The mother-son duo went out as promised. Little Hye Soo was sleeping so she was left back at home in the care of Mrs. Bong. Jung Hyun was overly enthusiastic! After all, he had his mom all to himself. No dad, no Hye Soo. Just him and his mom!
They first had lunch in a fine Italian restaurant before heading off to the stores. They shopped all afternoon going from one stall to another. Well, who could've blamed her? It's been a while since Eun Young last bought clothes for her kids. So even though she encourages them to live simply, she couldn't help but want nothing but the best for them.
"How 'bout this? The color blue really looks good on you hun!" Eun Young praised as she showed Jung Hyun the blue garment. It was a cute little jacket with bunny ears on the hood! No doubt Jung Hyun will definitely look adorable in this! However, it wasn't long before another apparel snatched her attention. "Or what about this? Aww! My little baby looks handsome in burgundy red too!" She squealed.
Jung Hyun kept nodding at all of her choices. No matter what it was, he loved it. Her fashion sense is definitely unquestionable! Besides, what mommy wants, he wants too!
"I knew it. Let's get them both!" She excitedly announced. They then proceeded to the counter to purchase the products.
After another hour of walking around, they decided to rest at a nearby ice cream parlor. They each had their own shares. Eun Young had cookies and cream, while Jung Hyun dug through a mountain of chocolate ice cream. In between scoops, he would tell his mother some stories he learned at school. The kid was really bursting of stories to tell!
Jung Hyun is indeed an intelligent child. His teachers are always impressed with him as he learns things very quickly than his peers. His very thinking is so unique that it's almost unbelievable for a 6 years old. Furthermore, the child is also incredibly good looking! Surely he'll grow up as a fine man!
A little while later, little Jung Hyun suddenly remembered something. "Mommy, we still don't have our costumes for tomorrow." He frowned. "My teacher said we have to dress up as someone we would like to be in the future!"
Now that Run Young thought about it, he was right. Eun Young nodded as she listened to the instructions. "Okay! Well... what do you want to be in the future? Would you like to be a teacher? An artist? Oh, what about a doctor like me?" She gleefully suggested.
It would be really nice if one of them follows her footsteps in the medicine field. Although she truly hoped that one of them inherited the same love she had in serving the people in this profession, she would still support them no matter what career they choose in the future.
Jung Hyun didn't reply. He seemed nonchalant about the careers his mother suggested. Nevertheless, Eun Young continued to give him options. She was almost running out of ideas when the little one himself finally thought of something. Thank goodness!
"Mommy! I know what I want to be!" The handsome boy eagerly said, grinning from ear to ear.
Eun Young was already ecstatic seeing her son happy. "That's amazing! Well... what is it?" Eun Young gently asked.
The little boy raised his arms as he made his announcement. "I want to be like daddy when I grow up!" He proudly declared.
"Daddy looks so cool! When I grow up, I want to be like him too!" Jung Hyun looked so determined as if his decision was already set in stone. Meanwhile, Eun Young was stunned at her son's sudden declaration. Out of all the people in the world... he isn't serious, is he?
"Well, honey, we have a lot of options to choose from. Perhaps--" Eun Young tried to talk him out of it but the little guy had already made up his mind.
"I really want to be like him Mommy! Pleaaaase! We can wear matching suits! Like the one Daddy wears!" He pried. "Please Mommy!" Before his mother could even protest, he ran up to her and gave her a big hug. He looked at her pleadingly with his beautiful brown eyes as he pouted.
Eun Young sighed. She tried to weigh the pros and cons. But with Jung Hyun staring at her like that... how could she possibly say no?
"Fine." She said, finally giving in. The young boy was very delighted upon hearing her response. Apparently, he had her at disadvantage. The kid was cunningly smart for using his charms agains her own mother. It just proves that he really is his father's son!

"Ugh! These clothes are disgusting! Are these even clothes for sale? They look like recycled garbages from the dumpsite!" Bo Ra complained.
Na Rae rolled her eyes. Her elder sister just wouldn't shut her big mouth! Even with all the good fortune she's receiving, all she ever does is rant and bad-mouth every little thing she sees! Gosh, this bi*** sure doesn't know how to be thankful.
"Na Rae, are you going to buy or what?" Bo Ra abruptly asked. Suddenly snapping out of her thoughts, she smugly replied. "I haven't found anything I like yet."
Bo Ra crossed her arms against her chest as she raised an eyebrow at Na Rae. "You ungrateful bi***. Don't ever think I would treat you out again. If my husband just wasn't so fond of you, I wouldn't have offered taking you out myself in the first place. It's all your fault that you're stupid and you can't even keep your fu***** job!" She scoffed.
Na Rae was irked by her sister's words. "I didn't ask him to do anything for me. Besides, you can keep your husband all to yourself! We both know that you aren't really in love with your so-called husband!" She retorted.
Talking so high and mighty... who the hell does this woman think she is?
