(Dropped) Savage Limitless

Hanju Province, Kain Family.

The strong and prideful family that dominated the whole province and gave birth to countless geniuses and warriors was now facing the threat of extermination.

With most of their warriors participating in the war, the family's base remained undefended. The absence of the Family Ancestors and Family Head worsened the situation.

The family was situated near the northern region of the province, defending the border of the state. But right now, the lofty family that could cause storms with a snap of its fingers only felt despair.

Their family base was thoroughly ruined and burnt to the ground. The old, young and women of the family were slaughtered like helpless lambs. It was quite ironic, the family that was in the business of slaughtering the lives got slaughtered themselves.

After destroying the roots of the core members of the enemy's army, the unknown assailants grouped once again.

Unlike the generic outfit of covering themselves in black robes, the assaulters were dressed in handsome clothes. They were wearing fit, white office suits. They all had an extremely gentle and noble appearance as their hair was properly combed and they even held briefcase in their hands.

But the splash of red on their white suits formed a striking contrast. One of the noble assaulters couldn't help but chuckle.

"Ahhh, it was so fun. The way those soft women moaned when their guts spilled was absolutely best." He smiled in satisfaction.

There were a total of seven men. They all had different expressions. The one who spoke was a bespectacled man. If anyone saw him near a busy street, one would think that he was going to his office.

"Pity, I wanted to taste them all, at least once. Shit, now I need to use my pass to find a hot chick." Another guy spoke with a hint of disappointment.

"Haha, whatever. I just want to sleep, it's so tiri– wait, what's that?" The youngest amongst them spoke out as he pointed towards the edge of the burnt household.

The other six immediately looked at the pointed direction and their expressions turned cruel and vicious. The noble demeanor displayed was uprooted and these seven looked like devils that had crawled on the surface of hell.

Whoosh

A shadow quickly escaped as the seven of them followed.

Eclipse Border, Hanju Province.

A large army could be seen battling each other as a group of particularly fierce warriors stood out. They wore red, mechanical armour with four mechanical lances attached to the back of the armour. Meanwhile, their heads were covered with a pitch black helmet that had strange carvings lit by neon blue. 

Their outfit garnered attention from their allies and terrified their enemies.

They were the elite battle squad of the Kain Family. In front of the squad, a middle-aged man lead the group. He wore a pure white armour and helmet with the same configuration but increased defense.

This man was the family head of Kain Family. He looked around as he controlled the four mechanical lances to slash apart the weak soldiers.

The sound of metal clashing against each other could be heard as a man covered in pitch black body armour attacked Masan Kain, the Family Head of the Kain Family.

The opponent had purple spikes on the gauntlet while the metal glove had thick, red nails attached to the fingers that shone a cold light.

"Masan, going somewhere?" The person spoke out as the helmet of the opponent turned translucent while it projected the digital image of the opponent. 

"Luke Chrost! Have you gone senile! How many times have I defeated you? And you still insist." Masan did not even bother showing his face as his gruff voice sounded.

Luke smiled, his digital image showed a hint of reverence and fanaticism in his eyes.

"It's different Masan. I am now an expendable resource. I have found true meaning in life. This time, I will lay down my life for my state and honour." Luke spoke without a change in his expression.

Masan snorted. The battle raged on as Luke's special team had already started the battle with Masan's team. Before he could retort, huge booming sounds could be heard above his head as both Luke and Masan looked up.

In the air, four old men battled each other. Unlike their descendants, they did not wear mechanically engineered items to increase their power. They were dressed in light jumpsuits and their fists shined a gentle glow.

The moment their fists connected with each other, the warm glow with erupt like a volcano, causing shock waves and deafening sounds.

After some time, the four old men separated and floated in the pair of two.

"Why do you want to drag us in the descendant's mess?" 

"It's against the rules, but since you have the gall to drag us in, be sure to leave your life behind." 

The two old men that had red hammer imprinted on their jumpsuits spoke fiercely.

Meanwhile, the old men with blue orb imprinted on their jumpsuits simply chuckled.

"Of course, we will leave our life behind." 

"After all, we are determined this time." Their eyes also contained some traces of reverence and fanaticism.

The moment these expressions emerged in their eyes, the family ancestors of the Kain Family widened their eyes in surprise and anger.

The two old men suddenly exploded as they took the Family Ancestors of the Kain Family by surprise, engulfing them too.

