16 The End

*Sniff* *sniff*

"So, Zack where have you been? We haven't heard from you since last year, you suddenly stopped calling one day." Tai asked after both of Qrow and him were wearing shirts.

Tai and Qrow still remembered the effort they did back then to stop Yang from searching for him. Needless to say, she stomped on they're manhood numerous times, literally but in the end, Qrow bit down the proverbial bullet and called his 'girlfriend' for help. Yang was already packing when Akari came, she just talked with Yang in her room and after an hour, Yang calmed down and came out with Akari beside her.

"Hmm my scroll got destroyed you see, some wee pebble just flew out of nowhere and hit it dead center," Zack said as his scroll was always hanging around at Fenrir's handle but somehow he saw a Leviathan Grimm in front of him, then in the next moment it was gone but my scroll has a small rock embedded in it.

Zack never knew a certain someone ordered one of her pawns to destroy his scroll discreetly as it might pose a problem and any unnecessary attention.

"Hmmm you know, just visiting the Land of Darkness, I went searching for the key to my semblance you see," Zack said light-heartedly but it was getting hard to breathe.

*Sniff* *sniff*

"Oh alright, Lan-LAND OF DARKNESS!!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!!? THAT PLACE IS CRAWLING WITH ALL KINDS OF GRIMM!! HOW THE HELL DID YOU EVEN GOT OUT SAFELY?!" Tai suddenly bursts as he knows that land is not meant for people.

"!!!" This got the attention of Ruby as the way he talked about it earlier and he said it like that place was a peaceful abandoned island with few Grimms at the side.

Qrow was now narrowing his eyes on Zack as he finally noticed a few scars on his body and one little cross mark on his side of the face.

*Sniff* *sniff*

"Ahh well, let me tell you the full story, It all started in one beautiful sunset at Menagerie, I met an old strange man named old chief, he made a deal with me-"

After two and a half hours of non-stop story-telling, Zack finally finished his adventure from Menagerie but he was suddenly suffocated for a while, fortunately, he spoke faster when regarding a cat faunus named Blake, to one and a half-year in that land emitting some few giant encounters here and there.

"Now that's when I saw Ruby," Zack finished his tale with pride.

"..."

All three of them were pretty speechless at Zack's sucky narration but one thing did take their attention, It was his semblance, 'if its really real then this might be a problem/awesome' thought of Qrow, Tai, and Ruby.

*Sniff* *sniff*

"Are sure Zack? Zombies? Can you show us, please!!" Ruby hurriedly asked as she used her improved puppy eyes technique, big watery eyes while biting quivering lips like she was about to cry.

*Kurk!!*

Zack would've looked away but he was too late as Ruby used her semblance to appear instantly in front of him.

"Alright alright I'll do it, just please stop" Zack pleaded before her.

"Hehehe works every time!!" Ruby exclaimed as she gave both Qrow and Tai a peace sign.

Qrow and Tai twitched their lips as who would've thought their cute little Ruby would use her cuteness to others.

*Sniff* *sniff*

"B7 and B8 come out" Zack ordered from his shadow as he might as well take them out as it's time for Fenrir's daily clean and tune-up. And yes, Zack thought those two minions for every break he had on that land to maintain Fenrir.

Suddenly his shadow extended and in it, two greenish-blue Beowolves emerged from it and looked at everyone curiously.

This got a flight response on all three of them as they took their stance but after a tense moment, they relaxed their nerves.

Ruby, being the always curious one, approached first.

Qrow and Tai became tense again as they looked over Ruby.

*Sniff* *sniff*

Zack seeing this just shook his head as this was just a normal reaction. But he did think about their reactions when they learned that he has a few Grand Alphas in his command. Of course, all of them wouldn't exactly fit in a confined space so that's gonna be a bummer.

While Zack was in his own little world, Ruby finally arrived in front of those two and hesitantly reached her hand to touch one of the arms of the Grimm on the right.

After she touched it, the Grimm just tilted it's head as it looked at her curiously.

