THE JOURNEY

Day after day pass so fast. Josephine was doing clothing shopping and packing since Thursday after spending time with her parents and sister for 3 days. And today (Sunday) is THE DAY that the company has sent a car to pick her up and a private plane is waiting for her to send her to the island. Mr Wei, Mrs Wei and Joy are sitting at the living room waiting for Josephine to come down from her room.

At the sound of Josephine's footstep, Mr Wei walk towards his daughter and help her with the luggages.

A knock at the door came, and Joy went to open the door. A young and breathtaking handsome man was at the door when Joy greet him. "Hi, I'm Peter, here to pick up Miss Josephine Wei." Joy just stare at him, not responding until Mrs Wei came to the door and push Joy lightly aside to let the young man in. Mrs Wei smile at the young man and says, "Please come in Peter, she just came down." Peter enter and saw Me Wei helping Josephine with her luggages. There are 3 luggages altogether, Peter quickly walk towards them. "Miss Josephine, I'm Peter, here to send you to airport and the private plane is waiting for you. Both Mr Wei and Josephine greeted him and Peter took hold of two luggages while Mr Wei hold on to one. They roll the luggages out to the car and both Mrs Wei and Joy came out together with them. A white BMW was park outside the gate and the car boots was open. They upload the luggages and it's about time to say her goodbye to her family.

"Miss Josephine, I'll be waiting for you in the car." Peter bid goodbye to Josephine's family and enter into the car. Josephine turn to her family and tears already roll down her cheek. Mrs Wei and Joy's eye were already red from earlier while waiting for Josephine to come down with the luggages. Without words, Josephine hug her family goodbye. They have said all yesterday. "Jo, take good care and don't overwork like in Uni!" Joy suddenly call out to her just before Josephine open the passeger side door. Josephine turn to face her and smile. Then she open car door and enter. The car sped away while the whole family was still standing the sending her off till the car was out of sight.

Inside the car, Peter gave Josephine a box of tissue and Concentrate his driving. "Can I call you Jo?" Peter ask. Josephine was wiping her face with a piece of tissue, she turn to Peter and smile answering a simple yes. "Have you seen our boss?" Jo ask wondering. "Yes I have." Jo got excited and ask a stream of questions regarding their boss. Peter smile at her, but didn't answer any of her questions. "You find out when you start your work. And Jo, boss want you to start work officially on Thursday. You have a good rest when you reach there, and get familiar with the island.

"Thank you for telling me." Jo was looking at him just like Joy. She has seen many handsome man and even her cousins are handsome too. But this Peter is outstandingly too handsome. He looks like those manga comics lead character. Sharp features, good skin texture, good body build and tall. "Peter, how tall are you?" Peter turn to look at her and she blush and quickly look away, being caught staring at him. Peter smile and answer 1.88m. "Jo, we will stop by a cafe, have breakfast and continue our journey after that." Peter said. Jo just reply by nodding her head.

The car park by the road side at AJ's Cafe and they came out of the car. it was 10am now and the sun is bright and sunny. They enter the cafe and he place their breakfast order and seated at the corner of the window bay overlooking the road. Their order arrived and they eat in silent. Jo was blushing and dare not look at Peter for she sense that Peter was looking at her and her heart is beating fast. Jo is also a beauty. Smooth skin texture, big round eyes, naturally fair, nice figure and juicy lips. Peter was eating his breakfast, looking at her all the while and smiling.

A short eye contact with Peter and she quickly look away. Her cheek blush even brighter. Due to her fairness, it was even more obvious. Peter laugh out loud and his enjoying the time with Jo. "Are you laughing at me?" Jo ask softly without looking at Peter. Peter just keep staring at her and smile without answering her. "Are you finish with your breakfast?" Peter ask. Jo just nod her head. Peter stood up and Jo immediately stand up too. Peter took hold of her hand and walk out of the cafe together. Jo's heart was beating faster than in the cafe. They enter the car and sped away in the direction of the airport.

The beautiful scenery pass by but Jo could not see it though she was looking out of the window. Her posture is stiff and she dare not look at Peter or talk to him. They finally reached the airport carpark and the car's engine was killed. Jo unbuckle the safety belt and was about to get out of the car, Peter stop her. "Jo, I got something for you." Jo stop and turn to Peter. Peter pull her towards him and kiss her. Jo was shock and her body couldn't move for Peter lock her in his embrace. Peter was enjoying the kiss, for Jo reciprocate to the kiss automatically without her understanding. They stay in that form for a couple of minutes. Peter finally disengage his mouth from hers and unlock his embrace. Jo's face was bright red, she just sit there and look down. She was jittery and don't know what to do. It's her first kiss and she was enjoying.

Peter took out his phone and call someone. Jo's mind was confused and she couldn't think at all. She was at a lost of what to do. Until the passenger car door open and Peter took hold of her hand and walk towards the private plane. She just follow him until she was inside the private segment of the plane, seated and buckle up. Peter was there sitting next to her and holding her hand. not long after the plane Departed the airport and in the air, she was asleep and her head was leaning against him.

She was exhausted physically from the preparation of her departure for her new job. By the time she open her eyes, she was lying on a comfortable bed, a dark room with a seaview.
