chapter 33

Amari, Tristan and their team latched themselves on the side of the their walker. Amari banged on the door a few times and waited for a reply. The door opened and a snowtrooper poked his head out. He looked where Amari was and was surprised. "What the?"

"What's sup doc." Amari said and blasted him. His team jumped inside the walker and started blasting all the troopers inside. Once they were done they made their way to the cockpit of the walker. Amari and Tristan blasted both pilots and removed their bodies from the seats. Tristan and one other solder sat done and took control of their walker.

While that was happening, Emily and her team flew with jetpacks low under the first walker. Emily told them to first place the bombs on each leg of the walker. After they did that, they then put bombs under the belly and around the neck of the walker. "Ma'am we're all done here." A soldier told Emily. "Good. Now on to the next one." Emily said and they flew to the next one. They started to place the bombs on the same places. They were almost done until the side door of the walker opened. Emily noticed that one of the Clan Bridger soldiers didn't see the door open and was right under it. In a flash she grabbed his hand and turned off her jetpack. She grabbed one of the cables underneath. She gestured the soldier to say silent by placing a finger in front of her helmet and he nodded. A snowtrooper peaked his head out and looked around. After a few moments, the door closed and Emily and the soldier reactivated their jetpacks. "I'm sorry ma'am, I wasn't paying attention." He said. "It's fine, it's not your fault. We wouldn't have know that would happen. Just be glad we didn't get caught." Emily said. They got done placing the bombs and retreated to the others.

While that was happening, Ash and his team was on top of their walker. "How do we get in sir?" A soldier asked. "Like this." Ash answered and ignited his lightsabers. He stuck them both into the steal skin of the walker and started to cut a hole in it. Once the hole was made, Ash and his men jumped down taking snowtroopers by surprise. "Hey! What do you think your doing? Surrender!" One said raising his blaster. "I got a better idea." Ash said and used the force to grabbed their weapons. The weapons flew out of the troopers hands and landed on the ground in front of Ash. "Execute." Ash said and his men started blasting the snowtroopers. They reached the cockpit and blasted the pilots and two soldiers sat down in the pilot seats.

Moments later, Emily and her team entered Ash's walker. Emily walked into the cockpit where Ash was. "Boss, bombs are set and ready to go." She informed. "Good. Amari, Tristan, you guys ready as well?" Ash asked in his comm. "Yeah we're all set here." Amari answered back. "Alright, stay in their formation. Once we get inside the base, we blow the walkers and began our attack." Ash said.

It took a couple of minutes, but then the Imperial base came into view and the walkers marched inside. They were now passed the gates and wall. An Imperial officer standing on a small platform gestured the first two walkers to go left, and then the second two to the right. The walkers on the left stopped at their designated area. Troopers started to walk out until they heard multiple beeps. One snowtrooper walked to the direction of the beeps. As he approached, the beeps got louder and faster. Once he got to where thr beeps were coming from, he saw multiple bombs on the walkers.

"Ah, son of a-!"

The bombs went off on both walkers making a massive explosion. Alarms were going off and troopers were running everywhere. Then at the far right side of the base, the other walkers started blasting the troopers on the ground and destroying platforms. The side doors on each side of each walker opened and Clan Bridger forces came out and started firing at the Imperials. Some jumped on top of their walkers blasting troopers while others flew around with their jetpacks. More Imperial troopers came outside the base and starting firing at the Mandalorians. Then small scout walkers appeared and started shooting. Amari flew out of his walker and on top of it. He and others fired their rockets at the small scout walkers destroying some. "Ash, Emily. We got their attention. You're clear to head inside." Amari said in his comm. "Solid copy. We'll try to be quick." Ash said back.

Ash and Emily jumped out of their walker and used their jetpacks to fly towards the entrance. Once they got inside they are met by stormtroopers. They quickly delt with them and continued their search.

After 20 minutes of searching they came across the last room to check. Ash placed a hand on the door and closed his eyes under his helmet. "They're in here. I can feel it." He said. Emily hacked the door controls and it slid open. The walked towards two large crates and saw the Kyber Crystals inside. "I need some men at my coordinates now. We found the Kyber Crystals." Ash ordered in his comm. "Sir yes sir!" Clan Bridger soldiers answered back.

Eight Clan Bridger soldiers rushed inside the room Ash and Emily were in. "Awaiting orders sir!" A soldier said. "Help us take theses Kyber Crystals back outside. Escort them in diamond formation." Ash ordered. "Sir!" They said.

They all ran down the walls blasting stormtroopers along the way one their way to the exit. "I want all ships at our coordinates engaging cover fire and two ships ready to come pick up the packages." Ash ordered in his comm. "Yes sir!" The pilots answered back.

They made it back outside and saw explosions happening in all directions. They saw the stolen Imperial walkers destroying everything in their way and Clan Bridger soldiers in the skies creating chaos. They saw their ships in the sky. "Come on this way!" Ash said. They all ran through the battle field with blaster fire coming at them. "Tristan! Give us some cover fire will you!" Ash said in his comm. Tristan's walker fired at the Imperial troopers that were shooting at Ash and Ash gave out a two finger salute to Tristan's direction.

Two ships landed outside the Imperial base as Ash and his team ran towards them. They put the Kyber Crystals on both ships and the ships lifted off. "Clan Bridger! Mission accomplished! We're heading home!" Ash ordered in his comm and he and his team flew in the air with their jetpacks. All the Clan Bridger forces flew in the air towards each of their ships and they left the planet's orbit.

They were in space about to plot their course to head back to Concordia. One of the pilots noticed the Star destroyer turning to attack them. "Sir the star destroyer is preparing to attack." He said. "It's too late for that. Make the jump." Ash ordered and all the ships jumped in to hyperspace.

"Wohooo! We did it!" Emily shouted in excitement. "We actually stole Kyber Crystals from every Imperial sector. We pulled it off." Tristan said. "Was there any doubt?" Ash asked. "Never was. We pulled off the biggest heist in history." Amari stated. "Yep. Get some rest guys. We'll be home in a few." Ash said. They all went into their rooms and got some well deserved rest from the long two weeks they had.

It was finally done. Clan Bridger has successfully stolen Kyber Crystals from the Empire. Their new mission; now to go to the planet Paucris Major, where they can snag some old, but still functional, Mandalorian warships to take for their own.

It was a long ride back to Concordia, but it was all over. Clan Bridger ships came out of hyperspace over their home planet. Ash send in the clearance codes to land at the base. "Clearance codes check out. Welcome home Sir." A soldier answered in the radio.

The ships landed in the air field. Ash, Emily, Amari and Tristan stepped out of their ship and saw lana , Harper and Sarah, Ursa and Alex waiting for them. Once Harper and Sarah saw her father, she got down from her mothers arms and made a beeline for him. "Daddy! I missed you!" She shouted and jumped into her fathers arms. "I've missed you too Harper and Sarah." Ash said hugging his daughter.

