1 Chapter1 Zombie System

My name was Michael Rodriquez. The reason why I say was is because I am dead now. Yeah, that is right I am dead. Let's go back in time two days from today.

The wind hit my face as I got out of my apartment. I am a scientist. How cool is that? I make roughly 40 thousand RMB a month. This is a high paying job. My job, of course, is to research any type of virus. It is a pretty amazing job I should say. Right now is the beginning of winter in China.

The cold weather is extremely bad the reason for that is because of global warming. People think that global warming is not a real thing, but everyone is wrong. The year currently is 2100. Roughly 3 billion people have died due to global warming in the entire world.

That is right 3 freaking billion people have died. The funny thing is that no one cares. Can you believe that? I know I cannot believe it. The amount of people that are dying every day is extremely high, but the government does not do anything to stop it. It is getting to a point where people do not longer believe in the government. Enough about that. Let's go back to what is important.

After hard work for three years, I finally have discovered a new type of bacteria. This bacteria I named it the ZV Bacteria. The reason for this is because it is a powerful bacteria. The amazing thing about this bacteria is that you can use it to modify anything. This includes any type of animal or species. The risk of something happening is only 3 %. Which mean the bacteria is relatively safe to be used. Even though I don't know the side effect on using on a human yet. If my calculation is correct. This bacteria will change the world.

I have decided that I will be the first human to test this bacteria out. I do not believe that anything bad will happen. The reason for this is because the bacteria is 97% safe. I decided to inject the bacteria into my arm.

"Fuck that hurt." That was the first thing I say as I feel the liquid travel through my veins. The pain began to increase to appoint which I pass out. When I woke up, it was already five pm. No one else was at the lab. The reason is that everyone has already left. I still feel a massive pain going down my veins. It feels like all my vein were being changed.

The pain finally stopped after what it seemed an eternity. This made me extremely happy. I have decided to take an example of my blood to see the difference in my blood. After inserting the needle into my vein, I began to draw blood.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?" the reason as to why I scream was because my blood was no longer red. It was freaking green. Yeah, you heard that right the color of the blood was green. I began to feel dizzy. I am not sure if this is a side effect of the bacteria or not. The only thing I know is that feeling like crap.

I began to cough. When I cough, a greenish color liquid came out. It tastes horrible. "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS HAPPENING TO ME?" That was the only thing I could think to myself. That was the last thing remember. Everything lasted two days before I died.
