ATTACK

Tristan held Anne's hand and said"I like how I feel towards you, I want to be with you,even if you don't feel anything or even if I die, I'll be in love with you for eternity,I won't let anyone hurt you.....I promise."Suddenly Anne's heart beat became fast, she was just hearing him speak and couldn't control her heart.On the other hand he was constantly looking at her eyes.Anne became nervous.No one ever told her like that, she wasn't attractive before to anyone and so no one wooed her.She didn't even have courage to ask her crush out.But now there is Tristan who is sincere towards her and is willing to wait for her.But she can't do this, she can't let him fall for her.She said"But I treat you only as a best friend.Please don't misunderstand."

After hearing this his face became pale.He was about to say something but a servant entered the room and said that the King had asked for Tristan.Before leaving he said "Rest well, tomorrow we'll go to the Riverside."

At the hall there was William and all brave warriors.No servants were there.Only the King , the princes and the soldiers.The King broke a bitter news to them, the neighborhood kingdom is planning a sudden attack on them.They might attack that very night so he warned them to be alert and take whatever actions necessary to protect the people.The soldiers those were in the borders, some were killed and they are lacking in people there.So the King send some troops to the border and to those sides that needed the outmost protection.He asked William and Tristan to go away from their place and take shelter somewhere safe.But both of them insisted on staying and urged to help him to overcome the situation.The King at last agreed.The assembly was dismissed. While Tristan was about to leave the King called him(William noticed) and held Tristan's hands and said"Dear Prince Tristan, will you please take care of my daughter. It's only you whom I can trust.I have seen how you treat her.Please protect her from the dangers we'll be facing tonight.This is a father's utmost request for his daughter's safety."Tristan said"I'll protect her with all my might.Need not worry your highness, I promise she will be safe and sound."

William was listening to their conversation all this time from a hidden corner of the wall.

William rushed to Anne's room.She was sleeping.He saw her in bed.She was looking like a kitten covered in blanket.Her cheeks and nose turned light pink and she faced problem in breathing he thought she might have caught cold.He gazed at how peacefully she slept.Suddenly he became calm and forgot why he was there.She slowly opened her eyes and saw him infront of her and immediately sat on her bed.He jumped on her bed and held her wrist and blocked her mouth.
