a long time ago there was put a curse on humans, that when we turn 18 the name of our souldmate will appear on us.

but it didnt go as planned, since i didn't even believe in it from the start and I wasn't the only one.

my parents were soulmates, but that didn't do it for them, they killed each other in the end.

so they just left me and my older sister Eun-Kyun Gu alone with our grandfather, the chairman of Gu Entertainment, he took us in after the drama and my sister's dream came true ,she became the CEO and married her dream man.

But, I Bae Gu got my ex.

My ex, why is he my ex? Well he used me and I assaulted him! I now have his name on me, well this is a nightmare becoming reality, but he moved back home to his homeland so I'll never see him again.

I should just enjoy myself for as long as I can, I just turned 18 yesterday and my friends invited me too a club, so I should start my new life now. I was getting ready with my friends, Kim Seo-a and Ziu Chynna

Seo-a had a dark blue off the shoulder crop top with high waisted jeans, short hair and silver makeup.

Chynna had a light blue skirt with a random t-shirt, curled silver hair and light makeup.

I had a white t-shirt with a light pink jacket on blue ripped jeans.

We took the taxi and just partied.

We got drunk after a while and just called a cab. I was on my phone texting my sister that I'll be coming back soon. I went in last and saw the driver, a boy in his twenties, dark blue/black hair, mask and a cap. He looked expensive with all those gold accessories. Music was playing and really into it singing along. He was enchanting. Reality hit when I suddenly fell to the seat in the car a little bit shaken. My friends besides were looking at there phone Chynna probably chatting with the new boyfriend she got an hour ago, so congratulations, or being too drunk to care if even got in the car. So I toke the chance.

"Hi angel!" I said leaning forward to see him better, he still wore the mask but his eyes were shining like diamonds.

"Well, hello little devil!" He smirked softly.

"Can I invite you to sing for me some time?" I ask smiling while handing him a piece of paper. He took it and put it in the pocket of his jacket. "of course, nice meeting you, I'm kno" He gave me his hand. " I'm Bae" I shake his hand. "but I would like a duet ,you know?!" He shrugged. "I'll start practicing right away" I say enthusiastically maybe too much. "yay" he giggled. cute...

I told him the location and we just talked the whole ride. "We're here" he says looking back at me. I look at my friends, but they both fell a sleep, I look back at him and pouted "they ALWAYS do this to me" he just giggled. I paid him and dragged them out one by one, I was about to take by bag when he turned to me. "I'm looking forward to it so practice hard, little devil" he smiled. "CALL ME THEN" I yell getting out of the car and waving.

He waved back and I just stood there.

"Bae!! Attention!!" Seo-a yelled waving her hand drunkly in my face, she turned around and stumbled to the door, I went to help her and put her on my couch. I then went to get Chynna what took even longer, But I was interrupted by grandfather coming in. "Hi grandfa-" I smile. "Can I talk to you?" He asked cutting me off. "Oh of course you can, always" I tap Chynna's head scaring her she ,turned back like lightning and saw what was happening. She was luckily not dreaming like a complete drunk. She slowly got out of the room with Seo-a. I sat down with my grandfather and he just sighed.

"What is it?" I was all ready tired and probably sounded annoyed BUT I DIDN'T MEAN TOO.

"I have found a young man ,who is very talented and open to meet someone new and special, I know you don't believe in the curse... so I would like for you to try getting to know him" he looked at me in this special way like he NEEDS me for this.

So he wanted to set me up huh,?

"So you want me to meet him?!" I frown.

"Yes sweetie he is very talented and hard working." He stopped.

"But is he good looking??" I ask sitting more comfortable.

"He is a good looking man, I know your type after all these years" he smirked.

"Grandfather, just turned 18 and HOW OLD EVEN IS HE" I don't want to be dating an old pervert even if he is my type.

"Look" I look of course and see a file.

I wonder and look at the file, OOOOMG IT'S HIS FILE.

AND HE IS A CEO!!! I almost screamed but omg he really is young and powerful, he isn't taken yet!? Wow....

"You like it?" He teased seeing my expression.

"You have good connections grandfather" I nod pleased by him. Silence filled the air like fog.

"But I don't think ready for commitment, can I wait some time?" I ask unsure about my decision, he could be my dream guy. Or not.

But I'm young ,I just don't want to give up my freedom for one guy I like playing around to much.

"I thought so, it's okay darling when your ready" he stood up, patted my head and left.
