"So, let me announce all the final rules:

1) As a part of the alliance, our kingdoms are prohibited from attacking each other. And it's not just limited to the armies but also the adventurers (NPCs + players).

2) We will completely open teleportation formations to our allies.

3) We are allowed to have other alliances as long as we follow the rules of our alliance group.

4) Each member of our alliance can recommend outsiders to join us and expand our alliance but their membership will be decided by a majority through voting.

5) The leader of the alliance will be changed every four weeks and will be decided by a majority through voting.

6) The leader of the alliance can arrange a summit atleast once during his one-month tenure. And it is mandatory for every member of the alliance to attend the first meeting. During the following meetings, the members can send an envoy in their place.
