THE TALE OF LEGENDS
A legend has been passed down across the universe since ancient times.
'One who shall manage to traverse through the challenges of the universe, and reach the land where it all began, shall be bestowed with the God Seat and rule all over the universe.'
This legend has long since become a myth. No one took it seriously anymore. Until, a few thousand years ago, an incident occurred.
Someone had reached the land of beginnings and achieved Godhood. It was only then that everyone realized the legends were true.
With that realization, came regret. Alas, why did we not realize this sooner. Everyone felt that they had lost a chance of a lifetime of gaining everything this universe has to offer.
However, there was another twist to the story. During the Ascension ceremony, the person who was about to gain everything, declined the God Seat, shocking everyone.
"I have no interest in becoming a god. I am nothing but an adventurer. My only dream was to go down in history as the greatest adventurer to have ever lived. And with this final expedition, I have achieved my dream."
With this baffling conclusion, the entire universe was caught in an uproar. Every mighty figure in the universe set their eyes on the God Seat, and the universe was set ablaze.
Who shall become a God? How many will have their dreams crushed? How will peace be maintained when everyone is after one thing?
There are billions of competitors, but only one can become a God.