At that, Ruby lost her hesitation and glomped on one yelled excitedly.

"AWW!! THEY ARE SO CUTE!! THEY'RE SO FLUFFY I COULD DIE!!"

"Qrow and Tai just looked at her and then the Grimm that seemed to be suffocating from her hug. They then looked at someone who has been quiet the entire time since she yelled at Zack earlier.

*Sniff* *sniff*

They've been looking at Yang still hugging a half-naked Zack like a koala and they were sure they heard her sniffing at him. At that moment, both adults finally questioned themselves in raising their daughters/nieces.

With Ruby, they can understand, as she is just curious at the suffocating Grimm in her arms but with Yang, they didn't even want to go there. Sometimes they could even see the demon, Akari, in Yang and that is a terrifying thought for both of them.

Ever since Zack left back then, Yang has been going to Vale every chance she gets, she still continues her training but they noticed she immediately goes there after that. They got curious one day and decided that Qrow should follow her but what he didn't expect her to be was the Vale's police station, after that, red warnings were going through Qrow's head, and immediately went back to report on Tai.

After Qrow came back and explained to Tai what he had seen, Tai forced Qrow to call on his girlfriend, Qrow mustered up his courage as he called the demon on her scroll.

When Akari picked up, they both heard Yang laughing from the other line, they questioned what was Yang doing there but all she said was her training, nothing after that, and hung up.

They questioned Yang when she got back and she said the same thing with a sweet smile that ran a shiver at their spines. After that, they just gave up as obviously everyone knows there are only female officers in Vale. One might think if it's full of women in uniform were in there, then naturally many men would want to go in there too but other places don't have a demon as the head officer.

Nobody knows for sure but some rumor says the demon is trying to convert her fellow officers to become like her and that was a scary idea for all men so they all stayed out there as much as possible. Of course, this fear started as some foreign guys wanted to harass some girls at the streets of Vale but they were caught by a female officer and brought to their HQ, at first they were happily taking in all the all-female officers at the station but once they got in the interrogation room, their laughs became screams as a moment later an ambulance took them at the hospital.

It has been a month since then and a lot has changed in the house.

Zack's summoned Beowolves were really helpful in doing chores except for cooking as Zack can't get them to taste the flavor. Tai and Qrow both sparred with Zack quite often but he defeated them without breaking a sweat, and that was without the use of his minions so it was safe to say that Zack has finally surpassed them. Instead of being disappointed with themselves, they became really proud of their son.

The time Zack arrived back then, it was only two months away from his enrollment to Beacon with Yang so he got the time to remake his First Tsurugi sword again but this time, he was going to add some of Smaug's fangs in making each six swords. It took him a week to figure it out but he did it.

Qrow and Ruby were awed by the sight of this sword as they immediately tried to lift it but it wouldn't budge with Ruby and with Qrow, he lifted it but it took effort just to swing much less fight with it. At that, both looked at Zack like an idiot for making such a heavy weapon but they were all shocked as Zack effortlessly took in one hand, swung it a few times then he twirled this heavy sword like it was a plastic stick and casually placed it on his back as nothing happened.

Zack didn't bother making his Azaroth back then as he felt like it's just a waste on his Aura but he still made a gun, it's black all around and the named "Jackal" engraved on it. This thing is attached to his forearm as it fires rounds of his compressed aura bullets, based on Yang's Dual Ranged Shot Gauntlets, Ember Celica.

At that, he finished his preparations for entering Beacon.

Zack finally showed them his Alphas and Grand Alphas as he wanted to see their faces. On that day, Zack recorded both of his father's faces on his brand-new scroll then spread it all over their contacts.

Zack had to explain in full detail how he got these giants, safe to say both of them were shocked as the Grand Alpha hailed as the deadliest Grimms have been defeated by a young man at the age of 17. They had to take a few minutes to take this in as they thought of something, if Zack can defeat one, live and revive it as a summon, then many kingdoms and people will want him on their side, they have to get Zack on Ozpin right away before he attracts any more attention as it is.