Alex ran towards Emily and hugged her tight. "Whoa! Didn't think you missed me this much." Emily said hugging him back. "How could I not? You were away for too long. It felt like forever." Alex said and started kiss her on the cheek multiple times. "Haha! Alright, alright. Lets not get all mushy about it." Emily said but was enjoying his affection towards her. Alex stopped and kissed her on the nose. "Now you're just trying to show off for me." Emily said. "You know you love me." Alex stated. "Hmm,do I know that? Yes. Yes I do." Emily said and kissed him on the lips.

Ursa walked up to Amari and Tristan and smiled at them both. She hugged her son and kissed her husband. "I'm glad you two are ok." She said. "Ah c'mon don't tell me you were worried about us." Amari said. Ursa softly punched him on the shoulder and kissed him again. "Hope you guys didn't cause too much trouble without me." Ursa said. "Eh, it was nothing we couldn't handle." Tristan said. Ursa smiled and brushed his hair with her hand.

Ash walked towards lana with Harper and Sarah in her arms and smiled at one another. "You're late." lana said. Ash snuggled his shoulders. "We were having to much fun on the mission, we lost track of time." Ash told her. lana smiled and kissed him on the lips then pressed their foreheads together. Once they separated, Ash turned to his men. "Get the Kyber Crystals unloaded and out here!" He ordered. "Yes sir!" They shouted and got to work.

Once they got all of them out of the ships and placed them in front of Ash and the others. They opened the crates and the glow of the Crystals brightened. "So this is what the trouble was about. Impressive." Ursa said. "Yep. With theses, we can bring back what was stolen from us all those years ago." lana said. "Alright listen up everyone! I want some of the energy from theses Crystals transferred into power cells at once! In six days we ride out to the planet Paucris Major to collect some old Mandalorian war relics that belong to us! Get some well deserved rest! Is that understood?" Ash said. "Sir yes sir!" They all shouted. "Good. Dismiss!" Ash said and they all went about their business.

Emily and Alex walked towards Ash and lana . "Boss, is there any side mission for us in in between the six days?" Emily asked. "In three days we will, but for now get some rest. I can tell you two missed each other a lot." Ash told them and they both went red a little. Ash laughed a little. Emily smirked and took Alex's hand then left.

Amari, Ursa and Tristan walked to them. "Hey is everything ok?" lana asked. "Well, me and Amari have been talking and Clan Wren would like to join you all on the mission in six days." Ursa told them. "Really, you mean that?" Ash asked. "Of course we do. We can't let you two have all the fun." Amari said. "So we'll be going back to Krownest to prepare our forces and be back on the fifth day with most of our Clan." Ursa added. "That's great. We'll see you soon then." Ash said. "Yes you will." Amari said. Harper and Sarah got into Ursa's arms and they all got into a group hug. They broke the hug and they got on their ship. "Bye grandma! Bye grandpa! Bye uncle!" Harper and Sarah shouted as they got on the ship and left the planet.

Ash, lana and Harper and Sarah went back into their base in the throne room. "Daddy can I go with you to the planet this time? Pleeeeeeaaaase?" Harper and Sarah asked with mixed colored puppy dog eyes that Ash could never resist. Ash looked at lana who also had the say puppy dog eyes like Harper and Sarah. "Mmmm. You kidding me with those eyes." Ash said with a smile. Harper and Sarah scooted closer into Ash's lap and leaned in. "Oh alright. You can come." Ash finally gave in. "Yay! Thanks daddy!" Harper and Sarah said hugging him tight. They continue to sit at their thrones enjoying there off time to prepare for the big mission.

Three days passed and everything was almost ready for the upcoming mission to Paucris Major. Many power cells were filled with Kyber Crystal energy and more was almost done.

Ash, lana , Emily and Alex were in the command center going over a side mission for them. Ash pulled up a holo image on the table. "Over the passed few weeks we've been monitoring rebel frequencies and we caught something good." Ash explained and played the transmission. "Yavin 4 to rebel station; we just sent a supply convoy to your sector. It will arrive in three hours. Yavin 4 out." The transmission ended.

"So where's the convoy?" Emily asked. "No surprise, it's going through our sector of space. It turns out, the rebels had a outpost in our sector without us knowing." lana said. "This is our mission: first, we take out the convoy and steal their supplies. Then we download the stations coordinates from the ship. After that, we head to the rebel station, steal their supplies and destroy the entire station." Ash said. "You can count on us boss." Alex told him. "Yeah lets do it." Emily added. "Alright, prepare the men and lets move out." Ash ordered and they left.

They were now outside at the airfield. Everyone was ready to get going on the mission. "All set boss." Emily informed. "Good. All we're waiting for now is lana ." Ash said. "Ash!" lana shouted running over to him. "What kept you?" Ash asked. "Sorry, had to go check on Harper and Sarah. She's asleep right now." lana answered. "Okay, lets get going." Ash said. They all got on the ship and the ships took off from the base and into hyperspace.

After a few minutes, Clan Bridger ships came out of hyperspace and saw four rebel cruisers.

"That's the convoy? It doesn't look like much." Emily said. "Well what can you expect from rebels. Weak ships but number of mindless soldiers always running into useless fights." Alex stated. "Indeed." Ash said. "Sir. The rebel command ship is trying to contact us." A pilot said. "*sighs* put through." Ash said slightly annoyed. "Mandalorian ships; stand down now or you will be fired at." A rebel officer warned. "Clan Bridger, go give them our counter offer." lana ordered. "Yes ma'am." Pilots said and got into attack formation.

They fired rockets at the small corvette ships taking out their shields. The command ships launched several A-wings and they started to attack. Clan Bridger and rebel fighters fired at one another. Clan Bridger fighters easily took out the rebels fighters. "Good. Now all ships fire EMP rounds." Ash ordered in his comm. All ships fired rockets at all the ships and a pulse wave came off of them knocking out all their systems. "Nice work everyone. Pick a ship and start raiding for supplies." Ash ordered. "Yes sir." They came back.

Two ships docked themselves on to the command ship and Ash, lana , Alex and Emily walked on to the ship. They soon were met by rebel soldiers. "FreAshe Mandalorians!" One shouted. "Wrong choice of words." Ash said and lifted his hands. They rebel soldiers were frozen in their place unable to move or talk. "Kill them." Ash ordered and they all fired at the frozen troopers dead. "Fan out. I want this everything on this ship stripped and brought back here." lana ordered. "Yes ma'am!" They all said and left to different directions. Ash, lana , Emily, Alex and two others walked towards the bridge.

