7 Chapter 7. Unleashed

Hiro continued training with Theo. His magic tapped out completely in 30 minutes every time they sparred. Hiro had gotten very good at sensing Theo's magic and being able to dodge, block and evade most hits. He began to utilize his newfound fire elementa to fight. Theo was able to fight Hiro with 40% of his power and Hiro was keeping up the whole way.

"If we continue to fight like this boy you'll get to used to me and not be able to adapt to real combat. The only way you'll be able to learn is to go up against your first real enemy."

"Don't you think this is a bit too soon?? I've just begun to harness my magic. My magical endurance isn't even that strong just yet."

"You'll be fine. You can grow so much more but you need variability in opponents or else you'll never be ready to conquer."

"So what did you have in mind?"

"Before you'll be ready to truly ascend we must first stoke the flame in your heart by letting out your vengeance. How would you like to get revenge on part of the clan that was responsible for the destruction of your village?"

Hiro's friendly demeanor that had been so focused on training and getting stronger quickly fell away. Almost as if a demon had been released when Theo had said revenge. The rage in Hiro's heart exploded releasing his magic into a typhoon of rage and fire.

"Where are they?!!!???!!?"

"Relax boy you'll have plenty of time to take that energy out because the clan you're going up against is the strongest giant clan known to demihumans. It'll be the furthest thing to obtain the power to defeat nations singlehandedly you must gain experience."

"We've fought enough I have experience. "

"The kind of experience you require only comes from the real battle. They will be trying to kill you and it'll be nothing like out training. They will go all out and not stop until they kill you or they die."

"I KNOW THAT ALREADY! It's just since we've been training I haven't thought about everything I had lost. I was too busy focusing on all these new things for me. My body, my magic, and the training had kept me distracted. But I have lost everything my home, my family, and my purpose. But when you told me about revenge for the first time it feels feasible those feelings came rushing back. I want to KILL THEM ALL!!!!!! I want to destroy them until there's nothing left. I want them to know how it feels to live in fear."

" Bottle your rage boy and turn in on your enemies. Dig your teeth into their flesh, tear off their limbs and burn them to ashes. Your enemies are battle-hardened and won't fight you on fair terms just because you're human."

"With the two of us, they won't stand a chance."

"You have the wrong idea boy. You'll be doing this task alone."

"I thought you had a grudge against the gods!"

"I have a grudge against the gods not against the people who destroyed your village. That's your crusade, not mine."

"So that's how it is. I'm just a tool for your purposes and it doesn't matter what happens to me as long as you can use me for your purposes."

"You're being a short-sighted boy. There are reasons other than your vendetta of why I cannot help you in this fight that are far too complicated to explain right now."

"Well, why don't you just try?"

"I need to confirm you're strong enough first then I'll explain everything."

"How does taking revenge to prove that?"

"There are two types of men the foolish who seek revenge and ultimately die in the pursuit and those strong enough to take it with their own hands. I wonder which you are."

"You'll find out just load the ammo watch how much damage I do."

"Your target is the Yakioni clan or the blood step giants."

"I'll teach them true fear!"

"Rest up because you'll be attacking at dusk. Make sure to make a big entrance. Think of this as a declaration to the gods."

Hiro was given clothes by Theo that wouldn't burn as well as magic gauntlets to increase his elementa. He tried to sleep but felt restless and laid on his back looking at the sky.

I'll kill them all then I'll find the others responsible and wipe the disease that plagues this world out with a cleansing fire.

Hiro closed his eyes and began to sleep.

....Hiro revenge isn't the only way.....

Hiro heard a voice that woke him up from his slumber. The voice was faint and thought it was from a dream. It was now dusk so Hiro got dressed in his new attire. Hiro punches his hand and lights himself on fire. The outfit conforms to the fire and takes on the nature of his elementa.

"I'm ready"

Theo draws a seal on the ground and directs Hiro to stand on it.

"This will transport you outside the village of the Yakioni. Once you start your attack you cannot falter even for a second or that will mean your death."

"I'm not worried about if I'll die or not. I just want to unleash my rage on the creatures that destroyed everything I loved."

Hiro was transported to the Village of the Yakioni "Serabeft".

"Here I go!!!!!"

BOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hiro broke down the gate to the village. One of the guards get up and grabs his warhammer. The giant approached the place where the gate had been.

"What ignorant welp decided to breakdown the gate of the mighty Serabeft guarded by Gerrift the unbreakable?"

"It was me you oversized gorilla"

"Then DIEEEEEEE!!!!!!"

Gerrift swung his warhammer to crush hiro. Hiro stopped the hammer with a single hand and punch the hammer shattering it into pieces.

Gerrift drops the handle and tries to crush Hiro with his bare hands. Hiro forces Gerrift's fingers apart and breaks them.

"Not so unbreakable now are we?"

"What in the hell are you?"

"I'm hiro kurokumo and I've come to slaughter you all."
