Chapter 13 : Confronting Scrozux

"Admiral, we found out who hire Scrozux." Said Rum through the communicator.

"Who?" Admiral Maskmana ask.

"His name is Zaroro, an alien from Ata Ta Tiga." Said Rum.

"Lahap, run a search about Zororo!" Said Admiral.

"Yes, admiral!" Lahap replied.

Moments later, information about Zaroro appear on the ship's computer screen. Both Admiral Maskmana and Lahap read the information carefully.

"Admiral, this is Kaizo." Said Kaizo through the communicator.

"Report!"

"We found out where they're going to meet." Said Kaizo.

"Where?!"

"We'll send you coordinate." Kaizo replied.

Moments later, a map appear on the screen.

"Let's meet up at the coordinate area and make plan to ambush Scrozux." Said Admiral Maskmana.

"Make haste. We make a little fuss before. Scrozux might already know we're chasing him." Said Axion.

Captain's team.

They already at the transaction point. A small empty area surrounded by tall buildings. They pick a hiding spot and wait for Scrozux.

"If the rest of our team doesn't arrive here when the transactions is done, we might need to take care of things ourselves. At the very least, we need to stall Scrozux until the admiral come." Said Axion.

"Hmph. I can take care of him myself." Said Kaizo.

"I understand your passion, Sir Kaizo. However, please let me handle the fight too." Said Captain Albi.

"Someone's here." Axion whispered.

An alien stand in the middle of the area. Axion put on her google and scan the alien. He wears a cloak. His face is hidden. But it can't hide his square head, which is a characteristic of Alien from Ata Ta Tiga. Axion tried to find opening behind his hood. She scans the Alien from a far.

"It's Zaroro. I'm sending picture to the rest of the team." Said Axion.

Moments later, another alien come.

"That's Scrozux. I fought him when he hijacks my ship." Said Captain Albi.

Scrozux walk closer to Zaroro.

"Scrozux. You're finally here." Said Zaroro.

Scrozux didn't reply. He stands in silence as he looked at Zaroro.

"Do you have it?" Ask Zaroro.

Scrozux put a bag down. He pulls the orb and hold it in his hand.

"Good." Said Zaroro. He pulls his bag's zipper and throw the bag towards Scrozux.

Millions of money can be seen, sticking out from the bag.

"Hand me the orb." Said Zaroro.

"I WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE IT!!" Yelled Captain Albi. He jumps out from his hiding spot and runs toward Scrozux.

Captain Albi swing his sword, but Scrozux dodge it.

"You...." Scrozux growled.

Zaroro surprised.

Kaizo was about to jump out and help Captain Albi. But Axion suddenly pull Kaizo back when she noticed something. She points at a window. Kaizo look around. Few mercenaries aim their gun through the window. From MP5 level gun to snipers.

"STOP! Don't move! Or I'll tell my men to shoot you." Said Zaroro.

Captain Albi stop his attack and looked around. Shooters stick out from the windows and aim at Captain Albi. He's surrounded. Some mercenaries jump out from the surrounding building.

"What's this? You bring an entire army to get me?" Said Scrozux.

"Don't get me wrong. I'm a man of my word. This is just safety measure in case you're being followed. You'll get your money once I have that orb in my hand." Said Zaroro.

"Hmph!" Scrozux snorts.

"Admiral, we're surrounded. Zaroro hire a lot of mercenaries." Axion whisper through her communicator.

"Tell me your situation." Said Admiral Maskmana through the communicator.

"This place is surrounded with tall old buildings. Snipers are ready in each windows. Some mercenaries are on the ground, surrounding Captain Albi. More mercenaries might be hiding inside these building. Kaizo and I are still hiding. We're waiting for order." Said Axion.

"I understand. I need you to buy some time until I get there." Said Admiral.

"Understood." Said Axion.

Both Axion and Kaizo look around, trying to think a plan. While Captain Albi try to buy some time with conversation.

"Scrozux. I will take back the Orb." Said Captain Albi.

"Take the orb?! HAHAHAHAHAHA." Zaroro laugh. His laughter echoes through the slum. "Look around you. You're surrounded and outnumbered." Said Zaroro. "Put your sword down and give up!"

"Rubrum knight doesn't know defeat. I shall fight to death!" Said Captain Albi.

"So be it." Said Zaroro. "SHOOT HIM!!!"

The snipers begin to shoot. Kaizo jump out and protect Captain Albi with his energy shield. He managed to defend against rain of bullets.

"Thanks." Said Captain Albi.

Zororo notice the badge on Kaizo's jacket. "Huh?! A ranger of Astraeus." Zororo mumbled.

The rain of bullets stops. The shooters are busy reloading their gun.

"How long are you going to hide in that shield?" Said Zaroro. He laughed. "Soon, you'll have to put down that shield and surrender."

The shooters are done reloading their gun. They begin to shoot again. Although there are many shooters, the gun they use is a low quality. It's a piece of cake for Kaizo.

Axion focus her magic. She closes her eyes and chant few spells. Suddenly, few windows explode. Throwing some shooters out of the window. The mercenaries confused. They wondering how did the explosion happen. Scrozux stare at the blown up windows. Smoke fill the building, making it hard to see what's inside.

"GET HIM!" said Zaroro, ordering mercenaries on the ground.

As soon as the firing stop, mercenaries on ground start to attack them. Kaizo and Captain Albi fight them. Axion immediately join them.