Once they got their, they saw the door was sealed shut. Emily was about to step up and hack it but Ash stopped her. "I got it." He said. He grabbed one of his lightsabers. He ignited it and put it through the door. He began to cut a hole in the door. Emily gestured to Alex and the two other solders to get on each side of the door and they did. Once Ash was done, he pulled out his lightsaber from the door and used the force to push the door out. Emily, Alex and the solders jumped in and blasted the rebel soldiers left and right. Two rebel officers was about to go for the attack but Emily side kicked the first one, kicked the other one hard in the knee causing it to bend back and through him into the other one. Another was coming from behind Emily but Alex came behind him and snapped his neck. Emily turned to him and gave him a thumbs up and he did the same. Once the rebel soldiers were killed the rebel commander was the only one left and he surrendered getting on his knees

"Clear!" Emily informed and Ash and lana walked in. "What do you scum want?" The rebel commander asked earning a hit in the back of the head by Alex. "Give us the coordinates to the rebel station in our sector." Ash said. "I'll never give them to you. You're nothing but a bunch of savages that need to be in your place. Especially you Bridger." He said. "So you know who I am." Ash said. "Yeah I've read your file. Former Jedi turned Mandalorian. And lana Wren. Traitors the both of you." He said. lana scoffed. "Please. More lies from Mon Mothma I presume. You all are nothing but pawns in her game that not even she knows how to play." She said. "What do you know. Nothing but war." The rebel commander said.

"Enough. Give us the coordinates now." Ash said. "I'll never give you anything you meatheads." The rebel commander said. "Emily. Persuade him." Ash ordered. Emily walked up to the rebel with fist balled up. She picked him up by the collar and punched him in the face. As he fell down, Emily kicked him in the face. She then kicked him in the chest and kneed him in his temple. Blood started to come out of his head. Emily grabbed his arm and put her elbow into his breaking it hearing the snapped and he yelled in pain. "Now I could do this myself but Emily here, she's really good at torturing people than me." Ash said. "You people are sick." The rebel commander said in pain.

Ash looked at Emily and she nodded. She pulled out her blaster and shot him in leg. She started her kicking again. Emily kicked him in the face, gut and back breaking every bone in his body. "This is getting boring. His limbs are breaking to easily for me." Emily said. "Try cutting him. Maybe that will be more enjoyable." Alex suggested. Emily pulled out her knife and tore off his shirt. She placed her foot on his spine and started to put cut marks on his back. He yelled in pain struggling to get her off.

Once she was done, Emily picked him up by the hair and slammed his face into the control terminal and he fell to the ground. "Is he still alive?" lana asked. Emily kicked him in the side and they heard a grunt. "Yep he's still breathing." She said. "Huh, tuff bastard." lana stated. The rebel commander grabbed Emily by the leg and tried to pick himself up. "Ah, still got some fight in him. I would be impressed if he wasn't a rebel." Emily said and they all laughed. While one of the rebel's hands grabbed onto her belt, she felt the other hand go somewhere else. "It's not a good idea to touch a female Mandalorian there." Emily said and kneed him in the side of his head. She then slammed her foot on to his cheek causing him to fall face first to the metal ground.

Ash walked up to him and kneeled down to the rebel while he was still under Emily's foot. "So. You ready to cooperate with us now?" Ash asked. He did not answer. Ash looked up at Emily. "See if his voice still works." He told her. Emily stomped her foot on the rebels face again and they heard a yell in pain. "Please stop!" He pleaded. "Oh so you still can talk. Are ready to give us what we want now or do you still need more persuasion?" Ash asked again. "Yes! Just call off your dog!" The rebel said. "What the hell did you just call me?!" Emily shouted and continued to kick him.

Once she stopped she backed up. "You brought that last beat down on yourself. Now give us what we want." Ash said. The rebel struggled to get up to the terminal. Once he did, he put in a code and a chip. He grabbed the chip and handed it to Ash. "There that's the coordinates." He said. "Good. This ship is dead. Lets leave him here." Ash said. They were about to leave but the rebel commander said something. "Bridger, the rebellion will have your head for this. You're nothing but a street rat. A big fat load of bantha crap that doesn't deserve to live. You sniveling little son of a-!" Before he could finish he was blasted in the stomach.

Everyone saw lana with her blaster out smoking and aimed at him. "No one talks about my husband like that." She said and put her blaster in her holster. Ash took her hand. He slightly lifted his helmet up and kissed lana 's hand. "Alright everyone, lets head to these coordinates and destroy that station." Ash ordered.

They all returned to their ships and detached from the rebel cruisers. "Everyone's ready boss." Emily said. "Okay make the jump." Ash said and they jumped into hyperspace.

Clan Bridger ships were in hyperspace on their way to the rebel outpost station. They were almost there and were going over their plan of attack.

Ash started to explain their battle tactic. "Okay, so the plan is this: first fighters move in for the assault. The rebels will obviously have defenses for any attack. When they launch their fighters to attack us, our fighter will clear a path for the boarding party to infiltrate the station. Once we're in, we take out any residents throughout the station, take their supplies and blow it to ashes." "While inside, me, Emily and some others will go to the power center to plant the charges, while Alex leads a team to raid the rebels supplies." lana added.

"I'm always raiding supplies." Alex stated. "Aw c'mon, don't be jealous that I get to blow the place up with lana ." Emily said. "It's you that's gonna be jealous that I finally top you." Alex told her. "Don't go crying to me when you loss again." Emily said. "I won't." Alex said. Emily gave him a confused look with a smirk. Alex quickly realized the way he said that. "Loose. I-I won't...." He tried to correct himself. "Ha! Too late! Screwed it up!" Emily said laughing. "I'll never understand how you two can turn everything into a competition." Ash said. "Now, hold on Ash, lets not forget long ago that you and I were also like that." lana stated. "And it's just some friendly competition with us boss. That I will win." Emily said punching Alex on the shoulder and in return, Alex pulled her into a kiss as they both started to make out. Ash and lana looked at each other and back to them. They shook their heads and sighed. As the two continued to kiss, Ash pretended to clear his throat. They stopped kissing and stood their blushing and embarrassed looking away.

"Sir, we're coming out of hyperspace." A pilot informed. "Well you two will have all the time to do that later. Right now we have a mission to do." lana said. "R-Right. Lets do it." Emily said. They walked towards the cockpit and looked out the window. All Clan Bridger ships came out of hyperspace and they saw the rebel outpost station.

"All ships prepare to attack." Ash ordered. Clan Bridger ships flew in attack formation towards the station. They saw rebel fighters coming out of the station and towards them. Both sides started to fire at each other. Explosions and rockets were going in multiple directions. Clan Bridger ships were over powering the rebels and they were dropping like flies. "Sir, permission to move for the station." A pilot said. "Do we have a clear path?" Ash asked. "Yes sir." He answered. "Permission granted. Move head towards the station." Ash ordered. "Sir yes sir." The pilot said.

They flew their ships straight towards the station going past any rebel fighters. Any enemy pilots that went for them, they were blown out off space by a Clan Bridger fighter. They made it to the station and landed in the hanger bay. Rebel soldiers surrounded the Mandalorian ships. At least 30 rebels flooded the hanger bay and had blasters aimed at the ships. "CLAN BRIDGER! THIS IS IT FOR YOU! IF YOU STEP OUT OF YOUR SHIPS YOU WILL BE FIRED AT! LEAVE NOW OR WE WILL DESTROY YOU!" A rebel yelled at them. Their was silence on both ends of the forces. 5 rebel soldiers walked towards one of the ships with blasters aimed. One of them tapped their blaster on the door of the ship. Then in a surprise, the door slid opened. They saw the nothing but pitch black inside.

