29 Chaos Before The Storm

Gabriel looked at the town in shocked, they were gone for a couple hours at most and the whole town went to shit in that time.

What Gabriel saw were walkers attacking people, screams everywhere and gunshots.

There weren't many walkers but these people don't know how to defend themsemves against them so they got jumped by them.

Gabriel looked to Merle "Find all possible survivors and gather them around in a high place, those perimeter walls for example"

"Alright, by the way, we caught a black woman earlier today, she is tied up in that building because she attacked the governor" Merle pointed to the Governor's place and nodded.

"You go and find survivors, I'll go an check it out"

Merle nodded and left while Gabriel went to that building and as soon as he entered he leaned his head backwards as he almost got boinked by a bat.

"Hyyaaa it's you" screamed Mindy after she had swang her bat.

Gabriel looked at her weird "I'll let it slide this time because of the situation but next time, your sweet ass is paying the prize"

Mindy nodded and blushed "I'm sorry" she mumbled.

"Are you alone here?" asked Gabriel.

Mindy shook her head "No, Rowan is here with a few others"

Gabriel nodded and Mindy brought him where the others are.

As soon as people saw him they stood up and swarmed him

"What's happening?"

"Where is the Governor?"

"Are we going to die?"

"Calm down people, first I want to know myself how this all started, second, the Governor is dead and third, you will die if you don't shut up"

They all stood there quiet and Gabriel continued "We got swarmed and the Governor ditched me and Merle, but when we came back, he was dead, got attacked by biters. I made it here with Merle only to find this place over run by biters so I would like to ask, what the actual fuck just happened here? At most you should have only gotten a docens of them, but now a lot of people are dead and are turning into them... so what happened?"

Gabriel directed his gaze to a few men in the group of women, they were hiding in the back.

"We shot at them man!... theh didn't go down like we thought they would" said one of the men agitated.

Gabriel sighed "Did you go for the head?"

They looked down "We tried" they muttered.

Gabriel massaged his temples "Okay, don't open the door, if you see someone bitten don't let them in, they'll turn soon after amd will attack you"

They all panicked and rapidly stayed away from two of the 3 men in the group, they had bite marks on them.

They panicked and "L-listen man, it's just a bite, nothing serious man!"

Gabriel raised his hands "Okay, We are just gonna put you in this room for now okay?"

Both men nodded and entered the room, the room didn't have windows so Gabriel grabbed a heavy furniture and blocked the door with it.

"What's going to happened to them?" asked Rowan worried.

"They will die and turn, whatever happens, don't open the door unless you want to be bitten and killed" Gabriel warned them all, they all nodded.

"Where are you going?" asked Mindy seeing Gabriel go deeper into the building.

"Merle told me they brought in a woman here, so I'm going to see who it is"

"I wanna come with" both Rowan and Mindy said, they looked at eachother and frowned,

"You stay with them" hissed Mindy at Rowan.

"And why are YOU going?" shot back Rowan.

They both stared daggers at eachother, Gabriel ignored them and left.

Mindy and Rowan saw Gabriel was no longer there. "It's your fault slut" growled Mindy.

"At least he already fucked me" said Rowan proud.

Mindy jumped on Rowan and they both started fighting.

Meanwhile-

Gabriel saw a door leading downstairs to a basement, he went in and inside saw a black woman tied with barely any clothes on, just her underwear, Gabriel had to admire her body for a second, she was well toned much like Amy and the twins.

Michonne, the black beauty chained looked up and expected to see the Governor but instead saw something much bigger and might she add scarier than him.

Michonne saw blue eyes practically shinning in the dark staring at her, she felt unconfortable, like being fully naked in front of an unknown man. The man was so big, he towered over her small frame.

Michonned saw the man raised his hands and she closed her eyes, a slap from the governor would barely be felt but from a giant man like this, she would sure feel it, she readied herself since she thought this was torture, she thought Gabriel was here to r*pe her and break her, she hated herself for this but she knew it could be possible with a man as big as Ganriel.

(A/n: Remember in GoT when the mountains was practically resurrected and sent to torture and possibly r*pe Septa Unella, I got goosebumps bro. Cersei told her, "He will be your new God" bro It doesn't take a lot to guess what happened there)

She waited for the slap or the abuse but instead her cheeks were being caressed, she unconciously leaned in and moaned in confort, she suddenly opened her eyes wide and looked at Gabriel and saw him smile at her kindly. A shiver went down her spine.

"What are you doing here?" she asked wary of Gabriel, she would never allowed a man she is never met before caress her like that but just now, Gabriel's hand felt welcoming, as if she was back at home and Gabriel was her husband waiting for her.

"I am here to set you free, I apologized for touching you like that but you looked sad" said the man in front of her.

Michonned gritted her teeth "Don't take pity on me"

"I'm not. I just feel like you need someone to talk to" Gabriel gave her that damn smile again, she groaned and avoided his gaze making Gabriel chuckled 'Even his laugh is great' thought Michonne.

Gabriel undid Michonne's chains "I'm Gabriel, I'm here to take survivors with me to my settlement, feel free to tag alone if you like"

"Michonne" she just nodded and didn't say anything else, she got dressed and followed Gabriel still wary of him. She could not believe the Governor would let people go just like that but once she came out and saw the chaos through the window. "What happened?" she asked.

"Walk- erm... biters? attacked the town and the people weren't prepare" said Gabriel.

"And the Governor?" asked Michonne with venom in her voice.

"Dead"

"..."

Michonne kept quiet, soon they made it where everyone else was and she saw two women were fighting, rolling on the ground. Michonne was amused seeing this, shw glanced at Gabriel who sighed and easily picked both women from their shirt and separated them.

"What are you doing?" Gabriel frowned seeing both women, his cold eyes staring deeply into theirs.

"She sa-" Mindy wanted to protest but Gabriel gave her a glare and shut up "I'm sorry" she mumbled and looked down ashamed.

"I expected better from you Mindy" said Gabriel making Mindy shrink, his words of disappointment hurting her more than her own husband's death.

"I'm gonna have to teach you... both... how to respect eachother" they nodded weakly, Gabriel put them down and turned to the only guy in the group, he was wearing glasses and looked more timid than the women here.

"You" Gabriel called him out.

The man winced "Y-yes?"

"What's your name?"

"M-Milton... sir, Milton Mamet" responded Milton stuttering.

Gabriel nodded "Why are you here?"

That question sent Milton into a pit because even he himself was asking that. He could only come up with one answer 'I am a coward'

"I don't know what to do, I thought the 'biters' were just human who had lost their reasoning. I studied a cpuple of them to see if they had concious... but they didn't"

"Well... that's... something, I guess. Anyways, come. you know where Lietenant is don't you?"

He nodded and another black woman raised her hand. "I also know where he is, I treated him, I am a doctor"

she offered herself as a guide but Gabriel shook his head.

"You stay here and take care of her wounds" Gabriel pointed at Michonne, the doctor nodded and did as told.

"Let's go" said Gabriel to Milton, at the door, Gabriel looked back "Do NOT open that door, you understand!? even if they ask for help if you do, you'll die" Gabriel warned them of the two men inside that room.

The reason why he didn't kill them was because the people were scared and Gabriel thought it best if they saw what he said is the truth since they still have doubts that the bite can kill them, besides Michonne is there with them, she can take care of them once they turn.
