Complete Annihilation

After meeting with his mother, Ash went back inside the airport lounge only to see Meowth searching around the area with a worried look on his face.

Chuckling at Meowth's over the top reaction Ash approached the feline and patted his head, "Are you looking for a mouse?"

Meowth flinched he felt someone touched him and turned around to see Ash smirking, he glared at Ash and said, "Where have you been?! I was worried that you chickened out and won't help Jessie and James."

Ash smiled and replied, "Don't worry Meowth, seeing how deeply worried you are about your friends situation I will not renege on our deal."

He then pointed towards the huge screen and said, "Looks like our flight is already here, we should board now so that we can reach Kanto soon."

While Ash and Meowth boarded their plane, Delia finally reunited with Serena and Pikachu who were both worried at her sudden disappearance.

"What happened Mrs. Ketchum? you just disappeared out of thin air." Serena asked in confusion, Pikachu jumped on Delia's shoulder and rubbed his face on her cheeks.

Caressing Pikachu's head Delia replied, "An acquaintance teleported me to meet him, he was kinda extra for doing all that but all is good and we just had a small talk."

Serena nodded sighing in relief that nothing happened to Delia or else she wouldn't know how to explain it if she meets Ash in the future.

The group exited the airport but as soon as they stepped out, the space around them started distorting and Pikachu who was standing on Delia's shoulder was sucked into the void.

"Pikachu!" Delia shouted trying to grab Pikachu's hand but to no avail, Pikachu was already gone. Delia was completely panicking right now when Serena suddenly said.

"Mrs. Ketcum look at your shoulder there seems to be a mark on your dress."

Delia immediately glanced at her right shoulder and saw a familiar mark embedded into her dress, seeing the familiar mark Delia closed her eyes and sighed in relief. A few moments later she looked at Serena who had a worried look across her face and said with a smile.

"Don't worry about Pikachu, he was taken by an idiot." Delia then grabbed Serena's hand who was still confused and they started walking around Jubilife City.

Pikachu who was suddenly sucked by a black hole looked at his surrounding and focused his attention on a middle-aged man who had a handsome face with black hair, Pikachu eyes started tearing up seeing the middle-aged man and dashed towards him burying his head on the man's chest crying his heart out.

Rubbing Pikachu's head the middle-aged smiled warmly and said, "There, there, looks like you and that brat had a small disagreement with each other. but no need to worry Pikachu you'll be staying with me for the time being and will reunite with him when the time is right."

The middle-aged man then glance at the huge light purple theropod-like pokemon with stripes on its body floating on top of him and said, "Thank you for bringing Pikachu here Palkia."

Palkia roared in response and said telepathically, "It is only natural for me to accept a request from a guardian."

The space around them started distorting and soon the three of them disappeared into space.

Kanto Region

Ash and Meowth finally reached Kanto, looking at the familiar surrounding Ash took a deep breath and said, "They were right when they said that returning to one's home region is the best feeling."

He then looked at Meowth and said, "My friend isn't here yet so I think it is time for us to go save your two friends then."

Meowth turned his head at Ash and asked doubtfully, "Are we just gonna barged in the headquarters without a proper well thought plan?"

Ash shook his head and replied with confidence, "Planning is only done if you are weaker than your opponent but if you are confident in your strength then you can just overpower them and we are just gonna save Jessie and James we will not be fighting Giovanni or Mewtwo so no need to worry too much."

He really didn't plan on attacking Mewtwo without consulting Mew first because he wanted to be sure what kind of pokemon Mewtwo is and if he has any sort of connection to Mew knowing that he was Mew's clone.

Taking out Charizard, Ash asked Meowth where the headquarters was and they immediately flew towards there without wasting any time.

Team Rocket Head Quarter

The Rocket's base was situated deep inside a huge mountain numerous checkpoints could be seen posted in different locations preventing outsiders from entering.

In one of those checkpoints a few Team Rocket grunts were guarding the area when all of a sudden a huge Charizard flew by them with great speed, knowing that it was headed towards the main base the grunt took out a communication device and reported.

