denki x reader part 4

"hey sorry if it toke me awhile" you said as you reached him "it's alright you look beautiful" denki said making you smile softly and blush and you pushed some of your hair behind your ear. "you look nice to" you said looking denki up and down to scan his outfit to see if he was wearing anything else and he was. he had on a simple black choker and you kinda liked that way it looked on him. "thanks, oh and here I already got the drinks" denki said grabbing the two cups full of hot coco and handing one to you "thanks, this stuff always taste amazing in the winter" you said as your hand started to warm up around the cup "I know right" denki said smiling as he phone started to buzz a bunch so denki looked at his phone and sighed then said "I'm sorry I'ma have to take this but I'll be quick" you didn't really mind so you just said "it's alright I don't mind" as you sat down on the bench so denki just smiled then answered the phone while taking a few steps away from you. you noticed that the snow started to get heavyer which you found very nice so you stuck out your hand to try and catch some but when you did it melted on your hand leaving a small drop of water. you pulled you hand back to your cup as you took a sip focusing on the snow trying not to intrude on denkis phone call. you noticed that it started to get windy making you a bit cold and of course you didnt bother to bring a jacket cause you where rushing out of the door to see denki so you just held your drink up to your chest in an attempt to warm yourself up but then you felt something wrap around you so you looked up so see that denki had taken off his jacket and wrapped it around you while still on the phone. you smiled while blushing a bit and just adjusted it around you, you could smell denki on his jacket and it didn't smell like a cologne it smelled more like rain on a sunny day which you always enjoyed the smell of especially in summer when you where younger. denki walked back over and sat down next to you while saying "so turns out that I forgot that my friends where all getting together at my house so my roommate let then in and now he just called me freaking out telling me to get my ass back home" as he placed his arm on the back of the bench behind you "oh it's alright we can do this another time I don't want to keep your friends waiting" you said hella upset that y'all's date was getting cut short but you understood denkis situation.
