Finally it was Saturday and it also doubled as the day of the first office party .

I came in as early as 5:00am to do one of the final checks but in actual fact it was more of a free time to think in a quiet environment.

It was sort of a me time .

I began to think about how everything was going , how was the pack faring?, How was everything going back at home ?, How were my siblings and mother doing? and more so how were the affairs of the pack being run .

These and many others were the thoughts that were constantly bothering me as I went from place to place to make sure everything was perfect for this evening.

Subsequently , Alana crossed my mind and I did everything in my power to forget that part of my thinking as it was just bound to give me undeserved headaches .

After about an hour of doing a couple of checks , I decided to retreat to my office to finish some pending paper work .
