Just thinking

While the other would walk away from the palace in groups or at least a pair, the ruler of all walked alone along the beautifully decorated corridor in a bad mood, practically David was not alone, a group of servants followed him but all his servants could not even dare to look straight at him.

When he arrived at the office he ordered the maid not to disturb him until dinner. Alone in his office, he though back of the boiling anger and his conduct in the grand hall.

"What's happen with me?" David murmured.

David confused with his emotions, he always thought of himself as an open-minded person, a simple suggestion from a friend that differ from his decision should not be able to make him lose his temper that easily.

"I'm never using my skill on my friend before, why did I do that?"

It was not like he never buffs his friends with strengthening spell or heals them but he never used other skill that breached his principle of friendship before. However, not only he lost control of himself and used his skill, emperor's dignity, on them but also deliberately used other skill to look into his friend loyalty toward him.

Second, David never used charms skill with women, it would not be fun. It may be fun but not a good thing to do. A gentleman like him would never force a woman against her will.

The first one was his personality, but now he had done it. If it was their first met or when he still wary of them in the early of their relationship where he could not call them as a friend but acquaintance, it would be another story.

But Woden was his friend and brother in law, for him to look into his best friend heart because he distrusted them even for a moment was enough to make him guilty.

As for the second principle he holds, it was a lesson he learned during his teenage years. Well, it was when he was very young, he thought of himself as another isekai boy with cheat so it should be okay. He met his children, a twin consists of a male teenager elf and a female teenager elf, but the female elf did not come out to meet him only a letter was given to him by her father. It was good that her father did not hold a grudge after David shamed her family with an indecent act before marriage, but he had to promise them that he must help with their request without fail. The first and second requests already done but the third one was not arrived yet, though.

After pondering for a while, he got up from his chair and decide that it better to have a fine evening with one of his wives than stay here and wasted his time as there was no clear answer even if he thinking about those things now.
