Wizard Kings Request

Only a few hours had passed since the sun rose. Charlotte could be seen training, but even for a calm and collective as she was, you could see the troubled look on her face.

The other night, when she and Madara talked, what he had said to her dawned on her more than he thought. His words had more impact on her than she wanted. It was as if his very words touched her soul when speaking.

Yami wasn't the only one on her mind, now. No matter what she tried to do, Madara stayed on her mind.

A bright white light then appeared a few meters in the air, away from Charlotte. It was Marx relaying a message.

"Charlotte, the Wizard King wishes to see you, " Marx said, getting a nod from Charlotte. She immediately made her way over to the Royal Capital.

While on the streets, the commoners bowed to her. The men bowed because they both admired and feared her. The woman, however, bowed because she was a role model amongst the women.

Charlotte either waved, nodded, or gave a slight smile to the ones bowing to her. When she arrived at the Royal Captain, she was escorted to the Wizard King.

Though she knew where it was and she was a just worthy person, they still had to take precautions. A captain was a traitor, so what was stopping her from being one as well?

"You wished to see me?" Charlotte said, bowing before Julius. Julius who was sitting on his gold chair, look up from his paperwork to look at Charlotte.

"Ahh, Charlotte. It's nice to see you..." Julius said, as his tone shifted seeing the troubled look on her face. Julius knew she was good at hiding her emotions, so what was bothering her that much?

"Is there something bothering you, Charlotte?" Julius asked concerned. Not fully concerned for her, but the mission he was planning to give her.

"No, sir. I've just been thinking about some things." Charlotte said, giving a slight bow to show her respect.

"If that the case, I have a mission for you," Julius said, getting a nod from Charlotte, signaling she was ready to hear it.

"Over in the... There were said to be diamond kingdom mages roaming around. I need you to go there, and scout the area. If there are said diamond mages, report back. Do not engage in combat unless it's necessary." Julius said, giving clear instructions. He trusted Charlotte the most with this mission.

She was calm, patient, and didn't like too much conflict, so she was almost perfect for the mission. But the look on her face made him think twice about it. Still, it wasn't going to stop him from being her on a mission.

"Yes, sir. I will leave immediately." Charlotte said, bowing again. The Wizard King had a lot of respect from everyone.

"Oh, and you may take two people from your squad if needed," Julius said, making Charlotte flinch, then made her clench her fist.

"Yes, sir!" Charlotte said, before leaving the room.

'It's a scout mission. I don't need anyone to assist me. I will prove that I alone will be enough.' Charlotte thought with a determined look in her eyes.

Charlotte immediately set off she didn't tell Sol because she would talk her way into joining her. Lost in thought, she subconsciously made her way over to the said location.

Charlotte was thinking, not paying attention to her surroundings, she heard talking which made her jump into a bush. She then spotted two diamond mages talking.

"Where are they?" The diamond mage said to the other mage irritated.

"They should be here soon. Just be patient." The other mage said getting irritated as well.

"We've been waiting here for hours. How long are they going to take? We are on a schedule." The diamond mage said with clear irritation in his voice.

"I know. We were supposed to infiltrate the Clover Kingdom and steal their treasure and resources. We have to pretend to be Clover Mages, knock out the guards guarding the treasure room, and get back to the kingdom." The mage said, making Charlotte grit her teeth.

She had enough evidence and was about to head. But then, more people showed up. If they were to engage in battle, it would be ten against one.

"Hey, sorry we're late. We ran into an inconvenience on our way here." Another diamond mage said, to the waiting ones.

"Yeah, whatever. Let's get going." The mage said, before the diamond that just arrived stopped him.

"So who's the woman hiding in the bushes?" The mage asked looking at the mage, then to the bushes.

"What are you talking about?" The mage said as he looked over to where the other mage was looking.

'How did he find me? How did he-' Charlotte thought but then realized how he noticed her.

"My sense of hearing is better than most. I can hear her breathing in my ear. Although her heartbeat is quiet and steady, her breathing is ragged." The mage said as one of the ten mages threw a fireball at the bushes.

Charlotte easily dodged the fireball but made her presence known by doing so. Instantly, Charlotte could feel their lustful gazes.

"It's a pretty one. Our day just keeps getting better and better." The diamond mage who looked like the leader said.

"Capture her, alive! And don't think about touching her until I'm finished." The man said as he walked away. She sat on a rock to watch it all godown.

'There are more people than I expected. No matter. This is just another challenge I will overcome.' Charlotte said as she pulled out her briar sword from her grimoire.

Seeing that she was going to challenge them, they all laughed as they got ready for battle.

Charlotte swings her whip-like sword, destroying the ice shard coming her way. Right now, all she could do was be the defensive until she finds an opening.

*WOOM!*

*CRASH!*

*PLOP*

Charlotte slashes through a fireball with her briar whip with blue roses. She then destroys another ice shard but then has to change trajectory to slice through the incoming water attack.

