3 New Home 1

Days past as Zaid stayed at the hospital. He recuperated well, his bruises were fading. He also had daily showers which he was very thankful for. He never felt so unguarded in his life at this moment and that made him uncomfortable at the thought of it.

A russian nurse was assigned to Zaid, she was very tall and had a strawberry perfume on that polluted the room whenever she came in.

She was kind enough to offer to cut his hair which he accepted. It matched the mood and situation.

The nurse gave him a mirror to look at his fresh haircut and left.

Zaid couldn't help but smile at his reflection. This haircut despite being shabby, it was good enough. it symbolized a new change for him.

There is no more excuse for him, this time he would do his best to reach his goal being a footballer. Everything else was secondary to him. It was not worth mentioning.

He was thinking deeply about his future plans as he stayed in the hospital. In specific his past life memories. What businesses would bloom in the upcoming years and if there were opportunities to partake in the cake before it was too late.

Zaid wanted to be financially secure because he could still freshly remember poverty and his struggles with it. It was ingrained in his soul and he didnt want to experience that life again.

However he couldn't remember much and if he did it was related to football. Whenever he had free time he would watch football matches, read about football and watch football news. That was his enjoyment. Hence the lack of familiarity with business news.

Thus Zaid after trying to analyse his limited memory without football relation abandoned the idea of plagiarism. He didnt want to waste his time on something he didnt understand and would take time to understand. He also didnt know the exact framtime those business would increase in value.

If he was going to be imitating he should at least be good at it.

Anyway his starting life was already better than before. He removed his parents influence and abuse from escalating further. That was enough for now. He should take things slowly. Step by step.

Having his thoughts in order made Zaid more relaxed and confident about his future. As Zaid watched people coming in and out of the hospital, he heard loud footsteps coming to his room directly.

He turned his head and came face to face with Kelly who softly smiled at him. Her hair this time was in a tight bun.

"I just spoke to the nurse and you are recovering remarkably. " Kelly said as she sat on the chair.

Zaid nodded in response as he wondered what news she had for him.
