The rest of the day passed quickly after the incident. There were many things to clean up, such as the broken parts of the buildings and the corpses of hornets that littered the place. There were some casualties, and some people went missing for obvious reasons. Nonetheless, the results were a fortunate one considering the worse things that could have happened.

Following the reported count, twenty people died after trying to fight the swarm of [Mutated Suzumebachi]. The unconfirmed or missing was around thirty. Considering the size of the swarm, which numbered around three to five thousand hornets, with each hornet several times its original size, the small number of casualties was just fortunate.

It could have gotten worse. Real worse.