As two of them slowly walked up the ramp to the door, two lightsabers ignited and decapitated them both. Ash slowly walked out of the ship with his lightsabers and helmet on. The rebels started to back up fearing the worst out of what was gonna happen. "OPEN FIRE!!!" One said and they all started to shoot. Ash lifted his hand and all the blaster bolts froze and disappeared. The rebels gasped in fear at the powerful Mandalorian force user. Ash lifted one of his lightsabers and pointed it at them as the other ramps to the other ships opened. "Clan Bridger! Raise hell!" Ash shouted and multiple blaster fire came out of the ships. Clan Bridger forces came flooding out of the ships and engaged. Some rebels were being slaughtered and some others were retreating out of the hanger bay.

Once the hanger by was cleared, Ash, lana , Alex and Emily got into their groups. "Lets make this quick and easy people. Kill any rebels in your path." Ash ordered.

Then a big door slid open and they pointed their blasters at the door. As the door was completely open, a figure in white armor walked into the hanger bay towards them. Emily and Alex fired their blasters at the figure but he activated a wrist shield to block their shots. "So this is the famous Clan Bridger I've heard so much about. Mon Mothma told me you were dangerous. I'm glad she wasn't wrong, I could use a good fight." The figure said. "So a rebel commando I presume." Ash said.

"Oh Not quite my friend. Far more cooler." The figure said and activated a blue lightsaber.

Clan Bridger stood before the man with white armor and lightsaber. His armor was nothing like they never seen before. Neither Ash or lana knew this kind of armor when they were in the rebellion. The man took a few more steps and was met with blasters aimed at him.

"So, is this guy some type of Jedi?" Alex asked. Ash scoffed and said, "He ain't no Jedi." Ash said. "Indeed. I am not a Jedi but that doesn't mean I didn't learn how to use it." The man said. "Who are you?" lana asked. "My name is Jobin. I am apart of the RVD, Rebel Vanguard Division, swore only to take orders from General Mon Mothma herself." Jobin said. "Huh, we heard about you guys when we're apart of the rebellion. Rebels like you never failed a mission." Ash said. "Correct. I intend to keep my streak alive and well. And to do so, I'll have to fight you." Jobin said pointing his lightsaber at Ash. "Oh Please. I could take you down without a sweat." Ash stated. "Didn't think of you to chicken out on a fight. Maybe I could ask your wife to challenge me. Perhaps if I beat her, I can put you in your place." Jobin said.

That triggered Ash. "How 'bout I make you eat your own words." Ash said. "Well bring it." Jobin told him. Ash looked at lana and she nodded. "Everyone finish the mission and follow me." lana ordered. "Yes ma'am." Clan Bridger soldiers said. "Good luck Ash." She added and they left.

Ash ignited his lightsabers and walked towards Jobin. "Ooooh. This is gonna be fun. I haven't had a real challenge." Jobin said. "Are you gonna keep on talking or do I have to make you shut up." Ash said. They both pointed their lightsabers at each other. They ran towards each other and clashed. They clashed their lightsabers back and forward with each other. Jobin went for a swing and Ash backflipped out of the way and used the force to push him back. Jobin put his lightsaber into the floor slowing himself from the push. He got up and a fired a shockwave out of his wrist gauntlet. The impact made Ash stumble a bit but he controlled himself. As Jobin went for the attack, Ash flew in the air with his jetpack. He put one of his lightsabers on his belt and grabbed his blaster. He shot at Jobin a few times and Jobin blocked the shots with his wrist shield. Jobin fired a grapple in the air and it caught Ash on the chest plate. He yanked Ash down to the floor and went for the attack again. Ash blocked his attack and rolled over to kick him back.

They both ran towards each other and clashed again. Ash pushed him back and fired a lasso at Jobin's neck. Ash flew into the and taking Jobin with him. Ash swung Jobin into some crates and let go of the lasso. Jobin got up and fired blaster bolts from his wrist. Ash deflected the bolts and flew straight at him. Ash tackled Jobin in the air and against the wall. Jobin quickly kneed Ash in the helmet a few times and threw Ash off of him. They both landed on the ground. "This is awesome! In all my years I've never had a good fight like this!" Jobin said. "Careful about what you do kid. Cause this might be your last match if you don't step it up." Ash told him. "Yeah, you're right. What do you say we kick things up a notch." Jobin suggested. "Fine by me. Just so you know I won't hold back." Ash informed. "Well what do ya know, great minds think alike. So lets do this." Jobin said and they clashed again

lana , Emily and some other Clan Bridger soldiers were running throughout the station on their way to the power room. "Emily, how much farther do we have to go?" lana asked. "Actually not that far. It's up ahead." Emily said. "Good. Cause I wanna get this done and head back to Ash." lana said. "You're worried about him?" Emily asked. "Of course I am. I don't want him to get hurt or anything." lana stated. "Hey it's okay. We both know Ash can handle anything that the Rebellion or the Empire throws at him. He'll be alright." Emily reassured her and lana smiled under her helmet.

They entered the power room and looked around in the big room. "Spread out. I want the charges placed at the weakest points of this place." lana ordered. "Yes ma'am!" The soldiers said and got to work. They set charges on terminals, power cells, wall and more. Emily walked towards on of the terminals and began to hack it. "Emily, what are you doing?" lana asked. "I'm about add more fireworks to the show." Emily answered. Once she was done, the screens was flashing red and saying 'reactor meltdown in progress.' "I taught you too well Em." lana stated. "Aw shucks lana . You're making me blush." Emily joked and they both laughed.

"Alex, how are things at your end?" lana asked n her comm. "Almost ready. We got most of the supplies." Alex answered. "Well you better hurry. Emily just added a Grand Finale to this mission." lana told him. "Aw crap I know what that means. C'mon people I wanted this stuff out of here yesterday. Pick up the pace or we'll be apart of Emily's firework show." Alex said and ended the transmission. "Okay we're moving people. Lets head back to the ships." lana ordered. "Yes ma'am!" They said and ran out of the power room.

Ash and Jobin were still in a heated battle with each other. Clashing lightsabers back and forward like crazy. Ash side step one of his attacks and side kicked Jobin in the gut. Jobin retaliated with a spin kick. Ash blocked it but it made him stumble back a little. Ash swung his lightsaber at Jobin and he blocked it with his wrist shield. Jobin swung his lightsaber at Ash and he blocked it with his. They were locked horns with each other trying to get the upper hand. They pushed each other back. Jobin fired a cable at Ash's helmet. He yanked Ash towards him and kicked him in the helmet making Ash fall back. Ash slowly got up on one knee trying to steady himself after that kick. Jobin walked towards him and put his lightsaber in the air ready to strike Ash down.

