Apartment 21. Aiden Jenkins. Decay

I kneel to the floor next to Hunter's body, grabbing the candle so the flame does not get smothered. Hunter's whole body is shaking wildly, his left leg a grey piece of dead flesh that is the only thing that doesn't seem to be convulsing. As fast as I am able to, I put a hand under his head to keep him from bashing it into the floor.

"Hunter, hunter," I quaver. My voice is shaky and weak but I try my best to scream down the hall to anyone who can possibly hear me. "Help! Help! Ash! Brad! Karlie!"

While I wait for help, I slip my thighs under Hunter's head and hold it between my hands to try to subdue his convulsing. But it's useless, he's too strong even against all the strength I can muster. In my days living on the streets, I've witnessed a few cases of seizures due to overdose—one of Krissy's ex-boyfriend died after suffering through one—but I have never seen one like this.