"Report! a huge Charizard passed by checkpoint 1-A and is headed towards the main base as we speak."

The command center inside the base received the report and immediately mobilized a troop of grunts towards Charizard's location.

Riding on top of Charizard. Ash and Meowth saw a troop of flying pokemon blocking their path, sneering at their futile attempt Ash commanded.

"Burn everything in your path and let loose Charizard."

*ROOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!!*

A huge roar resounded the entire mountain making those weak willed pokemon tremble in fear, the flying troops the was blocking them flinched upon sensing terrifying aura but they still stood their ground and attacked Charizard with different types of skills.

Sneering at the incoming attacks Charizard took a deep breath and released a terrifyingly enormous flamethrower engulfing the attacks and continued its way towards the pokemon.

*Swooosh!*

The entire sky was covered in smoke and pokemons were falling down one by one clearly burnt looking at the color of their skin/feathers.

Charizard didn't even glance at the falling pokemon and continued his way towards the mountain who was now on high alert, you could hear sirens resounding all over the mountain and grunts were converging toward the north where Charizard's location was.

Among the grunts was a man with buzzed cut hair and a deep scar across his face, he stood in front of the grunts and commanded.

"All of you who have water pokemons go to my left side and those who have ground/rock pokemons go to my right. for the water pokemons only use water gun or hydro pump while the ground/rock used sandstorm and stone edge to attack that lizard."

"Yes, Leader!" The grunts saluted at the buzzed cut man.

He then took out a Pokeball and a savage looking Nidoking appeared beside him, "Later on use hyper beam after those grunts weaken Charizard, and don't forget not to show any mercy." the buzzed cut man ordered.

Nidoking nodded and stared at the Charizard who already stopped a few kilometers in front of them.

The buzzed cut man raised his head and shouted, "Attack! bring that Charizard down!"

As soon as he finished his command a barraged of attacks erupted and flew towards Charizard.

"Heh, looks like they really respect your strength Charizard. let's show them what you got then use fireblast but don't overdo it lest you destroy the mountain." Ash said shocking Meowth who was beside him.

Charizard roared and soared into the sky, he then looked down on the sea of pokemon below him and started releasing flames around him. the flames that surrounded Charizard started converging and a humungous star-shaped flame formed in the air releasing a terrifying heat.

"Go! Blast those scumbags and make them disappear!"

*ROOOOARRR!!!* *BOOOOM!!!!*

A humungous star-shaped fire blast was shot towards the grunts and pokemons submerging then in flames of hell.

"AH!!"

"Help me!! I'm burning!!"

"Save me! Save me! pleaaasee!!"

Scream of terror and fear could be heard across the mountain but what was weird was that only the grunts were affected by the flames and the pokemons beside them only felt warm from Charizard's attack.

The leader of the grunts was also not spared and before he even got the chance to showcase his Nidoking he was burned into ashes along with the grunts behind him.

Nidoking kneeled upon experiencing the fireblast that wiped out a platoon of grunts, he glanced beside him only to see a pile of ashes on the ground. seeing those pile of ashes rage overtook Nidoking and he glared hatefully at Charizard.

"Nido-Nidoking!!! Nidoking!!" Nidoking shouted and pointed at Charizard, savagery was written all over his face.

Charizard glanced at Nidoking raging below and snorted not caring about the puny ant that was throwing a tantrum below.

Ash who was riding on top of Charizard was rubbing his chin and asked the feline pokemon, "You said that this is the Team Rocket's main HeadQuarters but why are there only ant level trainers at pokemons here?"

Hearing Ash's question Meowth didn't know how to reply and could only say, "Giovanni is a careful man, he doesn't usually stay on a specific base and will move from different bases every single time. that is why until now the pokemon league couldn't catch him."

Ash nodded his head in understanding and commanded Charizard to enter the Team Rocket base because he still needs to rob them and take some precious materials if they ever had some in their vault.