Then a blaster bolt hit Jobin in the helmet making him stumble back. He looked to the source and saw lana and other Clan Bridger soldiers shooting at Jobin. "Emily! Get Ash! Alex cover her!" lana ordered. "Right!" They both said. They ran next to Ash still shooting at Jobin. Emily put Ash's arm around her and helped him to his feet. She turned and walked Ash towards the ship with Alex not far behind. Jobin was about to attack again but Alex still shot at him making Jobin back up. Jobin then ran out a door way and out of sight.

Clan Bridger got on their ships and they took off from the station. Emily sat Ash down in a chair and lana kneeled down next to him. She took off both of their helmets. "Ash, you okay?" She asked. "Yeah, thanks for the assist." Ash said. lana smiled and kissed him on the lips. "So you guys placed the charges?" Ash asked. "Yep. They should be going off right...about...now!" Emily said. Just when she said that, a huge explosion happened around the station. "Damn. How many charges did you use?" Ash asked surprised. "That was mostly Emily's handy work. She started a reactor meltdown." lana told him. "And I have no regret!" Emily said proudly and they laughed. "Okay guys. Lets head back home." Ash ordered and all their ships jumped into hyperspace.

Yavin 4

A ship exited hyperspace over Yavin 4 and entered the planets orbit. The pilot have the clearance codes and landed at the rebel base. Once he landed, he jumped out of his ship and walked towards the command center.

Once he entered he saw Mon Mothma. When she saw him, she immediately went over to him. "Jobin, are you okay?" She asked. "Yes ma'am. But the station has been destroyed." Jobin answered. "Let me guess. Clan Bridger?" Mothma said. "Yes. I'm sorry. I failed to keep the station safe." Jobin said. Mon Mothma placed a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry about it. There will be another day. I'm just glad that you are safe and back to me." She told him. Jobin smiled and hugged her.

"Thanks, mom."

It was the final day before the mission to Paucris Major. Tomorrow morning, Clan Bridger, along with Clan Wren, will journey out to the planet with the Kyber Crystals and the power cells, attack any rebels there, find the old Mandalorian warships, power them up and bring them back home.

Ash, lana walked out of the base with Harper and Sarah in Ash's arms to the airfield to meet Clan Wren when they arrived. "It was nice of mother to join us on this mission." lana stated. "Yeah it will make things easier than it will be to get the mission done." Ash said. "Is our whole Clan going on this mission?" lana asked. "No. Half of them are coming, the rest will stay here to defend the base from enemy attacks." Ash answered. "Okay that makes sense." lana said. "Daddy. Do I still get to go on the big mission?" Harper and Sarah asked. "Of course. Aren't you excited." Ash said. Harper and Sarah looked down. "I'm a little nervous. I don't want to be any trouble to you." She said. Ash used his free hand and gently lifted her head up. "Hey, no way you are gonna be any trouble to us. You never have. Just remember to listen to us when we say something. You understand?" Ash said. Harper and Sarah smiled and nodded. "Okay daddy." She said.

Then they saw Mandalorian ships come out of hyperspace in orbit. "That must be mother." lana said. "Indeed it is." Ash added. Clan Wren ships landed on the airfield. Multiple Mandalorians step out of their ships along with Ursa, Amari and Tristan. They walked over to Ash and lana . "Wow. Did you guys bring your entire Clan?" Ash asked. "Nah, we just brought half knowing you guys would also bring half as well." Amari told them. "Well it's not slightly overkill but it's okay. C'mon. Emily and Alex are waiting for us in the command center." Ash said. "So what are we waiting for." Ursa said and they walked back inside the base.

As they walked into the command center, they saw Emily and Alex arguing. "At it again are they." Ash stated. "Again?" Tristan asked. "Lets just say, theses two are very competitive with each other. It's a mystery how they are still close to each other." lana told him. Ash walked up to the holo table and tapped his helmet on it. Emily and Alex stopped arguing and turned to him. "What was the argument this time?" Ash asked crossing his arms. "I beat Alex in the training simulator earlier and he lost a bet." Emily told him. "No way I didn't loose! I racked up more kills than you." Alex protested. "No way. I would never let that happen. I won. And besides you cheated." Emily said. "How did I cheat?!" Alex asked. "You started earlier than me and you gave me a faulty blaster." Emily said.

"Alex. Is that true?" Ash asked. "What did you expect me to do? She's practically lana 's clone in every way possible." Alex defended himself. "Okay that I get. But still, we don't cheat our way to victory. Mandalorians don't need to cheat. We're already the best at what we do." Ash explained. "*sighs* Yeah I guess you're right. Sorry Em." Alex apologized. "It's fine just don't do it again or I'll kick your butt." Emily said softly and gently punching him on the side of his chin. Alex grabbed her hand. "You have my word." He said and kissed her hand as Emily smiled. "Right well now that's taken cared of lets go over the plan." Ash said quickly trying to get this over with. "Right. Lets." Emily added.

They all gathered around the holo table as a holo picture appeared of the planet.

Ash let Emily take control and she began to explain. "Okay, so Paucris Major is like the dump for old ships and relics from the old days. There are stuff there even before the Clone Wars. Including our prize. Mandalorian warships. We have enough power cells filled with the energy from the Kyber Crystals to get a lot of them still up and running, not to metion the Kyber Crystals themselves. And from what I read on the old archives of the Mandalorian Civil War, that theses ships storage a ton of old tech long forgotten by our time. Weapons, war vehicles, more fighters and everything. We would be too powerful for anyone to appose us." "That's a lot of stuff we can take for ourselves." lana stated. "Indeed. So the plan is simple if we play it out right. Once Clans Bridger and Wren exit from hyperspace, we'll first attack the rebels that control the planet. Most likely they will have some kind of planetary defense squad on standby, so we'll destroy them first. Then we attack whatever base they have there, most likely because they're rebels, they will try to escape once they realize their chances of victory are small, so that means we'll destroy as many of them as we can. Some Clan Wren fighters and Clan Bridger fighters can stay in orbit to make sure all enemy fighters are destroyed. Once we find the warships, we load up the power cells and the Kyber Crystals in the ships and fuel them up." Emily explained more.

"That should be easy." Amari stated. "Not likely. Knowing the rebels, they'll wanna launch a counter strike on us. They'll send a distress signal back to wherever and if we take too long with this, we're gonna have to fight our way past a lot of rebel cruisers to get off the planet." lana said. "That's why we do this fast and come in with full force. We watch each others backs on this mission and we'll come out on top." Ash explained. "It's a good and yet risky plan, but I like it." Ursa said. "Is everyone clear om the plan?" Ash asked and they nodded. "Good. Get some good rest tonight. Early tomorrow morning. We head to Paucris Major and complete the mission." Ash told them and the meeting ended.

Later late at night

Ash and lana were laying in bed. Ash was looking at a holopad while lana was snuggled up on him. "Hey lana , you okay?" Ash asked. "Yeah why?" "Cause I can sense your uneasy feelings." Ash told her. lana sighed and sat up. "I'm just worried about you that's all." lana said. "What's there to be worried about?" Ash asked. "It was twice that a man with a lightsaber attacked you Ash. It's been five years since you had to fight someone like that and...and I don't want to see you get hurt because of it." lana explained. Ash bushed a few bits of hair behind lana 's ear with one hand while he put his other hand on lana 's waist. "Hey it's gonna be okay. You know that. There's nothing to be afraid about. You know nothing can hurt me as long as I got you." Ash reassured her. lana smiled and placed her hand on his cheek. They leaned forward to each other and started to kiss each other.

