Previously on Avenging Angels

Rose comes back to the mansion to find the CCTV footage of yesterday but she is informed it was deleted. She asks Rose to find the footage.

ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN

I finished eating and dropped the plate on the sink. I washed my hand and moved to take my bag when I remembered something.

I haven't returned Chris's jacket.

I rushed out of the kitchen and took the jacket from my room. I then went down the hall before I went up the stairs.

My steps faltered a bit when I reached the spot where Chloe was lying yesterday. Although it was all cleaned up now, my eyes still saw blood on the floor.

I clenched my fists and turned away before I climbed the stairs. I went down the hall and knocked before I entered the last room on the corridor.

"Chris?" I called.

I didn't hear a sound.

"Chris"

I turned towards the bed and I saw a figure lying there as I vaguely heard his snores.
