Normal-ish

Sometimes being normal, like everyone else is helpful. Especially for psychopathic serial killers. Like me. Jeon Jungkook of BTS and I guess a little bit of my step brother and band mate, Park Jimin.

"Hyung I need a ride back home. I'm gonna be late for my date," I said.

"I can't. Can you ask one of the others?" Replied Jimin.

I rolled my eyes and went over to Yoongi hyung.

Yoongi nodded. "Sure."

We went out and got in his car.

"Thanks hyung," I said breaking the silence.

"I hear you're going out with Yuna Choi. Your lawyer?" Asked Yoongi.

"Yeah. It's not really a date, it's more of a thank you dinner," I replied.

"Drunk?" Asked Yoongi.

"Yeah. Apparently I took my pants off this time," I face palmed.

Yoongi slightly laughed. "Well Yuna is a great person. I'm glad you're going out with her."

"You know her?" I asked confused.

"Yeah. We were friends for awhile. Went out until I became a trainee, we had to break up after only a month and a half," Yoongi shook his head.

We arrived at my apartment complex and I thanked Yoongi and went up. I quickly showered and got something nice on and grabbed my keys and went out. I got to Yuna's place and rang the bell. When she opened the door I was completely speechless. She looked absolutely beautiful. My heart fluttered at the simplicity of her outfit.

"Wow," I said aloud barely noticing.

She blushed and pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "Wow yourself. You look great," she smiled.

"Thanks."

We got in my car and headed for the restaurant. When we got to the restaurant we parked and went in. We grabbed a table and the waiter came over to take our orders.

"So, what's it like being a defense attorney?" I asked curious trying to make it less awkward.

"Well I have to admit, I don't love it, frankly it's pretty terrifying but I'm glad I have a well paying job," said Yuna. "Do you enjoy being a performer?"

"I mean it's what I signed up for when I auditioned so I don't hate it, at times it can be pretty fun but then again I really hate it. It's rough being in the spotlight," I replied. "I heard that you and Yoongi hyung used to go out."

Yuna's face became bright red and she went completely silent.

"Oh god, I'm sorry. I didn't mean anything,"

"No, it's fine. Yeah we did but we ended it after a month and a half. It just wouldn't have worked with his schedule and all," she replied.

"Ah, understandable. Well do you think you'd like to try going out with me?" I suggested.

Yuna smiled. "I don't know, you were a convicted killer."

"C'mon, if you had thought I was still dangerous you never would've brought me into your home. You were the one who got me off the charges," I replied. "Which I would like to thank you for." I flashed a smile.

"I'm just playing around with you, of course I'd like to go out with you," she giggled.

"Oh, great," I smiled.

We enjoyed the rest of the night, we ate our dinner and went for a little nighttime walk. I dropped her off at her apartment after and went back to my place and knocked out.

"So, how was your date last night?" Asked Jimin.

"It was good. Yuna is great. She's so funny and adorable. I'm glad you found her, thanks hyung," I replied.

"Ah you're welcome Kookie. You should also thank Yoongi hyung. He was the one who suggested I hire her for you," said Jimin.

"Really?" I replied kinda surprised.

We went into the dance practice room with everyone else. I went over to Yoongi hyung who was practically falling asleep in one of these big ass massage chairs we had.

"Hey hyung, I wanna thank you, Yuna is a great person and I had so much fun with her last night. I'm glad you told Jimin about her," I said.

"Yeah, you're welcome. I knew she'd be able to help you, despite the fact that I know you're not innocent," remarked Yoongi.

"What do you mean?" I asked pretending to be confused.

"You don't need to be afraid, I won't tell anyone," said Yoongi.

"What gave me away?" I asked annoyed.

"It's not difficult to tell when someone is faking emotion. Jimin taught you pretty well though. Mood swings and facial expressions give you away. I can tell your emotions aren't genuine. Although this past week something's been different. What happened Kookie? One of your prey get away?" Replied Yoongi.

"Huh, wow and no my dog died when I was in prison," I said.

"You're depressed over a dog?" He asked confused.

"He was special. My parents gave him to me before they died."

I went back over to the others and we started practicing some of our dance routines for some upcoming shows. We were bound to win every single last award.

"Jungkookie!" Said Taehyung coming over to me.

"What?" I asked annoyed.

"Gee someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed," replied Taehyung. "Your girlfriend's here."

I looked at him confused. "What?"

"She's out in the hall waiting for you," said Taehyung.

I looked over to the slightly opened door. She popped her head in. I went over to her and brought her out to the hall to talk.

"Yuna, you're here," I said.

"Yeah. I thought we could change that dinner date to a lunch. I got off work early today," she replied.

"Oh, yeah. Uh sure. Hold on I just gotta talk to my manager. I'll be right back you can wait in there," I said pointing into the practice room where the others were.

Yuna went in and took a seat at one of the tables. I went to find my manager. When I found him I told him about my situation and had to make sure that there was nothing else we had to do today that was too important to miss.

"Yuna?"

She looked up from her phone to find Yoongi in front of her.

"Yoongi?"

"What are you doing here?" Asked Yoongi.

"I came to see Jungkook. We're going out to lunch," she replied.

When I went back in to get Yuna she and Yoongi were conversing and I felt a little twang of jealousy.

"My manager said it's fine. Let's go." I cut in.

I grabbed Yuna's hand and pulled her towards the door with me. I glanced at Yoongi behind me before walking out the door. He smirked and winked at me. I rolled my eyes. We got in my car and went to this cafe by my old house and we had our coffee-lunch date. Again I really enjoyed it and I was glad to be with her. Could she be the one to finally end my constant pain and anger. Could she be the one who'll stop the Angel of Death from killing ever again. It appears I've found my rock. I used to always think it was Hansel but I guess I've found his replacement, for now. My only concern is how Jimin hyung would take this new me. Would he like it better than the old me? Or will he miss the old me, his little brother and killing partner?