Seeing how she was becoming a problem, they all began to attack her at once. She smirked seeing their desperate attempt. She jumps into the air, dodging all attacks.

"Briar Creation Magic: Corpse Hunting Briar Tree!" Her sword transforms into several pickled vines. The vines ensnared each diamond mage except the leader.

They were all trapped in large trees, unable to do anything.

"Briar Creation Magic: Scarlet Braided Beautiful Battle Spear!" Instead of one large spear, she created multiple smaller ones.

She then made a throwing motion with her hand, causing the spears to impale the ones caught in the briar.

She didn't kill them, she just injured to the point where they couldn't fight anymore. She then turned to the one who escaped.

"I see. Your vines took the most damage when hit with fire. Well, lucky me." The man said as he threw multiple fireballs at her.

Charlotte had no choice but to use her whip to destroy it. It was coming too fast for her to dodge. If she was to try to, she would-be ended up getting hit.

The fireballs were hot because each vine that touched a fireball, fell from the sword. Charlotte gritted her teeth because that was her only weakness.

Spell after spell, all she could do was use her whip to cancel it. She concluded that the diamond mage was captain level. No matter what she did, she couldn't find a way to get past the fireballs.

That's when her vines started falling off more. She was then hit by a fireball on her leg. She grunted in pain. The heat from the fireball was no joke. But that didn't matter, she continued to fight because she had a point to prove.

"Looks like someone is slowing down." The man said as he increased his speed. He was landed more fireballs and it was injuring Charlotte.

She tried to think of something, but her mind was in a state of panic. From taking all the fireballs to her body, her body eventually gave out. She tried to force herself to get back up, but nothing tried worked.

The man then walked over to Charlotte and bent over so they met face to face. The mage then licked the side of her face. She jerked her back disgusted.

"Don't be shy. We're going to have a lot of fun together." The man said as he went to knock out Charlotte.

But his punch hit the air. When he looked around, he saw a young boy with long black hair a good distance away from him. He also saw the girl was over there with him.

"It's a kid! Hahaha! Did they send a kid?" The man laughed hysterically while Madara checked on Charlotte.

"What did I say?!" Madara yelled showing that he was concerned for her. He came as soon as his clone said she was in danger.

That night when they finished talking, Madara had a bad feeling, so he created a clone to watch over her. His clone saw what was going on, but didn't report back to him because he didn't think she was in a life or death situation.

When he saw that she was taking a lot of damage, the clone told the original what was happening. Madara put of some clothes he could fight in and switched with his clone.

He saw the diamond mage about to hit Charlotte, so he rushed in and took her fee meters away. She had burns marks all over her body and saliva on her face.

Madara already knew what happened and what he was planning. That made him extremely irritated.

"Madara...?" Charlotte looked at Madara confused about why he was here.

"What did I say the other day? If you can't rely on anyone else, rely on me. You can't always do everything yourself." Madara said as he got up and walked toward the diamond mage.

Madara appeared behind the man, took off his hood, and appeared back at his spot.

"You did that just to take off my hood?" The man said as he laughed. Madaras' eyes turned blood red as he made direct eye contact.

Madara put him under a Tsukuyomi of endless torture for three days. Similar to Itachi's but worse. Madara then created a portal to Julius's office. He transported all the bodies there.

Madara then walked back over to Charlotte who looked to be in deep thought. Madara didn't wait for her to say anything, he picked her up in a princess carry, and flew back to the kingdom.

"Why...? How...?" Charlotte asked confused about how Madara got there. He was supposed to be on a mission.

"I'm trying to get you to understand that you are not alone. Why do think I'm going so far?" Madara asked leaving Charlotte quiet.

"I told you this would happen and you still did it. Why do I even bother?" Madara said since Charlotte didn't respond.

"Why do you bother?!" Charlotte yelled out of frustration.

"Because I care! I go so far as to make sure your safe because I care. I told you I would remove your curse and you need to be alive for me to do that!" Madara said yelling back at Charlotte.

"I didn't ask for you to do this! I was doing fine on my own-" Charlotte yelled, but got interrupted by Madara.

"Exactly. You were alone. With no one to your friends or you could depend on when you needed it. You don't have to be alone anymore, don't you see?" Madara said, in a calm tone causing Charlotte to calm down a little.

"I don't need anyone," Charlotte argued making Madara shake his head.

"What was that back there then? You know what would have happened if I hadn't shown up, right?" Madara asked causing Charlotte to turn her head.

'Her being stubborn is annoying. But what fun is it if you don't have to try a little to get the girl you want?'

"You remember what I said the other night?" Madara asked getting a nod from Charlotte.

"Good. Because I want you to know this, I'm never leaving. Whether you like it or not. I made a promise and I'm going to keep it." Madara said as his hands glowed green.

In a matter of seconds, she was healed. Madara created a portal back to her base and dropped her.

Could I have put this into two parts? Yes. Does this feel forced? Yes. Does it matter? No. Btw, shout out to Ero_Mood.
