Eye of Horus

When everyone realized what I have done, all their expressions changed drastically. I turned back to them and faced my siblings with maniacal laugh. I was laughing at them, at their simple minds, at their idiotic trusting nature.

They all knew I was up to no good, and yet, everyone thought that I wouldn't dare do such a crazy thing. They trusted me, or rather, they trusted their simplicity and arrogance, and I am laughing at them.

"This so much fun!" I shouted excitedly. Isis was the first one to wake up from her trance. Instead of crying and weeping, she sent her Ankh towards me, while summoning a gale and sending it at me.

I took the sword of the boy I possessed and sliced at the incoming ankh, immediately cutting it in half. As for the gale, I didn't even bother blocking it. This body has the marks of the World Tree, and one of these marks was the mark of the wind element.

In front of this body, no wind attack would work, or I should say, the World Tree won't allow it!

And as expected, the gale disappeared after arriving about one meter from me. I looked into Isis' eyes and saw the terror in them. She muttered under her breath with a clear tremble in her voice, "When did you get the wind affinity....?"

I chuckled and said, "Oh my dear sister. Did you really not notice that I am occupying another body? I don't blame you for not noticing, actually; you were always the second most idiot in the family. The first place is taken by the brother that I just killed. Honestly I thought Nephthys would be the first one to notice, but I realized that I over-estimated her; ay, she didn't even notice that her husband changed bodies...

"Well then, it was fun and all. I'll be leaving now. Oh right, I almost forgot to give Horus his gift. Here boy!"

A strand of water emerged from the river and slashed at Horus' left eye, destroying the insides of it.

Horus screamed in pain as I bowed and said sarcastically, "Congratulations on ascending to the throne, your highness! Please tell your arrogant brethren that I will be coming for them, one by one; killing them now would be boring. I'll be leaving for real now. Bye bye!"

I then disappeared into thin air while my laugh echoed through the place.

After I left, Horus was trembling and covered his destroyed left eye. He was muttering, "I will make you pay..." over and over until his a golden glow appeared in the socket of his eye. Curved marks appeared around the eye and on his cheek [1].

Then, without saying a word, left. He was chasing after me. When I sensed him, I stopped and looked at his glowing eye with a frown but also with interest.

"You awakened and perfected the Divine Eye at the same time, huh? Well, aren't you a lucky one. Come, nephew, show me what the Eye of Horus can do!"
