Chapter 1
My life has been interesting after college because I graduated with an arts major. I was scoped by one of my favorite companies, Shonen Jump and it got better because I was placed in the card game department where I could design cards for card games and hope to see them published to the public.
After years in this company I found a new love for one of the games I designed for being Duel Monsters or how most of the public knows it as Yu-Gi-Oh. I loved this game mainly because of the tv shows I watched when I was a kid and how simple the rules were once you understood them at least.
Through these years I designed my own cards and loved them. The main decks that people knew I made are the Nordic and The Phantom Knights Decks of course I've made more but they weren't as favored as these decks.
Over time my cards weren't taken up and I was fired from my job which I loved more than my own life. As I ventured home I couldn't help but drink my sorrows away and fall onto my bed passing out and as I had hit the bed a voice rang throughout my head.

Before I knew it I woke up next to a dumpster and smelled like trash with a sour banana peel on my head. I of course ripped it off my head, chucking it away to create a new problem.
After throwing the peel it had landed on a Dog that was sleeping and woke it up, angering it. From this sudden wake up the Dog ran towards me in anger barking and frothing at the mouth.
I decided to do the safe option and run like absolute hell and run. Thankfully there was a gate behind the dumpster if not I'd probably need flu shots for a week.
(User has been summoned. System shall show user rules.)
"What!" I was surprised and scared at the sudden speaking in my head and wondered what was going on but before I could ask the voice continued.
(When User either challenges others or vice versa a wheel will appear depicting the possible choices of decks. Once the wheel has given an answer the User will use that Deck and once the duel is concluded the deck will be reset and the wheel will roll again when you start another duel.
The User is also allowed to take cards from any of the decks and either move decks or exchange with other duelists and give away your cards.
The User can also purchase Cards or Questions where the system will answer a question based on the Duel Points the user receives from Duels.
Duel Points can be earned by Dueling others or completing Missions.
*Note: Don't expect Missions only expect Duel Points from Dueling other duelists.*

I couldn't help but be astounded because of this system? Yes it apparently abducted me yet I don't mind I was in a new world with what seemed to be God telling me something which I couldn't possibly know but before I could ask why Me?
I remembered the rules. I need Duel Points or DP for short to buy rights to a question so I had to put a pin in my questions for now, but not forever thankfully.

"I guess I'm in the GX universe if I have to try and attend Duel Academy. Wait! My Name is Leroy Juntson, that's entirely a different person! Did I haywire this body from its true owner?"
(That can be answered if User purchases a Question for 500 Duel Points.)
'Wait What! I need 500DP for one question and my only prize if I succeed in this quest is only 50DP!'
I kept thinking to myself and just gave up and walked out towards the streets finding my ways hopefully towards Duel Academy, but grew distracted by the architecture being mainly eighties buildings except for a huge dome like structure in the very center of the city.
I guess that's the Entrance deal from the first episode of Yu-Gi-Oh GX so I guess that's where I got to go.

Battle Dome
At the front of the Dome I saw three duelists. At the front one was running inside like He was late. I could only think of being Jayden. At this sight I remembered Him being late so I also needed to bolt.
As I felt the oxygen leaving my body I took a quick glance at the two seeming to Argue they seemed to be brothers one of them was tall wearing blue pants and a white coat with a blue collar and cufflinks. This boy also had turquoise hair leading me to believe this guy is likely the cold blooded brother Zane Truesdale.
With this I automatically assumed that the shorter one with big hair was Syrus Truesdale. With these pieces of information a thought came across my mind and that was Alexis and well Her features.
*Shove*
"Oh!"
I had hit the Head guard who was in charge of bringing in Duelists who thankfully wasn't too angry at my bumping into Him and asked "Are you on the list?" I immediately questioned myself and began sweating bullets even if I was on the list which thankfully to my luck.
(Yes you are.)
"Yes I am. Leroy Juntson is my name. Nice to meet you!"
After a bit of searching my name was found and I was let through after the guard gave me some cologne which thankfully covered most of the trash smell I was emitting.
After entering inside the Dome I could hear screams of desperation and cheers of giddiness around the entirety of the dome. Once I had a clear view of the battle ground I could see two people battling one man I could tell was the protagonist of this world was Jadyn Yuki by His brown hair and the Elemental Heroes Deck He uses. And the other was a blonde man with purple lips which once looking at disgusted Me causing to cringe at Dr. Crowler's face.
The Duel was right at the end where Crowler lost to Jayden and before He could let His defeat in, Jayden thanked Crowler for the duel by giving Crowler the title 'Teach.'
At this sight Crowler somehow noticed Me from the crowd and called "Hey I haven't seen you Duel yet! So you're going to be dueling me!!"
I didn't flinch and started walking and overheard the students talking.
"Wow. I feel bad for this Guy because Crowlers not likely gonna hold back."
"Crowler lost, how is that possible?"
"What's that smell? Smells like rotten fish."
That last comment made me flinch a bit, but that didn't stop me from walking to the battle ground where I walked by Jayden Who smiled at me likely from His win and I said to Him "Good Job!" Jayden looked at me and smiled brighter than before and thanked me and wished me luck in my duel.
"Thanks! I won't let you down Jayden Yuki." Jaden then stopped walking and looked at my back and wondered 'How'd He know name?'
Once entering the battlefield Crowler looked like He would rip my head off right off its hinges. Crowler didn't take any time and threw His hand down grabbing His hand.
Suddenly at this sight a wheel appeared in front of Me and began to spin until it stopped the words Sea. From this word a duel disk appeared on my left arm and a deck was already present inside the deck container. Which gave me my first five cards.
Before I could react Crowler screamed "let's Duel!

