The next day, when Ayumi arrived at school, many students were looking at her and gossiped. "That's her isn't it?" "Ugh disgusting." "Let's not get too close to her, we'll catch bad luck." Ayumi looked at the students and continues to walk by. Kaya meets Ayumi, "Many students are gossiping today what the heck?" Ayumi ignores Kaya and goes into her classroom. The classmates stops talking as they see Ayumi walked into the classroom and sits down. Sanyu raises his head up and thinks to himself, 'Why did it get so quiet all of a sudden..?' He sees Ayumi lie her head down.

He leans over to her to ask her if she's alright, but before he could even say a word, Kaya rushes over to Ayumi. "What's wrong?? Are you alright??" She doesn't answer back. Sanyu looks at Kaya, "What happened? Is she still not feeling well?" "I don't know," she replies. Yuuto also sees Ayumi lying her head down, which is not so usual of her. He walks over to her and grabs her arm, "Lets go, we need to talk." Surprised by the sudden grabbing from Yuuto she asks, "Where are you taking me?" "Don't ask, just follow," He answers back. Sanyu watches them leave the classroom.

Kaya looks over at Sanyu, who leaned back in his chair and sighed after Yuuto took Ayumi away. "Whatever you're thinking, I agree," Kaya says to Sanyu. He closes his eyes for some seconds then said, "Yeah."

"You're hurting my arm," Ayumi tells Yuuto. He stops walking and pushes her into an empty classroom. "Class doesn't start until 10 minutes, I have time to talk with you," he says. She looks at him as he walks closer to her. "I want to protect you," he suddenly says. The word 'protect' shocked her. She lets out a little awkward laugh and tells him, "But I'm fine, you don't need to protect me." "Ayumi, I know you better than you know yourself, please let me protect you," he replies. She speaks in her mind, 'No you don't.. you know nothing of me..' "Right now the entire school is talking about you! I believe this is Sona's doing. I can help clear this situation," he continues talking.

"Sona? But she's nice, she wouldn't do something like this.." Ayumi looks down. "Oh, you don't know her at all, she seems nice, but truth is, she doesn't like you. She wants to hurt you, bring your pride down," he looks at her. Ayumi looks back at Yuuto, "She doesn't like me? Then why...why is she always being so nice to me?" He puts his hand on her shoulder, "Pretending to be your friend to just bring you down." Ayumi looks away, "I don't believe it. Sona wouldn't do anything like this.. I know.." "Ayu-" Her words cut him off, "I'm going back to class." He watches her leave then sits down on the desk and sighs, "At least let me help you."

As Ayumi walked back to class, she sees Sona talking to someone. The girl whispered, "Ew, look who's there," then walks away. Sona looks over and sees Ayumi, she smiles, "Ayumi! Good morning!" Ayumi smiles back, "Morning." Sona walks up to Ayumi and shows her something on her phone, "Did you too, get this message?" Ayumi's heart dropped and she backed up a bit. She looks at Sona, "....."

"Is this true? The entire school is talking about this," Sona says. Ayumi goes into the classroom without answering Sona. Sanyu stands up at the sight of her. She walks past by him and sits down in her desk then lays her head down. She didn't seem like she wanted to talk. Kaya gives a look at Sanyu and points her head to Ayumi, 'Should we talk to her?' He shakes his head 'no.'

Ayumi's aura gave Sanyu signals of her emotions. 'I can feel that she's afraid and sad,' he thinks to himself as he looks over at her. During the middle of a lecture, the teacher looks at the classroom, "Who knows the answer to this problem: 10x2 + 90?" He sees Ayumi's head down and calls her out, "Ayumi! What's the answer to the problem??" She looks up at the board and is completely clueless. Sanyu tosses a piece of note to her. She picks up the note and tells the teacher, " X = +- 3i." "Good job, you may sit down. Don't fall asleep during my lectures," he continues teaching. She stares at her desk while still standing and is thinking all sorts of things, 'what's going to happen to me?'

Kaya pokes Ayumi, "Sit down." She immediately sits down and let's her head hang down. Kaya worries about Ayumi. After school, the students packs their stuff and leaves. Kaya walks Ayumi home, "You haven't been yourself since this morning, are you alright??" Ayumi nods her head then smiles, "I just kind of feel sick still." Kaya smiles back in relief, "Well why didn't you say so! You made me worried sick all day." Ayumi looks away, 'If Kaya knows, will she turn her back against me too..?' Kaya smiles and hugs Ayumi, "Lets go to your house~~ I'm hungry." "You're always hungry," Ayumi says.

Sanyu waits for the traffic light to signal green before he crosses the street. As he waits, he overhears some conversation from a group of boys. "No one likes her." "Blinded by money, she's a freaking terrible person who's disgusting." "I don't know what made her think that, she messed her life up by doing so." It makes Sanyu remember his father, who too, was blinded by money.

He walks over to the group of boys, and out of curiosity he asks, "Who are you guys talking about.? Let me join in the conversation, I'm bored." The boys laughs and tells him, "Bro this girl that goes to our school was in a Cheating Scandal and is known as the Dirty Digger. " "Yeah she's freaking horrible, thinking she can get what she wants from her looks." "She's a liar." He looks at them and raises an eyebrow to make it look like he's interested in the conversation, "And who's this 'girl' we're talking about that goes to our school? I wanna know too." The boys looks at each other, "What was her name again.." "Nishio?? Nozomi??" "What was it!?" Sanyu waits for an answer.

One of the boys gasps, "I remember her name now! It was Nakamoto Ayuki!" "Ayumi," another boy corrected him. "Nakamoto Ayumi was caught in a cheating scandal?? When was this?" Sanyu questions pretending to be in shock. "So bro, here's the story: Back then in middle school, she was selling some stuff she claimed to be 'good and luxurious' many people bought it off from her, spending large amounts of money. But when they found out it all was fake items, they were pissed and wanted revenge. She was later transferred out the school before they even got to get their revenge on her."

"Was it really her?" Sanyu asks. "We don't know the whole story though bro, someone is still letting us know the whole story. Just gotta wait for the text messages." The boy replied. "Who's sending the messages? How come I'm not getting any? I'd like to know the whole story too," Sanyu replies to them. The boys shrugs their shoulders, "It's an anonymous messenger." He nods his head. The boys tells him, "Don't go near the Dirty Digger, she'll use you for money and take advantage of your kindness. She's a faker, pretends to be innocent and nice and kind, then she tears you apart. You'll get bad luck if you get near her!" He nods his head again, "Got it, thanks for the information."

When Sanyu got to his apartment, he tells himself, 'So that's why she's so upset and sad today. There's rumors about her.' He shakes his head, "Immature students~" then goes in his room to work on his assignments.
