Evacuating II

It was the next day after the attack by the Titans. All of the IGT Fed bases were busy talking with the governments of their respective planets. They were seeking help from all the planets to house the refugees from Celine. 

The Celine government also declared an emergency in Celine and asked all the citizens to prepare themselves for the relocation to other planets for some time period. They were ordered to pack the necessary items only and wait for the further announcement from the government.

Colonel Amelia was preparing to resume the transportation system. 

She was giving the orders to the staff of the base, "In the first phase, those with their own crafts and places to go shall be allowed to leave the planet as soon as the jumps from Celine will be authorized. In the second phase, the families who can arrange crafts for themselves with the help of their friends and families on other planets will be allowed to leave."
