It was a Ricin. I haven't seen that one, but it sounded familiar to me.

I open my smart watch and a hollographic light appears from it, showing some informations about the said poison.

Eventually this is harmful to the whole body, and death may occur. Effects of ricin poisoning depend on whether ricin was inhaled, ingested, or injected.