Their self-destruction activated a domino effect, causing everyone to self destruct. Not only the family head was taken by surprise but the Normal soldiers that were incapable of self-destruction clenched their teeth and activated their plasma grenades, eradicating their enemies alongside them.

After the series of explosions left the whole battleground in ruins, three presence could still be felt. They were covered by a number of corpses, limbs, internal organs and blood, but they managed to survive.

They were the two ancestors of the Kain Family and the family head Masan.

"Huff! WHAT THE HELL!" The old man couldn't control his breathing as he vomited a mouthful of blood.

The other two were equally haggard.

A slight sound was suddenly heard as the three of them looked above themselves in surprise. They could only see a small missile, almost comparable to a palm in size approaching them. But this small missile filled three of them with dread and despair.

"A Vaporising Destr—" Before Masan could speak, the missile shot open as a ray of light fell on everything in the diameter of 500 metres. The moment the light touched Masan, his head disintegrate into dust followed by his body.

Even though the old men resisted the effect of the vaporiser for a moment, they followed the same fate. The various corpses also disintegrated and a huge depression was formed on the ground. The Vaporiser was only active for ten seconds before it ran out of power and exploded in small bits. Meanwhile, the whole battleground was cleared from disease-causing corpses.

"Go go go! Run faster, Slandy!" A dark-red salamander, comparable to a two-wheeler in size shot through the dense jungle. 

A dark-skinned youth could be seen riding the salamander. Evidently, his skill were good enough that he did not fall off the salamander.

His face was covered with tears and snot and many parts of his face had clumps of soot. His whole figure remained distraught as he witnessed the massacre of his family the moment he returned from the capital. 

He almost fainted when he saw his sister covered in her own blood and guts. He took a deep breath to calm himself as he concentrated on running away from the Seven Gentleman of the Bagha State.

After taking twist and turns, he finally lost the Seven Nobles as he made his way towards the capital with extreme caution. 

Meanwhile, white shadows could be seen shooting around the jungle as they killed any animal that came into their contact.

"Damnit! Now what? That Salamander has probably completed one whole class  and isn't weaker than us." The youngest spoke with clenched teeth.

The only blonde guy of the group finally spoke out.

"We leave. Kain Family is probably eradicated in war and the news will reach the capital. We, the Seven Gentlemen have completed our mission and no survivors lived to tell the tale." 

He spoke in a neutral expression and his voice dull.

The others dared not defy the man and nodded.

"Yes, leader!" 

"Move out." 

The seven of them shot out and left the area.

Meanwhile, the youth kept on fleeing. Even when he lost his tail, he did not want to encounter any trouble because of his carelessness.

After fleeing inside the forest some more time, the youth felt his whole body getting heavier and his eyes threatened to close. Evidently, he was extremely tired. Suddenly, the Salamander beneath him started to slow down until it fell on the ground with a thumping sound. The same went for the youth as he fell on the broad back of the salamander and closed his eyes.

Soon, deep snores could be heard from the kid's mouth and nose as he slept peacefully and heavily in the middle of a dense and dangerous jungle.

Rustle

Slowly, sounds of rustling bushes and slow footsteps could be heard. 

"Oh, this poor kid inhaled the sleeping powder?" A deep voice could be heard as a middle-aged man appeared with a pair of crutches. His left leg was cut off from the knee, crippling him.

He slowly walked towards the youth and saw the uniform on its body. He then looked around him. After exhaling softly, he spoke slowly.

"Go and re-trace his trails. Look for the clues of other people following him." As he spoke, his shadow squirmed lightly and a new figure emerged from his shadow.

It was a pitch black creature with a long nose and a short body. Only the part of its eyes glowed red while the body remained dark and unclear. It made a few unintelligible whispers before leaving the area, tracing back their steps.

Meanwhile, the middle-aged man leaned forward to take a closer look at the salamander. Due to his physical problem, his position looked quite awkward.

"Hoo, a salamander infused with Deep Red Crocodile's Core and an uncommon class. Probably level 10." The strange man muttered and looked around the unconscious salamander.

He then proceeded to pick up the poor kid and placed him on his back, like a sac filled grains.

He then licked up his crutches and started walking deeper inside the jungle. Unexpectedly, he was strong enough to carry the youth while walking normally.

The whole scene turned normal, except for an unconscious salamander that laid on the ground. Its surroundings brimming with danger.
