Either Motivation or Manipulation

Sofia knew that it was unfair to use such a trick involving her current age and experience. However, she needed to push their mindset beyond what they had believed. 

She wanted nothing but for Derek and Danny to understand and bypass the limitations that they had set for themselves. And using her situation was the most convenient method that she could think of. 

Earlier, after having a glimpse at the nervous expression on the faces of Danny and Derek, she instantly understood that she had to use her current situation to remove their doubts about themselves.

'Hmmm... So what if they don't have the mastery of the positions that I am proposing to them? The current me in the mind of others also lacked substantial experience in the business field. I can use this reasoning to convince them,' Sofia pondered.
