Realization

After spending the day with Rias, Akeno, Koneko, Gasper, Sone, and their respective peerages that joined fun...

Well, fun, Aegis still smiled when he remembered Rias' face when he scooped her into the pool, to say that Aegis used wrestling suplex just for the fun of it, made it all better...

To say that Rias no longer questioned his knowledge about humans' sport made her pouting face much tastier, Aegis didn't know from when he started to like teasing others normally he wouldn't ever tease Weiss, but the more Aegis thought, the more his smile widened as he thought what face Weiss would make when he teased her, haah...

Aegis missed Weiss, already wishing to be able to hug the petite body of his sister, her cold hands that warmed on his body, or these blue eyes that held warmth just for him...

"Nyaa."

"Hm?"

Aegis stopped as he looked down, his eyes looking at the black cat that was before him as if to ask him to pet her...

"Huh, what are you doing there, little one?"

Aegis said, still he could see the soul that was more human than a cat, so knowing that the cat before him was not a cat, at least not entirely as it could be just one of these hybrids that could change their form or shapeshifter...

Still, Aegis was in a good mood after thinking about Weiss, so he chose to play the game, whatever this cat wanted, Aegis would play with it...

The cat made a surprised sound as Aegis bent down and took her into his arms, and once he was sure it was a girl, which seemed to make the cat either embarrassed or outraged from her clawing tries after Aegis hands confirmed her gender, Aegis started petting her.

"Sorry, sorry, little one, you wouldn't want me to call you boy, would you? At least now I know you are a girl, and what beauty you are, aren't you?"

"Nyaaaa nyaa!"

The cat made pleasurable sounds as she purred after Aegis started to pet her and scratch her behind her ears.

Aegis smiled as he started to walk, with the cat still in his arms.

"Hmm, what should I call you hm?"

Aegis made humming sounds as he looked at the cat.

"Well, we are in Japan, and you are black as the night sky, hm Kuroka, what do you think?"

Aegis asked, noticing how the cat froze.

"Oh? Do you like it? Or has someone already called you like that? Well, it truly fits you, Black Song, such fitting name for such girl."

Aegis hummed, the spark in his eyes clearly evident; usually, Aegis wouldn't care about someone who wasn't his family, friend, or subject, but as he was in a good mood, and Aegis found the cat act a cute, he chose to go with the flow.

"Nyaa."

The cat made confused noise as Aegis chuckled.

"Well, why don't I take you home? Don't worry, im sure there would be plenty of milk and meat for you to eat."

Aegis said with a smile as he started to walk and pet the cat, Aegis knew he was cheating, after all, thanks to memories in his head, Aegis knew perfectly well how to pet anything, especially cats and dogs, so even if the cat would want to run it couldn't, not when Aegis practically teased her equivalents of G spots...

"Nyaaaa!!!"

The black cat just melted into the pleasure...

"You brought a pet?"

Krull asked as she looked at Aegis who still held the cat in his arms.

"Hm? Yep, you like her? We could adopt her."

Aegis said easily, smirking as the cat in his arms seemed to freeze.

"S-So cute!"

Asia said as her wide green eyes looked at the cat.

"You can pet her, Asia."

"?R-really?"

"Yes, as I already said, you don't need to act so stiffly around me, come there, see how I pet her there? You can try."

Aegis said with a smile as Asia tentatively reached for the cat; seeing the cat not reacting, Asia seemed to gain newfound confidence as she started to pet her, cooing as the cat made purring sounds.

"So, anything new?"

Aegis asked.

"Nothing, my lord."

Raynare said as she brought freshly brewed coffee to Aegis who thanked her with a smile, making Raynare blush and Mittelt glare in jealously.

"Good good, we cou-"

Aegis wanted to say, just to stop as Ophis arrived before him with a stern gaze? Could she even know what stern means? Aegis thought as he looked at Ophis, noticing how Kuroka the cat in his arms stiffened.

"Bringer of silence, give me silence."

Ophis said, making Aegis bemusedly smile.

"Sorry, I forgot that the rune stopped working."

Aegis said as he created a new Primordial Rune, making Ophis nod her head as she went back to her spot in the corner of the room and fell asleep as she hovered in the air.

"Haahh... Is this what it means to be powerfully stupid?"

Krull mumbled as she looked at the apex of being that was more child than a normal mortal child...

"I think that you have it wrong, my mistress..."

Viser said, making Krull look at her.

"Who said you could stop pet?"

Krull said as Viser trembled and went back to work in massaging Krull's little lithe legs.

Aegis sighed, normally he wouldn't like seeing Krull or anybody acting so too...

Aegis stopped as he realized that he would say family, which Viser was not part, at least he thought so...

Aegis looked at Viser as he deeply thought; Aegis knew that his, well, adopting was very severe, seemingly wanting to adopt any woman in need, which Aegis still didn't know why, it was not like he himself wanted...

It was as if he was doing it for...

"Ah..."

Aegis made realized sound as he realized this was one of Weiss's methods bearing fruits...

Aegis's smile split open as he realized something.

"Heh, hehehe, hahaha!"

Aegis laughed, making all, minus the deeply sleeping Ophis, look at him in surprise as they rarely heard Aegis laugh, especially this kind of tone laugh that made them goosebumps.

"She has done it... Weiss was able to manipulate me, even if she herself didn't know about it!"

Aegis smiled as he said it, his face splitting into a smile as his heart roared in pride, knowing his little sister he so loved finally was able to play him, even if she herself didn't know about it.

Aegis knew that it was not Weiss's true intention, not entirely, but it was just the fruit of multiple Weiss failed manipulations to think that she would make him so open to the idea of adopting women left and right...

"Weiss... My little snowflake... My Weiss!"

Aegis kept smiling, the cat in his hands truly frozen as she felt danger, her instincts telling her not to interrupt the man who she now realized was more dangerous than she thought, which was probably clear when even freaking Ophis made request rather than demand from him...

"An-ano?"

Asia made a sound, making Aegis stop laughing as for just a second, his face became black, but he quickly returned to an easy smile as if he never stopped smiling...

Of course, there were those who noticed him, Krull frowned as Neo just facepalmed...

"Sorry, I just thought about my little sister that made me so proud."

Aegis said with a happy voice.

"S-sister?"

Asia asked, never realizing that she was in danger just for a second, not even angels or Viser realized it, just Krull, Neo, Neopolitan, and Kuroka who had animal instincts, realized how volatile Aegis was just for a second.

"Yes, my little sister, little Weiss, my other half, my first wife, my first in everything."

Aegis said with a smile, making Asia's eyes shine.

"R-really? Lo-lord's sister?!"

Asia asked.

"Yes, she is..."

Aegis said as he started speaking about Weiss, making Asia, Raynare, Kalawarner, Mittelt, Viser and Kuroka very interested in what kind of sister this man had...

Of course, Krull just rolled her eyes, Neo and Neopolitan taking their headphones as they truly didn't need to hear any other spiel from the man who was clearly heavy set sis-con, already accustomed to his praises...

"Hahh... Not again..."

Krull mumbled as she looked from the window, truly wishing that she didn't start to have feelings for a man who wouldn't never by truly just hers, but already giving up on such wishful thought...

To say that thanks to her being an ancient vampire, the very fact that she needed to share her man and not the other way around was more than a blow to her pride...

Still, Krull mussed, at least she knew that no matter how small place, and how tiny versus Weiss, her position was...

Krull knew that Aegis would move mountains and blow worlds for her sake...

And that made the fact that she was part of his harem and not the other way around much more bearable...
