Overwhelming Strength! I

When the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos left the Necrotic Universe and left behind 100 seeds of the Incarnations of Chaos, he then appeared in the Automaton Universe and did the same thing with the Mechanical Hegemony that was overseeing things there!

With such actions, the rivers of fate churned as destiny began flying in a different direction. Yet, the being that was the cause of it had simply too much Universal Fortune and Destiny, so what exactly would be the result of it?

What would come of Paragons becoming Incarnations of one of the strongest beings in the Primordial Cosmos as they gained access to unique Daos such as Extinction and Chronos? How infinitely close to the power of Hegemonies would they be?!