In the heat of the moment I call out first. "I Start. I activate the spell card Pot of greed which allows me to draw two cards. I then place one monster face down in defense position and that ends my turn!"
"HHAHAHAHAHAH! What a pathetic turn!! I Draw!"
Crowler began to draw His card once it was drawn Crowler smiled evilly and began His move.
"I first start by placing down two face downs and now I summon Ancient Gear Knight in Attack Mode!"
From the ground appeared a knight in the forms of gears and widgets with a lance in it's right hand and a shield made of a giant shield in its right hand.

"Now Ancient Gear Knight attack His face down!"
At Crowlers command Ancient Gear Knight began its assault upon Leroy's face down. By charging at the card and striking it with its Lance.
As the lane connected with the card the Knight jumped back revealing an Emperor Penguin with half a suit on with a red beaux over its suit and a top hat on top of its head with its flippers in a cross like motion.

Crowler was shocked at seeing a card He had no knowledge of and was panicking If it was an effect monster, but couldn't focus on it because it was Now Leroy's turn.
"I Draw! I summon Unshaven Angler in Attack Position!"

"But my Unshaven Angler won't stay for long. I XYZ summon with both my Unshaven Angler and my Nightmare Penguin to XYZ summon. Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon."
Suddenly both monsters on Leroy's field began to both glow yellow and became yellow dots fusing together causing a dark portal to appear. From that portal a purple dragon appeared from it with on its wings two purple orbs could be seen. On the chest part of the body was covered in armor and for the guard on its jaw shows an extended chin which could slice up anything it touches. Then suddenly from the portal two yellow spheres began circling around Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon like it had it's own orbit. After that the portal shut behind the dragon and disappeared.

At the site of this monster everyone in the audience including Crowler were shocked at this new way of special summoning monsters. As the main parts of the audience were flabbergasted by it, Crowler was just simply experiencing an emotion He hadn't felt in a long time of dueling. Fear.
"I Begin the attack! Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon Attack!"
Crowler distracted didn't notice the attack in time so one of His cards activated without His permission. Once the card was flipped up Crowler knocked Himself out of it and began telling its effects.
"I activate the trap card 'Covering Fire'. If a monster is attacking me with more attack points then my own monster. Both attack points become equal!"
Suddenly purple energy left Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon's body and then infused itself into the Ancient Gear Knight increasing it's attack.

At this fumble on Crowlers part Leroy smiled calling out. "Then I activate Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon's special ability by discarding both XYZ materials. My monster can gain half your monster's Attack Points and add it to my Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon!"
Suddenly both yellow spherical orbs disappeared and then a golden energy left the Ancient Gear Knight and returned to the Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon increasing its attack.

Dark rebellion XYZ Dragon charged at the Gear Knight with both Purple orbs glowing with a dark purple energy. The Dragon then brought it's claws out and slashed away Crowlers Life Points destroying the Ancient Gear Knight.