As they continued to make, their door opened and Harper and Sarah ran in and jumped on the bed hiding herself in the covers. Ash and lana heard two sniffles and realized that Harper and Sarah was crying a little. lana took the covers off of Harper and Sarah's body and saw ber daughter had tears going down her face. lana picked her up and placed her in between her and Ash. "Sweetie what's wrong?" lana asked. "I...I had a nightmare." Harper and Sarah said still crying a little. "Oh Harper and Sarah." Ash said and held her close to him. "It's okay We got you." He comforted her as Harper and Sarah slowly began to stop crying.

"What was the nightmare about?" lana asked rubbing circles around her daughter's back. "I...I can't remember. But it was scary." Harper and Sarah answered burying her face in her father's shoulder. "It's okay Harper and Sarah. To be honest, I know what it's like to have nightmares." Ash told her. Harper and Sarah raised her head to look at him. "You do?" She asked. "Yes, believe it or not, I still have nightmares from time to time. But you wanna know how they were able to go away." Ash said. "How?" Harper and Sarah asked. "Because your mother scared them away. She made sure every night no nightmares every came near me at all." Ash told her. "How did you do that mommy?" Harper and Sarah asked lana . "A knocked some sense into those nightmares tell them to stay away from your father. And it worked." lana said.

"I wish I can do that." Harper and Sarah said looking down. "Hey of course you can. Because you have one thing that no one can take from you." lana said. "What's that?" Harper and Sarah asked. "Your joy of course." lana answered. "I don't feel joyful right now." Harper and Sarah stated. "Well how about after this." lana said and started to tickle Harper and Sarah. Harper and Sarah was laughing trying to get her mother away and Ash held her still.

lana 's tickle attack stopped and Harper and Sarah was still smiling. "Feel better now?" Ash asked. "*yawns* Yes." Harper and Sarah answered rubbing her eyes. "Can I stay in here with you so the nightmares can go away please?" She asked. "Okay." lana said. Harper and Sarah smiled. She then began to climb on Ash's shoulders. When she got up their, she rested her head on top of Ash's and closed her eyes. "*exhales* our little girl." lana said. "Indeed." Ash added. lana cuddled close to Ash wrapping her arms around his sides and resting her head on his chest as Ash stroked lana 's hair. "Night lana ."

"Night Ash." lana said as she closed her eyes and went to sleep. Ash continued to look at the datapad a little as his family slept on him.

Soon, he put down the datapad and drifted off to sleep with his family.

The day was finally here. Clans Wren and Bridger were ready to travel to Paucris Major and take the old warships. It will be a tough battle, but both Clans were hyped and ready for anything.

Ash and lana walked out of the base with Harper and Sarah in Ash's arms with Ursa, Amari and Tristan. They met Emily and Alex with some soldiers getting the fighters ready. When the two saw the others, they walked over to them. "Hey. Is everything ready for the raid?" Ash asked. "Yes. Everyone is ready, fighters are fueled and Kyber Crystals and power cells are on board the cargo ship." Emily informed. "Good. You two are with me, lana and Harper and Sarah on the Ghost. Make sure everything is prepared." Ash ordered. "You got it boss." Emily said and her and Alex walked off. Ash and lana turned to Ursa, Amari and Tristan. "You guys will be in your ships leading Clan Wren in the space battle while clearing a path for our Clan to get to orbit. After that you'll join us in the ground assault." lana told them. "Alright. You can count on us to get the job done." Amari told them. "I know we can. Good luck." Ash said. "See you planet side you two." Ursa said and they walked off.

Ash, lana and Harper and Sarah walked towards the Ghost. It was still in its original paint job but look brand new every day. lana nor Ash didn't want to change a thing about their old home. "Daddy, is that the ship you and mommy told me about?" Harper and Sarah asked. "Yep. This used to be our old home. We had some crazy memories on the ship." Ash told her. "It was just you two on that ship?" Harper and Sarah asked. "No there was others with us. They were our old family from long ago." lana said. "What happened to them?" Harper and Sarah asked. That question made Ash and lana sad and looked down. "They.....passed on from this life before you were born. Because of the same people that threaten us." Ash told her. Harper and Sarah felt sad that her parents were sad. She didn't want to see them sad. She wrapped her small arms around her father's neck with embrace. "I'm sorry daddy." She said. Ash hugged her back and lana joined in. "It's okay Harper and Sarah. They were good people just like you. I bet they would've loved you and you would love them." Ash said. Harper and Sarah broke the hug and stared at her father. "You really think so?" She asked. "Of course who wouldn't." Ash said. Harper and Sarah smiled more and kissed her fathers nose.

They walked onto the old ship as the ramp lowered. "It's been awhile since we've been in here." lana said. They took in their surroundings as they walked inside. Many images appeared as memories in front of them as they walked in the ship. They smiled as they climbed the ladder to the top part of the ship. They walked into the old common room and the kitchen. Then They walked in front of the hallway where their rooms were. They slowly paced through the hall. The first door they opened was Kanan and Hera's room, the small dark room with both their adoptive parents. They slightly smiled at the memories they had of both Kanan and Hera being overprotective parents.

They then went passed Zeb and Ash's old room. They opened the room and saw some stuff the same. The picture of Zeb, Ash and Chopper were still on the wall.

The picture was a little dusty and old but still perfect. lana chuckled at that memory and Ash rollded his eyes.

They then can on lana 's room. They opened it and still saw the painted walls in there. It was dusty and tainted but it was still there. Ash and lana 's eyes looked to the left and they saw something that made both of their hearts melt. A painting of the entire crew. lana painted it a few days before that mission all those years ago.

Both of them had tears in there eyes. Harper and Sarah got out of Ash's arms and walked around the painted room. She was amazed by so much color in the room. She went over to the painting. Is that them? Your old family?" Harper and Sarah asked. "Yeah. Yeah they are sweetheart." lana said trying her best to hold back a sob as she leaned on Ash's shoulder.

Harper and Sarah placed a hand on the picture and closed her eyes. The painting started to glow and move. Ash and lana were shock to see that Harper and Sarah can use the force to move paintings on the wall. When they stopped moving, Harper and Sarah turned to her parents and smiled. "I could feel them. They were right here in the room. They were...happy." She told them. Ash and lana kneeled down to her and hugged Harper and Sarah as the tears came out. Harper and Sarah hugged them back comforting them.

They broke the group hug and they stared at their daughter. "Thanks for brightening the mood Harper and Sarah." Ash said. "I'll always brighten the mood. I don't like to see people sad." Harper and Sarah said smiling and they smiled back.

