Chapter 548: Rules & Weird Mission

Rule number 0: No one would be allowed to leave the Rock Fortress City until a second notice. Everyone inside was pleased to accept that and adapt to the situation.

The Shadow Clan would take care of their basic needs, as well as the control of the place. They could leave a peaceful life as long as they followed the rules and the ruler.

Rule number 1: The Shadow Clan would accept any willing free cultivator that wanted to join them, and would give them quite the treatment as long as they were loyal to the Clan.

They would be assigned missions, and different duties around the place, like maintaining control, or guarding important places and objects.

Rule number 2: Everyone else that didn't want to join the Clan, would have to lead a peaceful life without trying to cause any troubles inside the city.

There were different missions or assignments that they could receive even without becoming part of the Shadow Clan.
