Yoda who had followed to watch the fight was intrigued at how John could restore limbs so effectively and how he defeated a Dark Lord so easily.

After killing Palpatine John had one of the clone commanders announce that the Palpatine was A Sith and was defeated and Coruscant will be annexed by the imperium.

After telling the clone commanders what to do John returned to the fleet above Naboo to receive a report of how much remaining Republic territory is left.
