17. Preparation

It is Friday and Gea's last session has ended half an hour ago but still, there's no sign of Gea will walk out from her office. It's 1.45 pm, Dj had made sure everything is done and check for the third time that their next week will start on Tuesday morning.

Gea is a workaholic one, nevertheless, she does not forget to make time for herself and the people who work with her that's one of the reasons Dj really enjoyed working with her, as much as the working time exceeds till late or starts early during some weeks Gea always have time to repay it either through bonuses or day off.

George's voice was heard talking with someone as their steps sound closer to Gea office. George already inside the office while holding the door for the other person to come in.

"Please come in" George tall figure can be seen from Dj place as he already inside the office, however, Dj needs to stand up to see the other person that George talk to come in.

" Thanks, George" Dave walk-in to the office and gave Nod to George thanking him for holding the door

"Are you two know each other already?" Dj asking the two guy who just comes in together and seems to know each other for a long time

"I've guarding Mr Hendricks a few months last year when one of his bodyguards needs a break". George explained

" I see" Dj smile and nod to Dave

George is a bodyguard that sometimes Gea hired, and that 's how He and Dj meet. George is part of an elite and special bodyguard that usually hired in terms of multiple jobs in one time and most of this elites could only be hired couple months, weeks or even days, they contracts can not be permanent, their rate a day almost equal to a week of permanent bodyguard.

" I'll notify Ms Graham your here" Dj speak to Dave while picking the phone that connects to Gea office

"No need, I am ready" Gea just close her room when Dj took the phone.

"Are you driving, Where is JJ, is he not coming?" Gea look at Dave

"JJ is happily enjoying his weekend apart away from me" Dave smiling remember how happy JJ when learning that this ball is only for the artists and few other people connected to S' management

Knowing Gea is comfortable with her own car than others, Dave gave his car key to George

"I saw you in your motorbike came here, why don't you take my car and drive your lady and I'll drive Ms Graham using her car" Dave words sounds more like a statement than a request

"Shall we go?" Gea is happy with Dave arrangement as well as George and DJ. Four of them walk heading to the parking lot.

Soon after a white Lexus and a black Mercedes noticed out from the parking lot

The S' ball really sounds exclusive outside due to the invitation sent only to the artist and several other people, with their plus one, however, the initial idea is to gather their own entertainer and support among themselves, besides, giving more time off for the managers and assistants as it is mandatory for each artist to deal all the preparation by their self and clear their schedule for the remaining days before Monday. This event invited the expert related to the entertainer as well such as some doctors and therapist. The invitation out max to two hundred and fifty invitations were the S' management mostly deal with two hundred or two hundred twenty artist max.

The white Lexus and a black Mercedes soon arrived in Malikha B&B special parking lot twelve minutes after 2.00 pm. Two gorgeous women seeing entering Malikha Beauty's shop while the two tall men figures enter the Boutique store.

The assistant at the boutique checks the reservation name in order to prepare suitable suits for the man that matches with his partner under the reservation name that been taken care of by their boutique. Dave has been given Navy suits, blue shirt and white tie that matched Gea white dress with Navy accents While George gets grey suit pink shirt and maroon that matched Dj maroon dress with a grey accent.

When Dj and Gea get their treatment they heard something outside, Dj whisper something to Gea after check what's wrong outside their room.

"It's okay they can join us here, this place still has some space for them" Gea talk to someone that seems to be Malikha manager in charge that hurriedly inside after Dj come in

"Mam, I am really sorry. I'll explain to them already, I am sure they are aware of our policy" The manager explained to Gea and emphasizes on their policy.

"I am sure they are aware of and seems that either they too busy and forget, something came up or it's a last-minute arrangement, it's not like they wouldn't pay for your services anyway" Gea can't see any reason for not accept the people prepositions after hearing from Dj who they are and their reasons.

"Please come in, Ms Graham seems to understand your issue and insist to let you in, I'll send the people that will treat you right away" The manager allows the people to come in and stressed on the part that it is their guests that insist not that she allow it

"Thank you, thank you" the two people that just come in shows their gratitude to people in the room before heading to the vacant seats.

As Dj told Gea, it is Anna and Ava the top secretaries of S' Management.

When Dj check what is the commotion heard, they introduced themselves and explained that they did notice the information as the host of the ball they will have to wear a dress and makeup in last minute, they assumed they suppose to wears their formal attire as a corporation Secretary together with other secretary and employee from different departments. They were too occupied in their task to prepare the ball and didn't read the instructions in Joined their Head Secretary and CEO in the ball as the main host😔. Before come clean to their bosses of their mistakes they tried their luck in approach Malikha management even though understanding Malikha policies about reservation ahead as well as seat arrangement (their cubicle only consists people that known each other agreed on the prior reservation to be in the same cubicle) and that's when Dj came out and heard their explanation.

"It's okay, you had your reason, it's for one time only and I can understand it as well" Gea make sure they understand that it's won't happen again if they are aware of Malikha policy.

'I had my reason as well for letting you both in'.Gea thinks to herself, glad she's doing this, it repays for Anna understanding when her luggage got switched last time, besides she could use it to observe these two competent women.

'