They walked out of the room and met Emily and Alex in the hallway. "Is everyone ready?" lana asked. "Yes. Some of our troops are in the cargo bay. Just waiting on your call." Alex said. "Good. Lets go." Ash said. They walked into the cockpit and sat down in the chairs. Emily and Alex sat im the back seats, Ash sat next to the pilot seat with Harper and Sarah in his lap and lana sat in the pilot seat. Ash began to speak in his comm. "Okay everyone. Lets head out!" Clan Bridger ships and Clan Wren ships lifted off from the base and into orbit. "You ready to see some fun Harper and Sarah?" Ash asked. "Yeah!" Harper and Sarah answered excited. "Okay. Make the jump." Ash said. All ships made the jump into hyperspace.

The Ghost, Clan Bridger and Clan Wren fighters came out of hyperspace over the planet. It looked like one big rock in the center of space.

"Man, the planet looks like dust." Alex said. "Yeah, nothing I've ever see before." Emily added. As they flew closer, they didn't see any rebel cruisers orbiting the planet. "Did they abandon the planet?" lana asked. "I don't know. Emily see if you can get a read out of the base." Ash ordered. "On it boss." Emily said. She turned her chair to a monitor and did a planetary scan of the planet. "Yup the base is still there. And so are the rebels." Emily told him. Then they got a transmission from Ursa. "lana , Ash, scans are picking up ships coming off the planets surface." She said. They looked and saw ships leaving the surface in a blockade formation. A few corillian corvettes hammer head corvettes and one stolen Imperial Quasar fire class cruiser.

"They were ready for an assault." Ash stated. "Doesn't matter. They're practicality flying to their deaths." Emily said. "Good ol Emily. Always ready for a fight." lana said. "All forces! Engage the enemy!" Ash ordered in his comm. "Sir yes sir!" Soldiers came back. All the fighters flew on each side of the Ghost in attack formation. They charged at the rebel cruisers as their fighters flew out of their ships. "Harper and Sarah. Ready for some fun?" Ash asked his daughter as she was still cuddled up in Ash's lap. "Yeah!" Harper and Sarah shouted excited as she punched the air and Ash chuckled.

The Mandalorian fighters began to attack the rebel fighters as explosions filled the vacuum of space. They flew in all directions blasting rebel fighter after rebel fighter. The rebels tried to keep up with them but they were too fast for them. One by one rebels were destroyed by either Clan Bridger or Clan Wren fighters. On the Ghost, Emily was in the nose gun and Alex was in the turret both shooting down ship after ship. "We got more behind us!" Alex said. He turned the turret around and shot the rebels behind them. He was able to shoot down a few but the rest was out of his reach. "I can't get a clear shot from here!" Alex said. "I can't get them from where I am." Emily stated. "Hold on everyone!" lana said. She lift the controls of the ship and it was going upside down. "WEEEEEEE!" Harper and Sarah yelled as she waved her hands in the air as they went upside down. The Ghost was now behind the rebel fighters and Emily shot down every last one. "Okay that's all of them." Emily said. Ash started to speak in his comm. "All fighters! Take out the cruisers!" He ordered.

They all flew towards the rebel cruisers. The cruisers started fire at them as they came closer and closer to them but they out maneuver the cruiser fire. "Get ready to fire missiles!" lana ordered in her comm. As they flew closer they were in range of the cruisers. "Fire missiles now!" lana ordered. The missiles launched and they knocked out three cruisers. They reloaded the missiles and launched the rest of the missiles at the other cruisers destroying them. "Boss, we are detecting escape pods. Should we capture them?" Emily asked. "No. They'll land on the planet and be scattered. We'll deal with them once we get on the ground." Ash said.

They got another transmission from Ursa. "Ash, lana , we are detecting more fighters launching from the rebel base." She said. "Okay. Amari, lead the space battle and deal with the fighters. Ursa and Tristan, meet us on the surface with our ground forces." Ash said. "Got it." Ursa, Amari and Tristan said back. Ash turned to lana . "Let the fun continue." lana said. "Indeed. Right Harper and Sarah?" Ash asked. "Yeah! This is fun!" Harper and Sarah shouted with excitement in her voice and Ash and lana chuckled. The Ghost and other Clan Bridger ships started their decent to the planets surface

The Ghost, Clan Bridger and Clan Wren ships landed on the planets surface. They walked out of the ships. Ash and lana were about to walk out of the Ghost when they saw Harper and Sarah behind them. "Sweetie, what are you doing?" lana asked. "I wanna come with you." Harper and Sarah stated. "I'm sorry Harper and Sarah but you can't. It'll be too dangerous for you." Ash told her. Harper and Sarah looked down sad. Ash kneeled down to her and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Hey, it's okay. You'll be here on the Ghost with Alex helping him fly the ship. You'll be able to watch us in the air." He told his daughter. Harper and Sarah looked up and smiled.

Emily and Alex walked up to them. "So I'll be in charge of the ship?" Alex asked. "Yes. You'll be assisting us along with the other fighters in bomb runs on the base. And your job is to also protect the transports holding the power cells and the Kyber Crystals." Ash explained. "So it will be just me flying the ship?" Alex asked. "No. Harper and Sarah will be your co-pilot." lana said. Alex looked down at Harper and Sarah who smiled up at him. "Ha, I'm in great hands." He said brushing Harper and Sarah's hair with his hand. "Okay we should get going." lana said. "Come on Alex, lets fly!" Harper and Sarah said excited as she grabbed his hand and pulled him ahead. Alex looked back at the others and saw Emily smirking. "Have fun." Emily said and Alex rolled his eyes.

Ash, lana and Emily walked out of the Ghost and it took off with other fighters. They walked towards Ursa who was with some of her people and some of Ash and lana 's Clan. "Okay so what now?" Ursa asked. "Emily can you get a read out on the rebel base and where those warships are?" Ash asked her. "I'll try. Give me a sec." Emily said as she started to type coordinates into her wrist device. "Okay got. No surprise here. The warships and the rebel base is located in the same area. Five clicks south." Emily informed. "Okay. Everyone, we're moving out. Once we get to the rebel base, we destroy any and everything then get those warships. Understood!" Ash said. "Yes sir!" They shouted. They all flew in the air with their jetpacks to the direction of the rebel base.

They all were flying in the air towards the base. They flew passed huge rocks, ship parts and other pieces of broken down ships. "Boss look." Emily said pointing forward. Ash looked ahead and saw what she was looking at. "Escape pods. No doubt that rebels are nearby. Keep your guard up." Ash said to them. As they flew more they finally saw some rebels near other escape pods. "There they are, get ready!" lana said. When the rebels saw them coming, they began firing on them. They dodged all the blaster bolts coming at them and fired back. They fired rockets at the rebels killing most of them but more was still there.

Emily jumped down throwing detonators at the rebels killing more. One rebel grabbed on to her and Emily flew up in the air. She was flying high in the air trying to shake the rebel off of her. She then elbowed him in the helmet cracking it and making him loose his grip and plumbed to the ground. They finished off the rest of the rebels. "Alright that all of them. Lets keep moving." Ash ordered and they continued on.

