Chapter 27: New Beginings

I woke up with Paul right by my side and all the guys on the floor and couches. I knew they cared but I didn't know they cared that much. I was so happy when I saw Leah in Jake's arms they were perfect for each other.

"Good morning how are you feeling?" Paul looked at me.

"I'm feeling better." I smiled.

"Carlisle said you could probably sit up but just tp be very careful and no phasing for a little while." Paul squeezed my hand.

I tried to sit up really slow and I was able to so I'm glad I'm healing well and I don't have to have my bones broken again.

"So everyone stayed?" I questioned.

"Not everyone, of course Billy, Sue, and Harry went home, and Sam and Emily are in your guest room." Paul smiled.

"Ok I'm glad ." I smiled and motioned for Paul to sit on the couch next to me.

I leaned forward and kissed Paul passionately. It felt like our first kiss with fireworks going off in my head and my body consuming every part of him.

"Get a room." Embry laughed.

Hearing Embry made us break the kiss and look at him. Everyone was now awake and starring at us.

"What?" I questioned.

"Oh nothing maybe your already making out when you just had the worst night of your life." Leah laughed.

We all laughed and talked for hours just like we used to. Emily and Sam came out of the room and joined us in our conversation and we laughed all morning.

*Time skip one week later*

Everyone stayed at my house for the past week and it has been amazing. We laughed, talked, bonded, our pack was finally together and happy.

"So it's all finally over." I sighed.

"What do you mean it's finally over?" Seth asked looking at me.

"Sorry if it's to soon Jake but we finally don't have to deal with the Cullens and risk our lives for Bella anymore, we can live our own lives and be happy." I smiled.

"No it's not to soon, I'm happy with Leah and all of you guys you guys are my everything." Jake smiled and kissed Leah.

"Then yes Candice it's finally over." Sam smiled.

I took a deep breathe and took it all in.

"Anyone want to go to the beach?" I cocked my eyebrow up.

Everyone cheered and ran to their houses to get their bathing suits and clothes for after.

I changed into a forest green bikini and put shorts on over my bottoms.

"You are so sexy." Paul wrapped his arms around me and kissed my neck.

"Same to you." I smirked and ran my hands down his abs and then back up to his neck.

"You are playing a dangerous game." Paul smirked and placed his hands on my butt.

"I like playing dangerous games." I smirked and gave Paul a quick kiss on his lips and ran downstairs.

"Hey not fair." I heard Paul yell from my room and then saw him running down the stairs after me.

I squealed and ran around the coach. Paul jumped over the coach and picked me up so my legs were around his torso and he was holding me up from my butt.

"I love you Candice." Paul smiled.

"And I love you." I smiled and Paul kissed me passionately.

"Ok that's enough love birds now get out here we are waiting." Jake laughed from the doorway.

"Coming." Paul and I yelled at the same time and then started busting up laughing.

We grabbed our stuff and we all walked to the beach together. We set up our stuff and went to the water. We had the best time at the beach the boys went cliff diving while Leah, Emily and I stayed on the beach and waited for them.

"Emily your baby bump is so cute." I smiled and started kissing her belly.

"She moves a lot." Emily laughed.

"She?" Leah laughed.

"We don't know for sure until next week but I think it is a she." Emily smiled.

"I think it's a boy." Leah smiled.

"I do to." Leah and I laughed and we talked about name and for the baby.

"So if it's a boy then your going to name it Jaxon and if it's a girl then Nala?" I wrapped up the conversation.

"Yup you got it." Emily smiled.

"I can't wait to get married and have kids." I smiled.

"Your guys pregnancies are going to be different since you can phase right?" Emily questioned.

"We don't know we are the first female shifters we would have to ask Billy." I explained.

Emily nodded as the boys came back.

"What are you guys talking about?" Paul asked sitting on top of me.

"Your all wet." I groaned.

"I know." Paul laughed.

"Well first we were talking about baby names for Emily and then that I couldn't wait to get married and have kids with you." I kissed Paul's forehead.

"I can make that happen." Paul smirked at me.

"Ew gross not here." Jared laughed.

We all laughed and then headed home. Everyone said it was time for them to go back to their own houses.

"Hey babe wanna race?" I asked Paul after everyone left.

"Like on foot or on four?" Paul asked.

"On four." I smiled.

"Are you ready?" Paul looked at me with eagerness.

"I'm fine." I reassured.

"Alright but I'm not going easy." Paul smirked.

"I don't want you to." I smirked back.

"Ready set GO." I yelled.

We phased and when I hit the floor it felt so good to finally be back in wolf form, I don't know how my parents stopped it felt to good to be in wolf form.

Paul was winning then I leaned forward and beat him in the final stretch to my house.

We phased back and put our clothes back on.

"Still got it." I laughed.

"Whatever I let you win." Paul laughed.

"Sure you did." I laughed and went to go inside.

"Wait." Paul grabbed my hand.

"What's wrong?" I was concerned because I didn't smell a blood sucker or anyone new.

"You know I love you right?" Paul asked.

"Yes I know and you know I love you." I smiled.

"Ok then." Paul smiled.

"I'm confused." I laughed.

Then Paul got down on one knee.

"Candice I have loved you ever since I laid eye on you and I know your already my forever but I want it to be official, so will you marry me?" Paul was smiling brighter than the moon.

My eyes went wide and I started squealing, and jumping up and down.

"Of course I'll marry you." I hugged Paul and kissed him.

Paul then pulled out a box and opened it, inside was the most beautiful ring I had ever seen it was heart with a forest green diamond for the heart and there were four little regular diamonds on each side. Paul placed the ring on my finger and picked me up bridle style.
