In the end, I had chosen to come to work. It was pointless to stay in the apartel anyway. I could hardly keep my mind off of the events from the other day and it would not help if I stayed. I had nothing to do in the apartel. I would probably end up thinking more about the things that I should not think of.

I sighed. I wish I knew how to invent a time machine. That way, I could simply go back to the past and make different choices. That way, I could have done something. That way, I have the chance to stop things from getting this too complicated.

I was back to wanting to bang my head against the wall. Maybe I can make myself forget about everything and just disappear. I found myself sighing yet again.

If only that was possible. 

"Good morning, Miss Sunshine," I smirked upon seeing Nathan Lopez.

"Good evening to you, kind sir," 

"Ooh, seems like someone is in a good mood today," I raised an eyebrow at him.