They continued on to their destination. They were flying and flying until Emily saw something. "Boss, I see it." She informed. Ash gestured everyone to land. They landed and ran on top of a hill and looked at the base in the distance.

"Well it's big that's for sure." lana stated. "Yeah. Not anything I've seen before." Ursa added. "What's the plan boss?" Emily asked. "We'll call Alex for some air support. Once they get here, they'll do a bombardment on the base and we'll attack." Ash explained. "Okay. I'll call it in." Emily said and turned on her comm. Ash turned to lana and step close to her. "Hey, you alright?" Ash asked. "Yeah. Yeah I'm fine." lana answered. Ash placed his hand on hers helmet and gently leaned his head into hers. lana also placed her hand on his helmet. They separated and turned their attention back to the base.

"Okay Alex is almost here." Emily informed. After a few moments, the Ghost and other Clan Bridger fighters flew over them and towards the base. They dropped bombs on top of the base and flew past over. "Good ol Alex. Always on target." Emily stated. "I bet Harper and Sarah is super excited right now." lana said. "Indeed. Ursa are your people ready?" Ash asked. "Yes we are." Ursa answered. "Okay. Lets move."

They activated their jetpacks and flew at the base. They fired their rockets at the base and some explosions rocked the base. They landed on the platform and was met by multiple rebel soldiers marching at them. "They're lining up." Ursa said. "Yeah well they're excited." lana said. "So are we. Bring it on!" Emily said and already started shooting at them. The rest of them joined the assault and fired at the rebels. They charged at the rebels for close combat and close range shooting. Some Clan Bridger soldiers tackled some rebels on the ground and some Clan Wren solders flew in the fire at the other in coming rebels. Ash and lana stood side by side blasting any rebel that crossed their path. They flew in the air back to back shooting rebel after rebel that they saw. Ash fired explosive rounds and they hit a squad of rebels. lana fired some of her explode rounds at another squad of rebel troopers.

"Ursa! Lead your men inside the base and clear it out!" Ash said. Ursa nodded and lead her troops inside the base. Ash and lana landed next to Emily and some other members of Clan Bridger. "Boss, what's our move?" Emily asked. "Me, you and lana will take out the command center up there. Once we do that, the rest of the rebels will crumble." Ash explained and Emily nodded. Both lana and Emily stood on both sides of Ash as they activated their jetpacks and flew up towards the tower.

They flew full speed at the command center and crashed through the window and landed in the center of the rebels. "Don't move Mandalorians! You're surrounded!" One rebel said as they all aimed their blasters at them. Emily chuckled a little at the what he said as she stood up with Ash and lana . "Rebels never learn huh." lana said. "Doesn't matter. It'll be no fun if they quit." Emily stated. Out of nowhere she tackled two rebels to the ground. Ash used the force to push them all down and lana fired her flamethrowers on her wrist burning all the rebels. The rebels were on the ground dead. "That's all of em." Emily said. Then they got a call from Ursa. "Ash, lana , the base is clear of rebels." She said. "Alright meet us outside." Ash said. "Now lets get those find those warships."

10 minutes later

Ash, lana , Ursa and Emily were outside as the Ghost and other Clan Bridger ships landed on the platform in front of them. The ramp lowered and out came Harper and Sarah full speed at her parents. Ash picked her up and hugged her. Alex came out not far behind. "So how was flying with Harper and Sarah?" lana asked. "She's a hyped little thing that's for sure. Screamed very loud when everytime we did a loop." Alex said. "And it was fun!" Harper and Sarah shouted and they all chuckled.

Soldiers started unloading the power cells and the Kyber Crystals out of the transports and in front of them. "Okay. Emily, you know where the warships are?" Ash asked. "Yep. They are over that hill over there." Emily told him. "Alright good. Lets go get them and get out." lana said. Then they got a transmission from Amari. "Guys, we're picking up multiple rebel ships coming out of hyperspace. We'll need some back up in a moment." He said. "lana , take the Ghost and go up there with the rest of our fighters. Harper and Sarah go with mommy." Ash said. "No. Harper and Sarah's safer with you down here than up there." lana told him. "Okay. Be safe up there." Ash said. "You know I will. C'mon mom, lets go." lana said. She got on the Ghost with Alex and Ursa got on her ship. They took off from the base and into orbit.

They met up with the rest of the fighters in base. "Everyone stay in formation. When they get here we attack. None of them get to the planet." lana said in her comm. "Yes ma'am!" Pilots said back in the comm. Alex sat in a seat next to lana and looked at a monitor. "Here they come." He said and rebel cruisers came out of hyperspace. A lot.

"That's a lot of rebels for one planet." Alex stated. "Yeah. But that won't stop us." Tristan said. "Indeed. lana what's the plan?" Amari asked. "Keep them away from the surface. We have to buy time for Ash and the rest to find those warships. Look out for each other, and destroy these guys." lana said. "We're with you lana . Lets do this!" Ursa said.

The rebel cruisers launched their fighters and they flew towards them. "Begin the attack!" lana ordered. The Ghost, Clan Bridger and Clan Wren fighters flew in attack formation towards the Rebels. They started shooting at each other. Both Clans flew right past the rebel fighters taking some of them out. They flew back around and attacked them from behind. The rebels broke off their formation and attacked them. Both sides fired missiles at each other. Some rebels were hit while the Mandalorian fighters weren't hit. "Keep at it! None of them get to the surface!" lana said.

On the surface, Ash and his men looked up at the explosions in the sky. "No, they are in a big time fight up there." Ash said. "Aww, now I wish I could've gone with them. I just know Alex is having fun up there." Emily said. "Don't worry, once we get what we came for will be the also having fun." Ash told her.

Ash felt something tug on his pants leg. He looked down and saw Harper and Sarah with a worried look on her face. "Daddy, is mommy gonna be alright?" She asked. "Of course she is, Harper and Sarah. One thing's for sure, your mother is tough to beat in a fight." Ash told her. "Yeah I remember a few times she beat up your father in a training exercise." Emily added. Harper and Sarah chuckled at that as Ash glared at Emily and all she could do is shrug her shoulders.

"Anyway, Emily you got a fix on those coordinates?" Ash asked. "Yeah. If we go through this canyon right here, we should come out directly near the warships." Emily said. "Good. Lets go." Ash said. He picked Harper and Sarah up and he gestured his men to follow him through the canyon.

As they walked into the canyon, none of them noticed the rebels ahead of them and on top of ledges surrounding them. On a ledge ahead of Clan Bridger, a rebel officer and a rebel sniper was looking at them through his scope. "Do you have a clear shot?" The rebel officer asked. "Yeah." The sniper said. "Good. Once you kill Bridger, the rest of them will crumble without their leader." The officer said. "Sir, he has a little girl in his arms." The sniper said. "That's none of our concern. I don't care what happens to the child, just make sure you kill Bridger." The officer ordered. The sniper smirked and grasped the trigger. "Yes sir." He said before he pulled it.