They both discussed it with Zack as he was alright in making a visit to Beacon early. Yang wanted to come with him but was refused surprisingly by both Qrow and Tai as this was important and it was concerning Zack.

In the end, they succeeded in reassuring that Zack will be with her by the time she gets to Beacon in a month. Zack didn't wait for the next day to depart because he had this ominous feeling that if he stayed there that night, something traumatizing would have happened to him and it was better to be safe than be like Qrow. Ruby interjected though as she wouldn't see Zack for a while as well as she demanded Zack to bake some cookies for her right then and there.

After saying farewell to them again, he hopped in Fenrir and rode off to Beacon ahead of time.

Zack didn't know back then that his little sister would also join them in Beacon much earlier than he anticipated as he did promise Ruby to bake some cookies the next time they meet again.

As for concerning his minions, he didn't let everyone out when he showed them at Qrow and Tai as of right now he has counted 25 beowolves, 2 of its alphas and Fang, 20 ursas, 1 of its alphas and Ted, ( Grand Alpha or GA), 10 manticores, Bubba his GA Nevermore, 3 Sabyrs, and Smaug the Wyvern. He didn't purposely go and made numerous minions because with only Smaug, it can extract an incredibly black viscous tar-like substance from the skin all over its body and when these droplets impact the ground, lesser forms of Grimm can rise from it and can be manipulated by Smaug only.

It would've been okay if it's Fang and Ted were shown but Bubba and especially Smaug, they would've caused unnecessary panic all over as both of them are his largest ones.

Before going to Beacon though, Zack made a pit stop as it was time to get a haircut and new clothes. Some of his clothes have been a little tight in certain areas and Yang was kinda getting scary as she would always stare at his way every time they would meet in the same place, the unnerving part was that she doesn't blink when stares at him.

So, in the memory of his life back then in Final Fantasy VII, he made his hair exactly like the one he had when he became SOLDIER 1st Class and his clothing is exactly like Cloud's clothes on Advent Children, he even got the matching emblem of a wolfs head but without the circular thing it was biting.

"Huh, this actually feels comfy, cloud my friend you really got a knack for clothes" Zack praised as he moved around and stretched here and there.

As night came, Zack made it outside but he saw a beautiful green-eyed blonde woman coming out the same time as him.

They both looked at each other for a moment and Zack broke the tension.

"You look beautiful," Zack said unconsciously with an honest smile on his face.

The Woman's POV.

I was shocked for a moment as I felt like I was getting on in years but to think some handsome young man that I just met just complimented me out of nowhere. I coughed to compose myself for a bit and faced the young man again.

"T-thank you, but do I know you?" I asked as no way my luck with guys was this high, if it were, I would've been married by now.

"I don't think so but if it makes you uneasy, I apologize as I unconsciously said that earlier," The young man said as he bowed slightly to show his genuineness.

"Well, take care, beautiful lady" The young man suddenly said as he was walking to this customized motorcycle parked at the side.

The young man hopped on as he brought out his goggles as he started his ride.

I suddenly broke out of my trance as I quickly yelled at the young man before he took off.

"I-its! Glynda!, my name is Glynda!" I hurriedly said as I remembered my friend Akari said that if I ever found a man I liked, I should at least try.

*chuckles*

The young man turned to me and said with a captivating smile.

"Nice to meet you, Glynda, the name's Zack, till we meet again," Zack said as he rode his motorcycle away.

"..."

"Haaaaa, phew, good job Glynda!" I exclaimed as I remember that young handsome guy.

*Booom* *BOOOM*

As I was recounting our meeting, some explosion rang out to my east, If I remember that's where a Dust shop is, I sped off using my semblance to see what's happening and I saw Roman the thief running in the roof as a young girl with a big scythe was chasing him.

At that, I didn't overthink it for a moment as I appeared in front of the little girl shielding her from Roman's attack.
