Spring Day

As the class ends with a project and an assignment to be passed next week, Daime had written his questions to Drax and the mysterious name.

They walk along the hallway towards the exit on the east wing of Clauff-Gon University. They walk in silence but that didn't last when Daime pulls Drax from the hallway to a small alleyway leading to some stairs.

"Okay, stop right there and fucking answer me."

Drax looks at Daime with a confused expression.

He does not know why the latter pulled him over but his face gives him the idea of what he is about to ask. But before Daime can even ask his question properly, Drax answered him already.

"Ah. Alexander Luvisnovinchi is Primo's big brother. You know, the one who died because of Grandmama's negligence when he asks for help because the woman he was forced to married is a lunatic."

Daime gasps at the sudden revelation from Drax. He didn't know that Primo's brother has a name that sounded like a mafia boss or something that is quite unique.

But then, he also realized that Primo is not a Swiss guy like him who have simple surnames. Primo is a Russian native, hence the complicated surname.

"Is that the same guy who he usually calls in his sleep?"

Drax smiles and answers Daime with a cute remark.

"Bingo~!"

Daime nods in response as Drax grabs him towards the east wing exit of the University. They plan to go to the gymnasium, hoping that they will meet Aiden or Cassie there.

But at the back of Daime's mind, he would want to know how Alex died and what Grandmama did that caused his death.

"How did he died, though?"

Drax looks at Daime and smiles sadly.

"Anorexia and malnutrition. His brother died because of Grandmama's constant negligence when he cries for help after his wife took everything from him.

I also heard that he has a son but the mother sold him to a merchant who does child trafficking; now the young boy is nowhere to be found."

Daime grimaces when he feels chills down his spine.

"I never thought any of our family members could do something like that. What the hell?"

Drax only hums to Daime as an answer as the latter waits for him to continue, if he has more information.

"But according to Primo, that child is dead. I think the mother asked for an abortion or something."

Daime's face grimaces at the thought that he has such a cousin that does something like that.

"Well, what can we do? It already happened."

Drax shrugs at what he says and continues to walk towards the cafeteria as they greet Aiden and Cassie, who are buying their own food.

"So, care to tell me who the heck Primo is, if you know anything about him?"

Aiden stops eating when he heard Primo's name. Drax also stops and looks at Daime, his eyes are asking if he is for real and would really want to know anything about Primo.

He knows some things but not everything. Primo is a very secretive person. Anyone would want to know him needs to pry his shell open before knowing who he really is.

Drax sighs as he puts his utensils down and stares at the three who are waiting and will listen to Primo's life. Rolling his eyes and sighing heavily, Drax starts from the very beginning when Primo arrives at the Santoro house.

"Primo arrives in the most desperate times at the Santoro house. He was all that Grandma ever gives attention to.

Everyone hates him for being tall and a bit thicker than most ten years old in the mansion.

Everyone hates him because he is either too good or too bold. Every petty reasons that you can think of, they hate Primo for that.

That's what I thought about him as well. But those thoughts changes when I heard Alex and Primo talks over at the kitchen one time.

I think at that time, Primo is asking his brother to cook something for him."

"When can I go home?"

Alex turned to his brother while cooking for their breakfast. He knew that his brother would ask such things sooner or later but he didn't know that it will be this sooner.

Primo arrived in Switzerland two days later. It has only been three days and his brother is already asking when he would go back to Russia.

Knowing the fact that their grandmother is already dead and their father is in jail, Primo was still asking this to him. He completely turned to his brother, looking him from eye to eye.

"You know that we can't right?"

Primo gazed at him before scoffing away.

"I said I not we. You need to clean your ears, Alex."

Alex chuckled and told him that the question still applies with which Primo only rolled his eyes to. The child never understood why he can't go back to Russia since that is his home.

He can still remember that their grandmother usually say that home is where he should be. And his home is Russia, so he needs to go back.

Primo sighed and watches Alex cooked their breakfast while the other cooks cooked the family's breakfast. Primo never understood why rich people like the Santoros need to hire chefs to cook for their own food.

"Can't they cook their own food?"

Alex heard what he said and the other cooks, too. Primo only scoffed while waiting for Alex to finish cooking.

"Rich people and their quirks. Never be like them or I will abandon you as my brother, Alex."

Alex turned to his brother and smiled. He nodded at Primo which the child only nodded at as well. The cooks who are listening smiled unknowingly. They never knew what kind of person Primo will become in the future.

They just hope that he won't be as violent as the Santoros are.

"It was a harmless warning because I never thought Primo could abandon his brother just like that.

Until, he made a decision of escaping from the mansion and living in a different country or even going back to Russia."

Drax sighs as he finishes his story about Primo's past that he knows of. Aiden and Cassie attentively listen while Daime is still eating his meal.

"His life might not be the best but Primo is indeed one of the most reliable person I ever met.

He will make sure that you are alive and kicking because he doesn't want you to experience what his brother had experienced under Grandmama's clutches.

That shit is too heartbreaking for him. Unless you want to see Primo crying over spilt milk."
