First Confession

Lillian Grey leaned down on her desk and closed her eyes to relax. Without her knowledge, she had fallen asleep.

"Lillian?" a voice called her.

The voice didn't disturb her but, instead, it felt caring. With the sweet voice calling her gently, Lillian's senses awakened as she could smell the scent of lavender near her. The fragrance wasn't too much but mild, and Lillian liked it. It only intensified her relaxation. She moaned in her sleep with every single time she heard this person calling her name.

"Lillian?" the voice raised now.

Lillian's eyes flinched as she felt the impact over her head. She reached out her hands to catch the person standing in front of her. Luckily, she could find those hands. They were soft, and it fits perfectly inside Lillian's palms. She squeezed those wrists and massaged it.

"haha.." Lillian chuckled.

She loved playing with those hands.

"What? Do you like that?" Lillian smirked.

"Anna?" Lillian raised her head to see a girl, not Anna, in front of her.

The girl looked frozen. Lillian immediately pulled out her hands and realized that it is someone else and not her friend Anna.

She coughed.

"Giselle!" Lillian spoke.

Giselle is her classmate and the person she isn't acquainted with in any sorts.

Giselle melted from her frozen state when she heard Lillian's voice. Her body recoiled.

"Ah, yes," Giselle replied clearing her throat.

"What?" "Do need anything?" Lillian asked.

Giselle looked hesitant. Her eyes wandered around the classroom unable to face the person in front of her.

Lillian raised her eyebrows and looked intimately at her.

"What?" she asked again.

Giselle got frightened. She wanted to retreat, but something made her stay. Something made her speak to Lillian.

"C… can you wait for me after school?" Giselle stammered.

"Why?" Lillian responded instantly.

"I… I need t… to talk to you. Please" Giselle said sighing. It was almost like a battle for her to speak to Lillian.

Lillian wanted to ignore, but the final 'Please' made her change mind. The sweet voice, lavender odor, and the 'Please' persuaded her mind.

"Okay," Lillian replied.

Giselle nodded and walked out without saying anything. Lillian looked puzzled, and as she turned to face away from tracing Giselle's path, she saw the gossip girl gang eying on her. They whispered while looking at her.

Lillian's eyes changed from puzzled to 'fiery fire.' The girls shunted their vision from Lillian. They aren't strong enough to face Lillian's wraith. Lillian Grey stood up from her seat and went to the cafeteria.

The school ended with Lillian rejecting Anna and Diego's walk back home together offer. She didn't necessarily inform them about her meeting with Giselle that afternoon. They didn't bother her either.

Lillian waited near the basketball court. That place has a vending machine and beautiful basketball guys team playing after school. Lillian had her fun time looking at the tall guys playing in sweat and scoring points.

"Lillian Grey" the familiar voice from the afternoon made Lillian flinch as she turned back to face Giselle.

Giselle looked calm. Her blue eyes were pretty. The lavender scent still hitting Lillian as she tried hard to stay focused.

"What is it, Giselle?"Lillian initiated.

Giselle's eyes wavered. Her body trembled as she faced Lillian and locked eyes with her. Her hands entangled with each other and she kept biting her lower lip.

Lillian noted her anxiousness. She felt bad. Maybe she wanted help with something. Lillian's mind thought about comforting her.

"Relax and take a deep breath. You look troubled." Lillian comforted her.

Giselle followed her and took a deep breath. It helped her to an extent. But soon, retrieved back to her shivering state.

By this point, Lillian got tired from the wait. She played a little trick to trigger Giselle to talk.

"If you don't have anything, then I'll leave right now," Lillian said while taking a few steps away from Giselle.

Poor girl, Giselle got scared and didn't want to waste an opportunity like this. She gulped and gathered her courage to speak out.

"Wait!!!" Giselle feared.

"I have something to tell you, Lillian" Giselle finally spoke.

"YES," Lillian cheered.

Lillian encouraged her like the basketball cheerleading single squad.

Giselle felt rushed. She couldn't hold it in any longer as she said those words to Lillian while shutting her eyes.

"I Love You"
