The Physician groaned and took a few steps back. He then clutched into his side, showing a hurt yet amused look on his face.
He then released a laugh.
He pointed at Chess, walked a bit of a back and forth, before standing straight and still. The smile on his face was gone in an instant. He stood there, both of his hands at the side of his hips, sizing up Chess with his piercing eyes.
He was bewildered.
A blow strong enough to make him take a few steps back came from a… fairly-built little pretty boy. How can that make sense? Except if he was a professional… so, he was wondering if Chess is a professional.
He took his time examining Chess' stance and posture.
Chess, on the other hand, remained casual yet alert. The move he did earlier reminded him of a few years ago, when he used to have pretty lot of hand in hand fights… the feeling of solidly hitting someone is a new, yet familiar, feeling for him.
