A few weeks passed, and the establishment of the new ministry was officially publicized through the newspaper.

The people of the empire were immediately shocked when a new ministry was suddenly added to the cabinet without any notice. There was a rumour going around in the official circle right after the Aikyotsava Festival about the establishment of a similar ministry, but seeing as how His Majesty did not make any move in this sector for almost half a year, the rumours slowly died down. However, with the sudden establishment of the ministry, a lot of people were taken aback. More importantly, they were greatly shocked by the minister who was appointed to lead the ministry. They could never have expected an Aikyotsava finalist wrestler to take the seat of a minister in the Cabinet.