Crowler again was shocked at the now unstoppable monster and while He was confused Leroy ended His turn.
Now it was Crowler's turn, but Crowler couldn't move. It's not that He didn't want to draw His next card. It's just that like Him the audience were speechless at how Crowler's life points where already halved on the third turn and How this Leroy character could summon such a strong monster only on His second turn.
"Heck yeah that's awesome I want to duel Him next!"
The Audience's silence was now broken and the breaker was none other than Jayden Yuki who only looked excited to duel Leroy and hopefully best Him.
"Jayden you're crazy. I'd probably cower in fear if I'd face that."
The boy next to Jayen and the boy Leroy had seen outside the dome was known as Syrus Truesdale Jayden's friend. Syrus unlike Jayden didn't have self confidence and cowered from anything and everything imaginable.
"I'm sorry Syrus was it, But I'd have to agree with Jayden. I'd like to Duel this kid." A boy who sat in front of both Jayden and Syrus spoke out, taking their attention seeing a brown haired boy with a rich way of speaking. His name was Bastion Misawa.
While these three began chatting others also began talking to the far right of the trio was another set of three two of these three were simple duelist grunts who worked for the one who sat in between them.
"Chazz what kind of monster is that?"
Asked one of the grunts, Chazz, an Obelisk student, sat in shock at the sight of this monster. Chazz was scared but responded stuttering.
"I-I Could totally take that thing!"
"Oh! I knew it! No need to worry with Chazz cause He can beat anything anyone throws at Him."
Chazz snorted in amusement at His flunkies compliments and then focussed back on to the duel. While His Flunkies stared at Him with affirmation and pride for standing by Him.
"Interesting?"
Suddenly a voice above Chazz's group resoundeed around their ears taking their attention and turned around Seeing a beautiful Blonde Women with a voluptuous chest putting Her hand on Her chin so She could stare at this new Duelist.
Chazz wanted to remark on Alexis's remark but another surprised person spoke out.
"I agree."
A young man who stood next to Alexis showing off his turquoise hair and cold demeanor could only lead to one person Chazz knew, Zane Truesdale.
Alexis was shocked at Zane's remark and smiled asking "Oh? Why do you say that?"
Zane kept His frown and stared only at Leroy saying "I think things will get interesting."
Alexis felt the same while Chazz didn't and again before He could state His opinion Crowler brought Himself back to reality and started His turn.
"I draw!" At the sight of His new Card Crowler brought back His Evil smile and returned His attention to His turn.
" I activate the trap 'Miniaturize.' What this trap does is that if Your Monster gains attack points with more than 1000 from the original. It loses that one thousand attacks and loses a level!"
Crowler looked at Leroy smile evilly that the audience took notice of it. Crowler was so happy He began laughing since He at least took some Attack points away from His opponent's monster. At this sight Crowler wasn't the only one laughing Leroy was also laughing.
Taking everyone's attention Leroy kept laughing and Crowler then spoke out in a Cocky tone "Oh? I see the stress is getting to you. So why don't you concede and come again next year?"
At this Leroy stopped His laughter and began to explain Himself. "No, that's not the reason."
Crowler and the audience were shocked and interested in what Leroy had to say next and at their waiting they were met with a pointing of the index finger at Crowler and began to explain Himself.
"My XYZ Dragon doesn't have levels, it has Rank's so your trap is null and void."
Everyone was shocked at Leroy's statement, especially Crowler who had waisted His card that from this realization the card left the field and went straight to the graveyard. Crowler felt embarrassed by this and continued His turn.
"I summon my Ancient Gear Gadget in defense mode!"

"I then activate my face down spell card 'Earthquake' This spell card forces all monsters in Attack position move straight to defense position."
Crowler was worried that Leroy's monster could stop the spell. Thankfully His thought was misplaced since the Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon shifted its claws to an X shape showing that its changed to its defensive position.
Crowler began to think to himself on how He could possibly win, but His thoughts weren't changing as He had kept staring at the Dragon.
"I-I end my turn."
"I draw!.
I Summon Mermaid Shark in defense mode!"
At the placing of Mermaid Shark a beautiful woman slowly began to appear from the card soon revealing it's real body being of a shark.

"I activate Mermaid Sharks special ability. I can now add one level 3, 4, or 5 fish monster from my deck to my hand. I chose Needle Sunfish!"
At the call of this order Mermaid Shark roared causing Leroy's deck to shine and then the card Leroy called for came to Him adding it to His deck.
"I then move my Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon back into Attack mode! And I attack your Ancient Gear Gadget."
Again at the call of Leroy's order Dark Rebellion XYZ dragon brought its arms downward bringing itself back into attack mode.
The Dark Dragon then moved towards the Gadget slicing it in thirds destroying the card sending it to the graveyard.
"I then end my turn."
"I Draw!"
Unlike His other turns Crowler drew with tenacity drawing a card He knew would be useful.
"I set one monster in face down defense position and end my turn!"
Leroy was impressed by Crowlers tenacity and began His turn with the same amount of ferocity.
"I Draw! I summon Needle Sunfish in attack mode!"
From the card a Sunfish appeared with several Needles shooting out its mouth as if they were teeth.

"I then start the attack with My Needle Sunfish attack Crowlers facedown monster!"
The Sunfish opened its mouth further than it was before revealing ten Needles shooting out from its mouth attacking the face down revealing a freight train which would soon disappear from the attack.
And before Crowler could activate the Effect of His destroyed monster He remembered Leroy's Ace in the hole the Dragon.
"Since your wide open now Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon destroy His remaining Life Points!"
The Dragon just like Crowlers destroyed monsters the Dragon Charged at Crowler slicing away His remaining life points.
