Gu Jingze saw Lin Che lying on the bed. He walked towards her and placed his large hand on her forehead.
Shocked, Lin Che's eyes jerked open. She looked at Gu Jingze right in front of her while thinking of the fact that he had actually lied to her earlier. She lifted her hand to simply slap his hand away and asked, "What are you doing?"
"I came to take a look at you. Are you sick? Are you feeling unwell?"
Lin Che pursed her lips. "No."
"Then why is your complexion so bad?"
"It's probably something I ate during dinner," Lin Che said.
Gu Jingze's forehead darkened and he picked up his phone.
"There was something wrong with the food we ate at the restaurant just now. I need you to handle the matter."
Lin Che froze when she heard his steely voice.
When he said to handle the matter, did he mean that he was going to make them close up shop?"
This Gu Jingze was a little too unreasonable.
