"Dean, I've come to make a contribution in exchange for a benefit." Said with a serious face.

The person who requests hailed as the Patron and the person who receives the donation request hailed as the Negotiator. 

The Patron can seek anything from, inside information about a person, company, or country; help with a mission; hostage rescue; to political and international aid. Depending on the level of Benefits the Patron seeks, he must abide by the established rules.
