Date Fixed!

Elsa called Adina nervously. She was thinking of so many ways on how to pacify her or let her knw.

She knew that she did wrong by ignoring her calls and telling her lies. She didn't know why she hid the truth or their story .

She dialled her number and Adina picked up immediately.

" Hey... What made you take so long to return my call?" Adina asked.

" Umm... Nah... I was doing my brother's project... that's why... So where were you all day? Do you know how many times i called? " Elsa complained a little as she wasn't ready to talk yet.

" Yeah.. i saw.. What happened? I had church today... You even called Mom... and she was urging me to call you. Soo.. tell me .. What happened? "

" Umm... Okkay.... Umm...I have something to tell you. But, before that let me ask you something else. Where you... like.... umm... mad at me or something for the past few days? "

Adina was puzzled. " No.. Why? Why are you so nervous? "

" You didn't!!... Haa!!" Elsa was relieved but then, she heard her ask again, " So tell me what you wanted to say?"

" Okay.. so here goes... Umm.. Ray and I started dating.."

There was a slight pause after which she asked, "When?"

" Well ... like.... seconds ago...." Elsa chuckled nervously.

Adina laughed ," I thought soo... i figured there was something going on between you both. "

Elsa blushed.

" So tell me the entire story..How did this happen?... Did he ask you out through a text?.... or call? "

"Umm... Well....." Elsa was flustered.

She never thought that these were the questions she would ask first. It's not like she could tell her about her crush or the confession war.

Suddenly, she texted Ray telling him about her questions.

She asked," What do we do? Who asked out first..? What's our story?"

Ray said," Well... just say something..truth i guess. "

" Okay... I'm going to tell that it was you who asked me out first."

"Whaa?! How did it come to that?"

" Well.. You asking me out is what's cool is rather than saying me asking you out." When in real, no one asked out first.

"Fine ... You win."

Elsa laughed and contined her call with Adina.

" Where did you go now?"

" Well he was texting me .. so..."

Adina said," Stop being so lovey-dovey.... Talk to me first."

Elsa apologised while laughing and said," Yes mam.."

She started telling how they got close during exams , how they talked everynight, how they both realised their feelings, till the date today morning.

Adina was listening to everything when she heard Elsa ask," You okay with this , right?"

"Yeah... Why wouldn't I be okay with this?..But i have just one question ."

" Yeah.. ?" Elsa ignored the former part as she didn't want to start that conversation.

" The times I called you at night and your phone were busy.. Was it really Gwen?"

" Hahahah.... Don't kill me.." Elsa begged awkwardly.

" You are soo dead.. Both of you "

" Haha... You are kidding right...?! Anyway Ray will call you soon." and hung up on her immediately before Adina could respond.

Ray called her soon to know Adina's reaction and whether she would kill him or not.

She said jokingly," All the best trying to save your life."

"All the best to you too.... Aaron was laughing when he knew about us."

Elsa stopped laughing and said," Damn... He's gonna kill me... Ain't he?"

Ray laughed .

As Adina and Aaron knew about us ,they started teasing us for not being able to keep our hands or phones away .

Adina teased him," You are such a loser... I heard her say that you haven't said the three words yet. "

Ray was embarassed and said something in his defence," Well she didn't either. You can't just call me a loser ."

" Dude... How could you make a girl confess first .. No wonder she was complaining to me. "

" Well..."

" No need... Just say it.."

" Yeah...." Ray gave up.

Both Ray and Elsa was giddy with happiness at their new start.. They called each other every minute, talked every hour face-time and always send loveydovey messages.

" Well ... There's college tomorrow... " Ray said happily.

" Yeah... but don't expect me to look at you..."

" Why? " Ray curiouslyasked.

" Well I would be too shy to look at you. Everything changed now.. So, I will be blushing a lot. " Elsa said shyly.

Ray chuckled and said," Ohh.. I will make sure you look at me. "

Elsa was adamant, " No way!!!"

" Lets see baby!!" Ray said teasingly.

Elsa's heart skipped a beat hearing him call her "baby". She was happy that someone felt like calling her such an intimate name.

She changed the topic to hide her flustered feelings. She said," Well... Are we keeping our relationship secret or would we tell everyone?"

" ..Whatever you wish baby... Do you want to keep it a secret?"

Elsa shook her head, ' I want to scream it to the world that you are mine ... MINE ALONE. '

But she said,

" Well we just started.. for now, lets just tell we are friends and if someone asks us, we will come out with the truth. How does that sound?"

"Okey-dokey.. Thats more safe.."

Elsa nodded and said excitedly as she thought of something," Hey... Well .. Its our first day today so don't you think we have to celebrate?"

" Yeah.. Should i come over?" Ray asked excitedly.

" Noo!!! not today.. We could have lunch tomorrow. What say?" Elsa asked happily.

" Ya.. Sure... The whole afternoon with me okay? "

" That might not be possible, I have to go to lab to complete my work.. " Elsa sadly said.

" Noo..Noo... With me... Make someone else do it for you. "

" But..."

Ray interrupted Elsa before completing her sentence and said," Choose... Me or lab?"

" Fine Fine...You know what i will choose and yet you ask me this... " Elsa sighed helplessly but she had a small smile on her lips.

" Yess... And now that's our first official date as a couple" Ray said happily.

Elsa chuckled and said, " First to many.. "
