1 Chapter 1 The begging

VRMMORPG is the new way of life for people who want to like a life of fantasy. This is a story of a college student named Gomi that got selected to beta test for a game called [Sukui VRMMORPG]. Is Gomi going to be a hero or a useless garbage?

Gomi is an average looking college student that works at the bar during his student holidays. The first day of summer break from College.

He lives alone in a one bedroom house, nothing all fancy. Keeping his room clean most of the time, cleaning is not his forte. Looking around his room, he saw his own bed and desktop; they are only things he decided to keep from his parents' place.

Gomi was happy when he got selected for the beta test; Gomi has liked games ever since he got a game on his 10th birthday Oct, 2150.

The entire time Gomi just played esports games and such to pass the time. That's when he got an email saying it's going to arrive tomorrow. Knowing it's going to arrive Gomi stayed up all night waiting.

When the game headset arrived; It came in a round sphere shape making it look odd. Gomi had a tired expression with dark circles around his eyes, staying up all night thinking about what kind of game he would get to play.

Gomi did not get any prior knowledge about what game.Gomi just finished setting up the game, putting on the headset as per instructions. The instructions just said to say "login in"...

As he said those words it felt like getting punched in the head. When Gomi woke up he was transported into a dark and spooky forest surrounding him. (Remembering the information he got in the hand book, informing him about the game aspects such as stats and how to learn new skills).

It was Gomi's first time playing the game so he hesitated to lift his right hand up to Check the U.I. Gomi found it to be short, making it easy to understand. Gomi also saw arrow's pointing in every direction {North} {East} {South} {West} making him more confident in himself.

Gomi slowly climbed a tree and started collecting some veins, also picking up some rocks lying in the forest. When Gomi finished his preparations, he began to craft bolas. Taking some time to finish.

He decided to head toward the north direction.
