Little Happiness

Greta screamed. She was delighted and couldn't believe what she was hearing.

Greta hadn't seen this coming. For goodness' sake, Anthony had just come out of a dire situation where Greta thought she'd lose him. She stared at him wide-eyed... and for a moment there, she was lost for words.

[Anthony was asking me to marry him], Greta thought. Then she said to him, "Get off your knees, darling! Come here"... pulling him in for a kiss, "and yes I will marry you, silly".

Anthony held her in a tight embrace. "Thank you... thank you so much for saying yes. I love you Greta and I always will", Anthony said. Greta had brought light into his life. Anthony had never thought that he would feel this way towards someone but now, he felt that he couldn't do without the woman in his arms right now.
